Delaney, she's Customer service, with a pure heart. another employwe, I don't remember her name, she works in the evening, beautiful curly hair young lady..... she found out what my family is going through, she went above and beyond to make me feel at ease.... I've never been to Melbourne florida, I didn't even know about this place, however it's been the best place, considering... On the day of, we spent time designing a beautiful and delicious charcuterie platter. Then it was time to really roll up our sleeves. We sanded, aged, stained, stenciled, painted, sanded some more and drilled our way to our final masterpieces. The Instructors and Assistants were all very helpful and patient. They came around and offered assistance and guidance at every step of the project. I must have changed my mind 3 times each on stain and paint colors. This workshop was a lot of fun and well-worth the drive to Melbourne. I definitely recommended checking them out, especially if you enjoy hands-on crafty projects.

Despite booking last minute we were upgraded from a King to a King Suite because of our points membership. The room was exceptionally clean! And it was huge! Much larger than your average King suite. I wish I took pictures but we were exhausted by the time we arrived. The front desk staff were very kind and the beds were more comfortable than my own memory foam at home! Seriously, I NEED to find out what mattress and/or topper they use. Despite being in a connecting room (it could be connected if we wanted to but we didn't have any others with us), there was absolutely no noise at all which I was worried about in the beginning due to some really excited kids (not their fault it was thanksgiving after all ); but the front desk staff almost immediately kindly asked their parents to settle them down. The only thing I will say is that the free breakfast buffet wasn't too great but it is a 3 star hotel and it was free. TLDR: The Holiday Inn Express & Suites has exceptional kind customer service, large super clean rooms, and INSANELY comfortable beds! I highly recommend them for a good night's stay.
