They assured me that they would be as quick as possible. I called again around noon and was told that the tire was on its way. At 5pm I decided to go over there only to find out that the truck was still on the jack with no tire. I was told by the manager that they would discount the tire replacement since their "supplier" failed to bring them the tire at all until around 3:30 and no discount was given. When I was assured that the truck was now ready at 5: 30 I went to drive away only to find out they had never connected the drive train I told them to reconnect. Not to mention the company does not warranty their tires even though this one was less than one year old from another Meineke. I will never go back to ANY Meineke but if you get stuck in Pueblo, CO, find somewhere else to work on your vehicle.
