Alpine Ford - Car

Alpine Ford

The last contact we had with Alpine Ford was four years ago. When the team there put us in a van…read more Turns out to be a lemon. I received a letter in the mail from Mr Malone from Alpine Ford. Asking me to bring my trade in if I had financed least or owned. My current vehicle. They would take it as a trade and give me $1,000 over the book value. Or pay off my loan. I called Alpine I got this incredibly polite, professional and sincere honest woman named Emma. She calmly insured me that my needs would be met. However we had to take the vehicle in to the dealership. The deal was based on the trade so we had to bring the vehicle in there. them so they can appraise our trade in. The deal was based on the value of my vehicle. I was very apprehensive because my last there. The experience with Alpine Ford previously was very taxing and stressful. I was insured by Emma that they would not not keep us for over 5 hours like the last time. When we got there we were immediately greeted by Preston. The salesman that was going to handle our needs. From the onset with being welcomed by Preston to walking into the dealership. we immediately realized that it was a whole new atmosphere. It was completely different from our prior prior experience four years ago.The place at that time was a hectic, chaotic mess.We walked into a very calm, comfortable environment. The team was brand new. The ladies and gentlemen that work there now, are extremely professional, sincere about what they do and treat you with the utmost respect. They will meet most if not all of your needs. I can only give them praise and tell you if you need a better vehicle ask for Preston at the Alpine Ford on highway 50. The other person I'd like to give a shout out to is Josh the financial Manager this gentleman treated us with the utmost respect professionalism sincerity He did everything he could to help us understand all of the paperwork that we were signing. The best news is we now have a much more reliable vehicle and we are very happy and we can now take little road trips. Prior to that we were to afraid to cuz if you were to bréak down it'd be too old men on the side of the road with our thumbs out. Go an check them out. please ask for Preston and I'm sure Josh will help you as the financial manager there. Please tell them Pueblo Santa. Or Ken and Don recommended them. Happy car hunting!!!

My husband and I were looking to purchase a vehicle from another dealership but wanted a ford…read morecertified tech to do the inspection. We are located in Montana and would be flying down to purchase the vehicle. I understand there is always a risk, but this whole exchange felt dishonest. Alpine Ford was located across the street. The sales person at Southwest drove it over for us and we got the inspection report, including a phone call from the technician. He said the car was in Great shape and only needed new tires at some point. I noted that the inspection had failed the scratches part so my husband called back and was told that was just "normal wear and tear" and if there is any, they have to fail it. Not true, but we learned that the hard way. Also, none of the damage was visible in the listing pictures. Don't worry, I wrote a review on their website. Fast forward, we fly to Denver, drive to Pueblo walk around the car and the entire passenger side has clearly scraped against something. Each panel had some damage AND one was dented. Extremely disappointed I paid $320 for a sh*t and dishonest inspection. Dents was passed on the inspection, and there was an obvious one on the back panel wear paint was scraped to the metal. Do better. We ultimately passed on the car, drove a rental car home.

Auto World - Happiness is contagious

In September, 2021 my wife and I bought an antique fire engine from Auto World. We were told that…read morethe title work is delayed because of Covid. It's now May, 2022 and we still have no title. As such, we can't get license plates on the old truck. We've been in contact with the dealership numerous times including talking to the manager himself with no luck. Now they won't even return my phone calls. Because we've gotten absolutely no assistance from Auto World we've had to resort to trying to track down a title for it ourselves through the previous owner and the auction company they contracted with to sell the truck but there's a possibility that we will have to apply for and pay lots of money for a bonded title. Frustration cannot even begin to describe how we feel. We certainly won't do business there again and don't recommend the place for any auto buyers.

Mind you it was at 23,000 for a fucking 2012 car that isn't even priced as that. I was better off going somewhere else and having a brand new car... mind you I'm only 21. A 2012 Honda accord that had been in an accident before I bought it, had marks in the front bumper and THE HEADLINE TO THE ROOF HANGS OFF, I just had to pay $500 to get a bunch of stuff fixed on the car. I don't think they even clean it before they sale nor check anything. I got so screwed who does this to a female? A year later and I'm still pissed like why would you guys do this? It's so messed up. Crooks.

They didn't require a deposit to hold it, just said they can run the financing check for pre approval and then hold the car. Fine, yep, no big deal. We asked if we could have the Ford dealership across the street for a 139 pt inspection on it (most of my gripe is with them on this deal). Southwest said absolutely, no problem, drove it over for us, we got the report from Ford and said it would Need new tires eventually and had a few "wear and tear scratches". Husband calls the technician to verify the "scratches" that had failed the inspection and was assured it was just "normal wear and tear". We fly down to Denver, drove to Pueblo only to see that not only did the car have visible damage, but one panel the damage included a dent. The Ford technician had passed the "Dents" portion with no notes. The sales person was apologetic and asked if we couldn't see those in the listing photos. My husband pulled up the listing photos on his laptop and there was absolutely no way we would have seen them from the photos (hence why we took it to Ford! F*ckers). The manager came out and told us he couldn't go much lower on the car but could take $500 off OR offer to show us other cars on the lot. I'm good. Thanks. Whole thing felt dishonest. Takeaway, do a thorough body check and maybe ask for a FaceTime video or something to look at the body of the car before traveling to look at one. Alpine Ford will get my next review after screwing me out of $320 for a sh*t "inspection". Note- the car is back listed on their website and the SAME pictures are on the website. At least disclose the damage and be honest about it.
