Birthday celebration turned into a major disappointment…read more I chose Arcade Monsters for my 41st birthday after calling and visiting beforehand to ask about the bar. I specifically asked whether they served Tito's vodka with soda and lime and was told they had a full bar. That was a deciding factor in booking. During the party, drinks were served without anyone explaining that the "liquor" was wine-based. I only learned that after ordering my third drink. My guests and I had been led to believe they were getting actual spirits, and it was embarrassing to have to explain the difference after the fact. The food was just as disappointing. The chicken nuggets were so bad we threw them away, and a guest told me their child became sick after eating the pizza. The private room was hot, and the fans blew napkins and other things around the table. I spent more than $800 on the room, food, drinks, admission, and fees. The only part of the event that went as expected was admission. I contacted management to request a refund for the non-admission charges and have not received a response to my follow-up asking what they intend to do. This was supposed to be a special birthday celebration. Instead, the bar was misrepresented, the food was poor, the room was uncomfortable, and management has left my complaint unanswered. I would not book a private event here again.

Great customer service, have to sign waivers of course and the prices weren't that bad. Adults and kids ride separately at different time, and the adults go karts are very fast. For kids, they need to be 39" or above, my son is 4 and this was his first time riding in a go karts let alone drive one himself. I was nervous and explained to the worker this would be his first. The young man was polite and help explain to my son how to work the go karts. The "mini karts" go at a different speed which put me at easy, and my wife and I were so happy seeing our son driving on his own. The arcade was great, lots of fun games. We got a ninja warrior package and it's really nice but my son didn't care for it. The mini bowling was great for all ages, and there's ax throwing! We ate before we got there so we didn't try out the food. The place was clean and had more to offer, so we will be coming back. Great family outing, a great way to stay cool while having fun.

The ally is huge and there was plenty of lanes for everyone. Despite being super busy for a Monday night we had no wait time. I love how there's plenty of tables in every lane and you can order food, drinks, and snacks right from your table! There is no need to interrupt your game. It was easy to setup too and staff were super friendly and helpful. They also had a great bowling deal for $17.95 per person with shoe rental and all you can play!

The interior is brand new looking with really fun/modern decor. The nice big tv's were a plus for sport lovers. They have a full operating kitchen and bar. For the birthday we were apart of they offered a package that included pizza, a soda and bowling. The pizza was actually very good. While we didn't have a private party room they allowed personal decorations and cake at the designated bowling lanes. While the kids enjoyed bowling the parents were able to get a drink if they wanted to. The prices are average. Equivalent to most restaurants these days and I really liked my beverage. Their cocktail menu had a lot of delicious sounding options. This perfect spot for a birthday because they have bowling and an arcade. This is not your average arcade. It's huge and they have a machine for redeeming your tokens and picking a prize. All the kids had so much fun. This bowling spot is a little far for us but we for sure want to come back. We had a great experience.

Old fashion game tokens and "tickets" if you win, make sure you put a $20 bill into the token machine for "bonus" tokens. A quarter each, but 100 tokens for $20, your kids will have 25% more fun. Overall a clean place and friendly staff. Only "complaint" is the occasional broken machine - something you might not learn until after you put tokens into the machine. With three kids, 7, 7, and 11, this can become frustrating at times. Air hockey is a plus as the better your kids are at playing the game, the longer your twenty lasts. "Tickets" can be traded for candy or little trinkets at the end of your visit. They can also be collected between visits and saved for a bigger prize later on. I think some of the rhythm games could maybe be less loud or maybe more contained since a lot of them are next to one another and it gets hard to hear the game you're playing.
