Good customer service. No wait on a Friday night. Clean. Plenty of lanes & balls. Food with a bar. Arcade area. Huge parking lot. Seating at each lane. Large tvs & pretty good music. Pricing was fair. We had a good time. Good location. Definitely recommended.

First the good things. Nice well kept lanes, friendly desk staff and good bar food. These things are the reasons I gave it 3 stars. Now for bad. An hour and a half of open bowling for two adults and a child under five on a Saturday afternoon 104.85. Not worth it at all, but we were already there. Look for a Groupon. You can get it for about $50 I found out later but look at the fine print. I also had to spend my entire time standing by the electric scorekeeper because the four year old doesn't throw the ball hard enough for it to register so I had to keep resetting , adding his score manually, etc. The new upgraded score keeper are not an upgrade at all just an inconvenience if you have a small child. . The people next to us their bumpers weren't working. When we paid, they asked if we would like a ramp, and we said yes, and three times were told they'd be over with it. Someone showed up five minutes before our bowling session was over.

We ended up at Bowlero after starting the night out at Shore Lanes on Dairy. It's closer to our house and they had free bowling for kids. However, that ends at 7pm, and they have a league starting at 5 or 6pm so they end the bowling for kids early but don't advertise that. Anyways, it wound up being a situation that our family and four younger kids had to adjust to last minute. So we drove an extra 10-15 min and went up to Bowlero and the facilities and staff just seemed better. The front desk guy Chris was super helpful and accommodating, the facilities were clean and taken care of, and the bathrooms were well kept as well. (For some reason, I just envision bowling alley bathrooms being disgusting but these were well maintained.) Our family had a great time and at the end (not sure if this was a part of some deal) but the kids were given a $5 arcade card. So all in all the kids had a blast, Chris at the front desk was awesome, Bowlero saved the night for the kids, mom and dad were rock stars and all was well that ended well. I would recommend going the extra 10 minutes up to this place if you're having a family bowling night. It has this kinda 50's style seating and fun atmosphere from everyone there. We didn't try the food but apparently they had some deals going on and plenty of people seemed content with the food and drinks.

    Time for some fun

The evening bartender/employee there is great! 2) The restrooms are much better since they renovated them. 3) Installation of new ceiling fans everywhere - - major plus! BAD: 1) The swivel chairs provided for bowlers are extremely dirty/nasty. They are a light grey color. If u look at both the front and especially the back of the majority of the swivel chairs you'll clearly see where they haven't been cleaned in years (dark color). I actually have a spray cleaner and towel in my bowling ball bag that I use to clean the chair before I sit down in it. Suggest Employees be tasked to perform something that would take maybe 5 minutes per chair to do. I'm guessing maybe twice a year cleaning is all it should take. 2) Quite a few of these swivel chairs require replacement bearings. When you sit in one of these chairs it leans heavily to one side. There are some chairs that will barely swivel. 3) Perhaps this has recently changed. The indoor/outdoor floor carpet clearly shows where it has not been cleaned in years. Suggest a simple to use carpet cleaner be rented from nearby Home Depot. Any employee should be able to resolve this matter when the bowling alley closes at night. Per numerous electric fans recently installed,,, the indoor/outdoor carpet would dry rather easily overnight. 4) I, along with others have witnessed a particular young 20 year old employee who has been unprofessional on many occasions to include not being at the front counter in which she sometimes cuddles up with her boyfriend who bowls on league nights. I'm pretty sure others have also addressed this same issue.

This…read morewas my first time visiting this location with my son, and we were warmly greeted immediately. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and informative, which was important to me. She walked me through the waivers (for me this part is usually complicated, but she walked me through it easily). If anyone wants to check the place out go on a Tuesday, $10 Tuesdays! Ok so now that I've got that out of the way... I will probably not come back, the place was filthy. The 7 and under play area had missing pads in random areas and in its place was all cement. The floor pads had sticky stains and a good layer of dirt, lint from socks, and a latex glove. The ball pit looks nice on the outside, but when I jumped in with my son you can clearly see something that looks like black mold on half of the balls. If it isn't mold then I don't know but that's what it looks like to. While I was in the ball pit you just can smell, and literally feel how dirty it is. They didn't have many arcade games, and about half didn't work. Also there were lots of areas they were closed off for safety reasons. Also there wasn't really anyone walking around enforcing rules and checking to make sure kids aren't going into any of those closed off areas. I completely understand why they make you sign those waivers. So yeah I won't be returning, but the customer service was great.
