There was ample free parking. We arrived before sunset which allowed us to see fabulous sights- the airport traffic in daylight, and the sunset which is God's gift after a long day. At night, the airport is a hub of activity. It's a terrific view. If you're interested in sports, they have it available at the bar. It isn't just the atmosphere and view that make this a good restaurant, it is the quality and quantity of food. Like some of you, I traveled extensively during my career. Hotel restaurants were not known for high-quality food. This place is an exception. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent food, ample amounts, and reasonableness of the prices. Specifically for "The Bistro"…read more Apologies for the lengthy post in advance. We checked in today and noticed that The Bistro was listed as being open until 10:00 PM. Around 8:40 PM, I went downstairs to ask about laundry services and dinner options. I want to note that the front desk staff was excellent -- very kind, professional, and informative. Unfortunately, my experience at The Bistro was very different. When I approached the bar area to place a to-go order for my room, the bartender, Nikkii, responded by saying, "I guess, but people don't normally do dinner this late," while giving me a very uncomfortable look. Considering the restaurant was still open for another hour and a half, I found that comment inappropriate and unprofessional. I then asked if the restaurant's hours had changed from the posted 10:00 PM closing time, but instead of clarifying, she simply stated that I could not order soup because it is prepped in the morning. While I completely understand certain menu limitations later in the evening, the overall interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. As someone who also works in the service industry as a bartender, I understand that late-night orders can sometimes be frustrating, but it is still important to treat guests with courtesy and professionalism during operating hours. After placing my order, I realized that Nikkii herself would be preparing the food, which honestly made me uncomfortable given the attitude displayed throughout the interaction. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because the front desk staff set a wonderful tone for the stay, and it was disappointing for the dining experience to feel so unnecessarily negative. A little more patience and kindness toward guests would go a long way.

The theater was very clean and they have plenty of snacks and drink to offer at a theater price point, but still how can you pass up popcorn with a good movie. Sound and projection of the movie was great. This will be our go to the next time something comes out we want to see in the theater! 5 stars for the staff also! Very friendly and helpful!!! When I pull up to get my rental, this nasty old lady (jean) answers the phone in the most disrespectful way and then I asked if I can collect my rental and she said, you may not come in the doors are not opened.We open at eleven, and I proceeded to tell her that I was already inside.And the place opens at ten a m and she argued the fact that the mall opens at ten a.m and said she was very angry.At the fact that I came in without permission.! Then, I asked, what about all the people that are in the ball now?And she responded with, i'm gonna throw them all out too! on top of that, she had a daycare going on, or must have been caring for somebody's child.Because there was a walker in my way and a kid in the back room crying. My advice would be just to stay away from this place and stay away from that lady.She's just awful. If I can hit zero stars, I would. Y'all. I grew up on Woody's in Broward. It is my blueprint for barbecue. We've been languishing…read moredown here ever since they closed like twenty years ago, but imagine my delight when I found out there was one in Melbourne! We've been having family drive big takeout orders down here from this location whenever they visit and it is just as good as I remember. The ribs are fall off the bone tender, and the barbecue sauce is the perfect blend of sweet, savory, and smoky. The cornbread is soft and sweet, the toast is buttery and thick, the coleslaw is chopped small and not too wet or too celery heavy. And the BEANS. I love these baked beans. They have pieces of pork in them and are perfect. I could eat an order of just beans and be happy. I've also recently discovered their sausages, which pair so well with the spicy barbecue. Their coconut cream pie and chocolate pie are delightful too. I've never eaten in here so I can't speak to the actual restaurant experience. That being said, the staff do go out of their way to pack the orders in the catering trays when they hear we're taking it long distance. We have sometimes had issues with pieces of the order getting left out, but they've always been very good about making it up to us. I have no good pictures of the food because I inhale it the second it arrives. Trust my one rib photo and twenty years of loyalty to the Woody's name and give them a try!

Support the local places that are grinding day in and day out to earn your dollar. Woody's has an ENORMOUS menu with just about anything (baby back ribs and half chicken and sweet potatoes are STANDOUTS) and the prices are EXTREMELY fair for this economy. Clean and cozy restaurant, not loud, clean bathrooms, too. No need to look ANYWHERE else for BBQ.
