Highly do not recommend buying a vehicle from here.Unfortunately this all cash deal turned out to be a shit show. When we bought the vehicle we were under the assumption that all the taxes were part of the deal and it appears that way on the paperwork. When we got the paperwork they whited information out and we went back only for them to tell us we didn't pay the taxes. They gave us the excuse that this happens sometimes on cash deals. We then called the auto industry division and it turns out that they did not properly collect state taxes so they took the county tax plus what they took for state to make up the correct amount for state taxes. No manager or anyone from accounting came to talk to us so we literally were back and forth with them and the auto industry division while sitting in alpine. No I'm sorry from GM or anyone. I would never recommend Alpine Ford in Pueblo, Colorado. My entire experience with this dealership has been an absolute nightmare. My vehicle's engine blew while I was on my way to Canada, and Alpine Ford agreed to repair it. That process alone took weeks -- nearly five months without my vehicle. During that time, I asked them to purchase the vehicle from me. They agreed, but I made it clear that it was a Canadian vehicle and that they would have to handle the import fees. They agreed to that up front. Now, after all this time, they've changed their story. They've already paid off my loan, but are refusing to pay me the remaining balance because they don't want to cover the import fees they originally said they would take care of. To make matters worse, I've tried countless times to reach the General Manager -- left multiple messages, called repeatedly -- and they never answer or return my calls. Every single person I've dealt with at this dealership has been unhelpful, unprofessional, and unreliable. They don't follow through on anything they say and constantly give the runaround. After 18 weeks of waiting, broken promises, and being completely ignored, I'm left without my money and no accountability from Alpine Ford. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Shoppers beware.. I purchased not one, but two new vehicle's from Alpine Ford. About two weeks apart. You think they would have been somewhat grateful for my business, and assist me in any way they could, If an issue came up. NOT SO. The salesman was great, however the Finance Dept. Is a different story. The day I purchased my F 250, I stated that, I preferred to finance the truck through my own bank. The paperwork was signed, I traded in my vehicle, and drove home in the new F 250. Simple, right? Not so. After the purchase, I received no paperwork from the bank, in regard to the loan. I began contacting their finance guy to ask questions. left numerous messages, with no call back. As the expiration date neared on the temporary plates (TWO MONTHS),I began calling and leaving messages every day. Still no call back. The plates expired. I could no longer legally drive the new truck. I began leaving voicemails, all the way up to the GM . No call back. I had to drive down to speak with someone in person. After speaking with them, I learned the guy who completed the paperwork on my truck was no longer with the company. I was issued a new temp plate , and told the paperwork would have to be redone . This is more than 90 days after I had the truck. Meanwhile, they had possession of my trade in, and I was still making payments on it. It's now going on for over four moths . To boot, I get a bill from the Oklahoma Turnpike Dept. stating I owed them money for driving the F150 through their roads. A truck that I turned into Alpine months prior. I contacted them in regards to the bill, and questioned when the trade in would be paid off. Now since it's apparently in a different state. I was told that they were waiting on their bank to send the check, IT'S BEEN FOUR MONTHS ... I've received no help or further assistance, or explanation of what has transpired. You can't just leave a message, as the won't respond. All the way up to the GM. I expect this treatment from a low budget used car lot. Not a multimillion dollar company. I'm still making payments on a vehicle Alpine Ford has had for months, and now out of state. Plus a bill from the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority. Way to go Alpine.. Horrible experience. Salesperson verbally agreed to match trade in value from another dealer and then wouldn't match it (said it was being sold to Denver and that was all they could pay, but subsequently see the car advertised at Alpine Ford). Tried to add on the $689 dealer fee although the website indicated it was included in the advertised price. Battery dead on the vehicle we wanted and the service department had closed early (prior to 6PM) that day. Salesperson agreed to replace the battery, have the vehicle detailed and delivered to our home the next day. We texted the next day and was told the vehicle was in detail. Vehicle arrived dirty (bird droppings on top, not washed, door jambs dirty). Only one of the 2 Key fobs worked (it appears one of the key fobs was for another vehicle). Contacted a sales manager (Jeff) and was told he would knock $1000 off the price. He called back and said he couldn't adhere to that agreement, but would give us $1000 in ford accessories, would have the vehicle detailed near our home and would dispatch a locksmith to provide us with a new key fob. To date, we have received the new key fob and one of the requested accessories. Have left multiple messages for the Sales Manager (Jeff) and no return call. As of today, left a message for the General Manager (Aaron Malone). Also, today (4 weeks after purchased date) received forms in the mail that require actual signatures (Finance had us sign on an iPad). Would think they would know which forms the State of Colorado requires actual signatures for. Anticipate a problem in receiving license plates prior to the temporary tags expiring. read more

Salesperson booked me an appointment and when I showed they the rude and condescending person in service stated he needed to keep the truck for 3 days to diagnose the seal and additional time to order parts then do the install. I showed him exactly where it was leaking but he insisted 3 days to diagnose. Only had the truck a week. Cannot wash it or drive in the rain due to the seal and the noise is horrible. Disappointing Experience with Alpine Ford's Service Department I recently had a regrettable experience with the service department at Alpine Ford in Pueblo, Colorado, which significantly diminished my trust in their services and customer care ethics. I took my 2012 F-250 in for interior lights and right turn signal not working, also oil and filter change. A diagnostic was performed and it was discovered that my BCM was faulty and needed replacement. After agreeing to the recommended repairs and duly paying my bill.(2 days in the shop) It was another few weeks to get the part in. Once the part arrived it was another 2 days for the installation of the BCM. (4 days total ) I picked up the truck in the evening and drove it home. Unfortunately, it wasn't long before I discovered a critical issue - my windshield wipers were not functioning. Recognizing the importance of this feature, especially given Colorado's unpredictable weather, I called Alpine Ford's service department immediately the next day to report the problem. They asked me to bring the truck back when possible for a diagnosis. Due to my schedule, it took me about two weeks to return the truck to them. Upon review, their service team informed me that a sensor was faulty, which would cost me $124 to replace. This was frustrating, but what truly tarnished the situation was their insistence on charging me an additional $199 for the diagnostic, plus labor costs of $210 for the installation of the new part. What exacerbated my frustration was the discovery that there were no notes or records of my initial call reporting the windshield wiper issue immediately after picking up my truck. This oversight (or negligence) on their part felt like a convenient omission, leaving me with no ground to dispute the additional charges. (Another 2 days in the shop) This experience has been incredibly disheartening. Not only did I have to face the inconvenience and safety hazard of driving without functioning windshield wipers, but I was also burdened with unexpected and, in my opinion, unjust charges. The lack of record-keeping and the absence of any attempt to recognize the immediacy of my complaint post-service raises serious concerns about Alpine Ford's customer service and transparency. I had hoped for a straightforward resolution or at least some form of acknowledgment of the oversight, but instead, I am left with a feeling of disappointment and frustration. It's disconcerting when trust, once broken, colors future interactions with skepticism. My 2013 F150 has been there for almost a month. An oil change and a couple of relatively minor repairs. I feel comfortable saying "minor " since I've been a mechanic most of my life. I recently had back surgery or I would have fixed it myself. I've left messages, been promised callbacks and just been blown off in general. It's evident that I'm going to have to show up in person and force the issue. I don't recommend this dealership to repair a tricycle! read more

They started off great at first, until I picked a vehicle. I couldn't test drive it. Because of a snowstorm. So I still took it because I fell in love with the truck. the next the truck had issues.. Alpine Ford refused to fix it. I took it shop in Colorado was fantastic. They inspected it for me. The truck was missing bolts to the axle so it was not safe to drive. contacted Alpine Ford once again and they told me to bring it in. They had my truck for two months and did not do a thing to it but a $200 inspection fee even though I got it cornerstone. Their inspection was not right either. And they tried to force me to buy parts the truck didn't need. I ended up contacting. Noricks Mechanic shop. They tow it to their shop and fixed it immediately. They were awesome. Do not buy vehicles from Alpine. They are not reputable. Alpine didn't honor the 'locked in' MSRP or waive the extra fee they only mentioned after being told the financing would not be done there... This dealer only seems to care about short term profit however they can make it, with utter disregard or even contempt for their own advertising and Ford's reputation. If you must preorder here, get EVERYTHING in writing, ads, fees, trade payoff, warranty docs, take pictures of and check the contract for MSRP 'errors', miscalculated taxes, hidden fees, ect, if you buy a warranty verify it exists, and if/when something goes awry, contact Ford, the FTC and SBG! Wasted 6 hours here, they wanted 2k for 'PDI' on TOP of the NEW MSRP, on a Ford truck preorder we waited the better part of a year for, hardly the 'locked in' pricing they advertised and promised... Left high and dry. Me and my fiance bought a 2021 Nissan rogue for our Family end of July 2024 and purchased a 4,800$ warranty from Alpine ford. When the vehicle was purchased it had a check engine light and a cracked windshield that Alpine Ford said they would fix as incentive to buy the vehicle. I live in Co Springs and have taken off work and came to the dealership 3 separate times for scheduled appts just to be told the right salesperson isn't in and nothing can be done. They would say "go home and call a phone number to schedule another appt" just to come back in for nothing. We recently discovered our salesman who handled our paperwork never submitted our warranty into their database. It took months to find this out. It is now December 2024 I have called and requested a conversation with the general manager multiple times. No phone call, no apology, nothing has been done. Our warranty and their promises have not been honored. We feel like we've been stolen from and will be contacting the appropriate resources for compensation. I was asked to please remove myself from the premises of Alpine Ford today. I went in asking to have an extended warranty off my car note because it was never wanted but still added. THe GM came in and said she has done so much for me and that she would at least do that. I continued to ask about a 899.00 extra charge which again was said that we did not want but added anyway. Refused to even work on it. The only reason I found out we were being ripped off was because someone else was getting a car and it was nothing but issues with them. Anyway, my point is be careful with that dealership. They did this to so many people that have bought a car from them within the last year that they were open and are not even trying to inform people. So if you purchased a car look at your paperwork real well. That place will rip you off blind. I took my F150 in with a flat tire. They examined the tire and the other tires on my truck. They showed me that the side walls of all the tires had rips in them. They gave me a good price to replace the four tires and analignment. I also had the oil changed while i was there. Scott and the other men who worked on my truck were friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed on how the work was going! I got all the work done on the same day I took it in! First off - not sure why my review says I'm from California, I'm from Wyoming. About a 5 hr drive to the dealership from my house. 1. Purchased a 2018 Expedition from this dealership around November 7th. They were all super helpful and very nice up until I had purchased a vehicle and left the lot. On my way home to Wyoming (from purchasing) the transmission started throwing codes and refusing to shift. Needed a brand-new transmission and it only had 34k miles. I took the vehicle to Ken Graff Ford in Cheynne Wyoming, and they handled it for me without any assistance from the Alpine team. 2. Went to title the vehicle two months later and found out the title work had not been sent to the courthouse. I contacted Josh and Mark (Josh Sales Mark Financing) and let them know. Josh assured me that it was an honest error, and they were going to overnight me new temporary tags and the title work to the courthouse. The temporary tags showed up. 3. Skip forward another two months - I had to take another morning off work to go try to title my vehicle for the second time. (90-mile round trip). Went into the title office with confidence as I was positive that they would have handled the delivery of title work after 4 months like they promised. That was not the case. The employee in the title office called and was informed that Alpine wasn't even in possession of the title. I immediately texted Josh and asked where he sent the title work. He sent me my contact card then quit responding to my messages. My second set of temp tags have now expired and there is still no title. WHAT A JOKE OF A SALESMAN. 4. On top of everything - Josh was unprofessional when I initially informed him of the issue, he seemed to think it was funny and even included laughing emojis in the response text message to my issues. He promised to order two replacement parts that cover the mechanical/moving parts of the third-row seats when they fold down (makes a huge hole without them) as my primary reason for purchasing the vehicle was so my dogs would have more room (even have some signed Alpine paperwork promising that the parts were already ordered before I left the dealership). Still no package. They clearly knew my address as he was able to send me a new set of temporary tags ASAP. I am still waiting for a response from ANYONE at Alpine. Alpine Ford - Car Dealers Near Me - Pueblo, Colorado

I just recently drove my 18' GT pp1 M6 to work (no issues) and by the end of my work day I got P0015 & P0017 (bank b) + multiple misfire codes on cylinders 3, 4, 5, and 6. The car has 25979 miles on the odometer and all oil changes were done every 3500 miles with only 91 in the car. I'm the original owner and have used 5w20 for all oil changes with Motorcraft products. Wasn't hard on the motor for the first 5k miles and did a basic break-in to ensure longevity (first owner). Rarely hard on the car but have had some fun in it, but nothing recently since its been cold and the tires suck in cold weather. The car was towed to Alpine where I bought it from in 2018 (under powertrain warranty) and the engine tech said the engine had "gunk" in the VCT solenoid which had to be cleaned out and after 3 days and $400 the car is back and runs fine again. No real discussion with the tech on recommendations eg. what oil to use since the car had really low miles and was packed with gunk that could otherwise cause engine damage. No parts were replaced and a computer flash seemed to fix the car with some sort of cleaning to the solenoid which wasn't explained very well in either the invoice, the service writer, or the tech. Once I got the car back I realized the paint was scratched in several places on the exterior paint. Two months ago a 9 hour paint correction and ceramic coating was installed which now has to be redone due to the scratches embedded in the paint in several locations. I also at that time decided to check the oil of the car and found the engine cover was not installed properly with the fasteners installed from the factory. I have tried to reach out to the service manger and a service writer to locate the fasteners with no luck nor a callback (I was initially hung up on when I called service). I have bought 2 cars in the last 3 years from this dealership having an extremely mixed/poor experience. Frankly, I'm tired and disappointed to see this level of service and I can only imagine many other customers are treated just as I am or even more poorly. And I guess the most they did to make it right was my car drives again and the turn around of 3 days. I also want to mention that I have in no way been unruly to the staff in person nor over the phone as I'm very understanding at how busy Alpine ford was at the time I took my vehicle. read more

The way this dealership treats the people that buy cars from them is ridiculous and the service department is the worst ever. Let me explain: Three months ago I bought a 2015 F150 from them. In hindsight I should have checked to make sure the heat blew out hot air but it was 90+ degrees out and the ac was working just fine. A month later we went to turn on the heat and realized that only the driver's side heater blew out hot air. After 2 months and 3 times they had the truck at the service center with 4 different people helping me and getting the run around from them - today they told me the warranty I bought that covers the whole truck does not cover the ac/heater and that I should talk to the sales department. He mentioned I should talk to the sales dept. about them fixing it since they sold me the truck this way. When I spoke to the gentleman who sold us the truck about what was going on he stated "we don't fix theses things after you buy a car, you should have checked it before." I also assumed that the service dept would have checked it as well as one of their inspections before they put it out for sale. Again, I did not think on checking it due to the fact that it was 90+ degrees. Anyways, the way I have been treated at this dealership and some of the reviews I'm reading now I would never even step foot on their property; their customer service and service department do not care for you after they get their SALE! My Opinion based on my experience with Alpine Ford Service Department (AFSD) of Pueblo, CO is: "Run Like Hell from AFSD". If I could give them a 0 (zero) rating I would. My 2017 SD F250 4X4 Crew Cab Lariat 6.2L V-8 (Truck) broke down in Walsenburg, CO when I was towing a new travel trailer from Henderson, CO to Hondo, TX. My Truck was originally towed to J.M. Tire, Inc (JMTI) in Walsenburg, CO. They diagnosed that my Truck's fuel pump was not getting any power. JMTI said my Truck had a bad fuel pump relay and a new Fuse Box and Wire Assembly was needed because the fuel pump relay is integrated into it. JMTI ordered the part from Alpine Ford Parts Department, Pueblo, CO. After JMTI got the part they told me they didn't have the tools and equipment to install the part. JMTI told me I would have to take my Truck to a Ford Dealer. So I had my Truck towed to AFSD-A Really Bad Mistake!!!. I told the AFSD of JMTI's diagnosis, which they completely ignored. AFSD's diagnosis was my Truck had a bad fuel pump. AFSD charged me over $2,000 to install the new fuel pump. Guess what, AFSD contacted me saying they had bad news and the installation of the new fuel pump didn't fix my Truck (which they should have realized based upon JMTI's diagnosis & the fact that most fuel pumps last around 100,000 miles and my Truck had only 45,310 miles on it when it broke down). Then, AFSD told me my Fuel Pump Relay was bad and my Fuse Box & Wire Assembly had to be replaced-DUH. Finally on 5/6/2024 AFSD contacted me that my truck was fixed and ready for pickup (they had my Truck for a total of 29 days). They told me they had test driven my truck and everything was OK. My Truck has an after market Kelderman 4-Link Air Ride Suspension System-this system replaces the factory suspension system. On my drive back from AFSD to Walsenburg, CO I discovered my Kelderman Air Ride Suspension was not working and completely disabled. I new AFSD had screwed it up & I didn't want them to work on my Truck again. So I looked for a local Kelderman Dealer. It was my lucky day when I found KC Truck Performance Center of Colorado Springs-owner Kevin. Kevin in a very short time had my Kelderman Air Ride Suspension System fixed and working as it should. So, when AFSD worked on my Truck they cut/snipped the power line to the Kelderman Air Ride Suspension System and intentionally didn't reconnect it and didn't even bother to tell me. I was lucky that my Kelderman Air Ride Suspension System wasn't permanently damaged, since I had to drive a total of 248 miles before I got it working properly again. I had to waste 5 1/2 hours of my own time and drive 196 miles to get the Kelderman Air Ride Suspension System working again. After I got back to Hondo, TX, I also discovered that when AFSD worked on my Truck they also cut/snipped a wire that supplied continuous 12 volt power to my Trucks auxiliary braking system when I tow my Truck behind my motorhome. Again, AFSD intentionally didn't reconnect this cut/snipped wire when they completed their work on my Truck and didn't bother to tell me. I had to waste 5 hours of my own time to find the cut/snipped wire and get it reconnect to 12 volt power. As a summary, following are all the things AFSD screwed up: 1) AFSD recorded my Truck as a "King Ranch" when in fact it is a "Lariat", 2) AFSD recorded my Truck's "Mileage In" as 72922 when the correct mileage was 45,310, 3) AFSD misdiagnosed the problem with my Truck as a bad fuel pump and charged me over $2,000 for something I didn't need. 4) AFSD intentionally disabled my Truck's Kelderman Air Ride Suspension System when working on my Truck and didn't enable this system again when completing the work on my Truck-plus AFSD never told me, 5) AFSD intentionally disabled the continuous 12 volt power supply to my Trucks auxiliary braking system and didn't enable this system again when completing the work on my Truck-plus AFSD never told me. I paid AFSD a total of $5,547.59 and in addition I purchased the Fuse Box & Wire Assembly myself for $1,271.95 for a total of $6,819.54. I contacted AFSD's Service Director twice by text message in an attempt to get compensation for their misdiagnosis & other problems they intentionally created. I never got a response from the Service Director. I contacted AFSD's General Manager three times by email in an attempt to get compensation for their misdiagnosis & other problems they intentionally created. I took our car in @ 7:00 for some recall work and was told it would be done by 10:30. The "automated update" system was never updated. I called about noon and no one knew why my car was in there. I try to stay local, but I am starting to see why people go to Colorado Springs. read more

Alpine Ford is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with-- BEWARE. Specifically, they: --Added a $995 miscellaneous fee to the contract after I had 100% negotiated the price and terms. This looked a lot like they were hoping we wouldn't notice. --OVERCHARGED ME $5,000!!! Yes, they actually took $5,000 from me that was not owed to them, above and beyond the total purchase price, taxes, fees, etc. They promised multiple times to refund the money and did not follow through by the stated days/times. They promised to refund my card several times without doing it, and promised to send a check multiple times without doing it. I was only able to speak to the General Manager after filing a complaint with Ford Motor Company and having Ford call the dealership. The General Manager spent a long conversation trying to get out of immediately refunding the money he was holding and had never been owed (all he was being asked to do was send a check overnight and verify a tracking number). That was when I called the police. --Before the purchase, the sales manager tried to say the vehicle price was $2,000 more than the price publicly listed in their Cars.com advertisement. It sounded as though he was assuming I hadn't seen the advertisement. He argued about the price, then finally agreed to honor the advertised price when I told him to go look up the ad. --The dealership sales people are VERY difficult to reach. Throughout the buying process, I was sent to voicemail boxes that were not accepting messages numerous times. --The dealership initially had three separate people email me after I had submitted an email inquiry about the vehicle. None of the people answered any of my questions or appeared to know that I had even submitted questions. FINALLY a very good sales guy wrote back and answered all of my questions. He was the only competent person we dealt with during the buying process. read more
