Ok... I'm super torn about this review ... as I had some amazing food and not so amazing food…read more I'm going for a 4... with high potential to upgrade in the future. Experience: I have been wanting to try Jolie's for a long time because so many of my friends have talked about how good it is. So I was home sick and ready to order some food... So I placed an order on Uber Eats. It was a Sunday early afternoon. Service: I placed the order through the app and they got everything right!! Which can be rare on these dang food delivery apps. Everything was packed well too. Food: here's what we ordered... The Burrata & Prosciutto 5/5 was soooo good. I adore burrata and loved how much rugula they gave you... I ate this like a salad with the extra oil and balsamic glaze they sent!! So good and so worth the money!!!! The meatball appetizer 5/5 was a little small, but the flavor was so good and it came with 1 delicious piece of gourmet toast. Yum!! The hamburger 4.5/5 was tasty and the sweet potato fries 5+/5 were absolutely the best I have ever eaten. They were crispy on the outside edges, and then a little chewy and caramelized, and then soft and fluffy in the middle. I stole most of them from my friend. You HAVE to get them. The fungi pizza 1/5 was the big disappointment. I love wood fired pizzas and I am a mushroom freak!! So I just knew I'd love this. It was too thin in the middle (you can see how the edges curled up), and the flavor just wasn't very good. It had a lot of overpowering burnt parts too. I love wood fired, so some little "burnt" spots are going to happen... but if that's all I'm tasting, then it's just too much. No one would eat it. Hopefully this is just a freak accident and it's not normally like this. Limoncello cake was sweet and good. But the cheesecake was too soft. We prefer a more "set" cheesecake... this was more creamy. Flavor wise as good though. I just tasted them, but everyone said 4/5 for both desserts. Overall: I loved the food!! I will be back to try some more things on the menu, but I will ALWAYS order those sweet potato fries.

So this was an unexpected mistake that turned out to be not a mistake at all. We went here to try…read moretheir Foodies for the Fall menu only they don't do it Fir/Sat nights. We were starving, so we stayed. Starving yes. $100/pp, not that starving. But in these surprise dollar situations, we are good for a high end appetizer only dinner. So some table bread and butter, and three apps, and we are stuffed. First off, Chloe was so awesome. Professional, engaging, perky and fun, and a really great server. The place is beautiful and clean. And there was a wedding there in a separate area. Looked beautiful. So for "venue" points, Yellow Dog for the win. No let's talk food. Friggin awesome. I damn near flew out of my chair with Tuna Nachos. Not only a great dish, one of the most flavorful ones I have had in a while. Next up was the escargot. Fresh, garlic, yum, garlic, butter, garlic, placed on a puff pastry. So excellent. Did I mention it had garlic? Then the baked Brie. This was good. We wanted more sauce to dip the shell and cheese in. Served with rosemary flat bread sticks, so good. We are so going back for the Fall Foodie thingy and most definitely for special occasions. This is the place. Bring money, you're gonna need it, but totally worth it. If the actually main dishes are reflective in their appetizers, then this is indeed a total win.

The water view was particularly nice. I will say it's a little pricy, but I considered what I paid worth the money as this is not your typical dine-in restaurant. I'll definitely be making a return trip to The Yellow Dog Cafe.

What a great find, off the beaten path! We started with soup...Jess had lobster bisque and loved…read moreit. I had clam chowder and probably the most authentic I've had, in Florida. Yum! We shared a crab cake and that was good too. Dinner was fried clams and scallops. Huge portions (we couldn't finish) and just great! Felt like being on the Cape. Our sever was excellent, we even had the orange cake dessert (for her, lol). They were even completely decorated for Halloween. Super cute, will be back to see how they outfit for Christmas.

New menu, smaller portions, higher prices, but there's more…read more We only saw our waitress 4 times, it consists of this; Here is your table and menu. Ready to give me your order? Here is your food. Here is your bill. I prefer when dinner is $30 a plate and drinks are $10 each, that I'd get better service, including these steps; Is everything OK, do you need anything? Would you like a refill? Anyone ready for dessert? Let me know when you're ready, and if you'd like any drinks to go, thank you for coming and it was a pleasure waiting on you tonight. That would be something for the $129 I dumped on this place. I have been coming here for the last 30 years and but this is the last visit I'll make. Whoever decided to change everything like a cheapskate not making it, he doesn't train his staff. But one thing has been consistent here every time, the seats really kill your butt and you can barely get back up again.
