Very dishonest sales people. Get any offer in writing/ email before you go as this dealership has even less morals than most.

It's now May, 2022 and we still have no title. As such, we can't get license plates on the old truck. We've been in contact with the dealership numerous times including talking to the manager himself with no luck. Now they won't even return my phone calls. Because we've gotten absolutely no assistance from Auto World we've had to resort to trying to track down a title for it ourselves through the previous owner and the auction company they contracted with to sell the truck but there's a possibility that we will have to apply for and pay lots of money for a bonded title. Frustration cannot even begin to describe how we feel. We certainly won't do business there again and don't recommend the place for any auto buyers.

Mind you it was at 23,000 for a fucking 2012 car that isn't even priced as that. I was better off going somewhere else and having a brand new car... mind you I'm only 21. A 2012 Honda accord that had been in an accident before I bought it, had marks in the front bumper and THE HEADLINE TO THE ROOF HANGS OFF, I just had to pay $500 to get a bunch of stuff fixed on the car. I don't think they even clean it before they sale nor check anything. I got so screwed who does this to a female? A year later and I'm still pissed like why would you guys do this? It's so messed up. The plugin RAV4s were scarce at the time and none were available in New Mexico, so we called around to some dealerships in the surrounding states. The call to the dealership was great - the woman I spoke to was very friendly and down to earth, and helped me hold an incoming car while we drove up from New Mexico. Once we got there the salesman we worked with, Devon, was super professional and helpful. Him and the finance guy (sorry! I forgot his name but he was also great) took time with us to crunch numbers and we ended up getting a great payment. It's not a huge dealership but the showroom was very clean, there were plenty of places to sit, a coffee bar, clean bathrooms, etc. The entire experience was very pleasant, easy, and by far the fastest car buying experience I've ever had (test drove, numbers done, trade-in taken/assessed, paperwork signed, and car prepped in like an hour and a half). In the weeks after the dealership and our salesman checked in a few times to ask about the visit and the car, and even repaired some accidental damage caused by the dealer vanity plate at no charge (and with no fuss) 3 months after the purchase. Really good experience. In the future I would be happy to make another trip to Pueblo, next time I buy a car.

Explained he worked swing shifts but he showed interest in a jeep they had and we came down to do the research it for him. Found the one he liked we agreed and shook hands and scheduled an appointment for 10am the next morning to bring in Jr and finalize paperwork. Asked what documents he needed to bring so we were prepared as he would have to be in and out by noon. Got home recieved the text confirmation and calendar invite. All good so far, service we would expect as a returning customer. Next morning Silas text at 9 just to confirm we were still on, I confirmed and asked him to wash it as it had just came in and hadn't been detailed and for Junior's fist car it would be cool, and he replied washing it now and will have it up front. We got there at 10 and the vehicle that was washed and scheduled for us was out on a test drive, and as we sat and waited it became apparent and then it started to be an awkward visit, but our sales guy said he talked to manager and as soon as they returned they'd get the keys back in our hands and we could wrap up, complete our purchase and our son would still get to work on time. Said no worries told Jr to hang tight as now we had been there for an hour we were going to run and get gas and hit car wash and be right back in case of more delays so we had another vehicle ready to get him to work. We left for 15 minutes and when we walked back in our son said they sold the car! But they were going to look for another one. I was like what? Unbelievable !!! We shook hands, we had texts and calendar invites and when we got there they sold the car we were coming in to buy to someone else. SMH very unimpressive leadership to let that happen. I feel bad for our son and for our sales guy. I know our sales guy Silas was fighting for us, so how did they keys get into some other parties hand when we had an appointment? Nonetheless I will take the families business else where, I have never treated my clients that way and I can't believe we were treated that way. Rude and Disrespectful of our time and my family. Integrity speaks a lot, for where I want to spend our money! If you go there because of the selection ask for Silas! Again he was a stud and they did him dirty by letting it happen. I hope they make the other guy split the commission as he did his job!

I agreed, and the work was completed shortly after. A few months later, after I had moved away, my car wouldn't start properly after leaving a store with my kids. I had it towed to Red Rock Nissan, where they told me the issue was due to a bad battery. It appeared the battery had not actually been replaced and the mechanic believed the battery was still the original battery to the vehicle. Dave Solon and Red Rock Nissan were in contact, and Dave Solon did cover the cost of a new battery, which I appreciated. However, I still had to pay for the tow and diagnostic.
