A bolt for the roof rack got stripped and they ordered a new one and had my truck a little longer. They threw in a window tint for my front windows which was so nice. I'm out of town so I have to plan coming to Pueblo. Nick sent me a video of the ceramic coating which was super cool. I am so pleased with the job they did. I'll take it back in a few months for a detail. They were very professional and communicated well with me.

After having the windshield replaced, I took my car in to have a shield installed on the windshield to protect it against future chips. I might incur from flying debris on the freeway. Also, my car was incredibly filthy and needed a good detailing. Nick and Jeremy and all the guys at Creative Auto are fantastic. My car was restored to showroom quality, very clean and shiny. It look just like it did the day that I picked it up from the dealer. I think I'm going to be very happy with the protective screen on the windshield. I highly recommend this company for window, tinting, auto detailing, and the protective windshield screens. They have all kinds of stuff to add onto your vehicles, both truck and car.

Original Review: I wish you could give this place no stars. $3000 dollar to repair my boyfriend's little Hyundai after he rear ended a car in a highway stop and go. Needed new front side panel, hood, fender, and the radiator housing and power steering needed to be repaired. Said it was a great deal, he would probably take a loss but wanted the good word of mouth. Here it is. Over 2 hours to tow the car off the highway, had to sit and wait in the 90 degree heat. Said it would be two weeks. Called after one week to make sure we were on schedule, said construction in the area hit their power and it would be another 5 days. They never called us. Called again to make sure the car was ready (still hadn't heard from them), went in to pick it up. Refused a check and wanted to charge an extra $60 to use a card (never saying any of this prior to payment). Went back to bank, got cash. Came back, got key, car wouldn't start. There was NO POWER STEERING FLUID IN IT. Owner (Tim) went to Wal-mart to get fluid, put it in, starts leaking everywhere. The hose is busted. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO START IT BEFORE THEY SAID IT WAS READY! Meanwhile we are late opening our business, because a quick pick up has been over two hours. Boyfriend is too nice to say anything so I went in for the fourth time that day to give them back the key and got a half ass apology after I demanded it and an "i don't really care" attitude from the owner. Said we got a "smokin deal so there is nothing else I can do". Refuses to guarantee it will be done today, refuses to take it back if the work is faulty saying "I said I would get it driving down the road, after that there is nothing I can do" so I am SURE there will be other problem we will have to spend MORE money on. Worst service I have ever seen in my life. These people should take a class in business or close down, because we spent $3000 dollars for faulty promises, terrible customer service and half-ass work. I would like to help support a small business but this is ridiculous. Never go here.

He hangs up on me, will not accept responsibility and fix the problems, obviously from all the bad reviews this is not the first time, he cannot be trusted and does not tell the truth. I wrote up a "contract of work" he was to do, and didn't do the items as I requested, I will be filing a small claims law suit again him to refund a portion of what I paid him...no wonder he wanted cash, I paid him half on picking my car and he insisted I pay him the other half before he even supplied me with a detailed invoice for what he did. He still has not supplied me with an itemized summary of what he did. This was in October 2022. What a scumbag, DO NOT USE THIS SHOP, TIM IS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND WILL TELL YOU BIG STORIES ABOUT WHAT HE DOES AND HOW GOOD HE IS, ITS ALL A LIE.

Took a little bit longer than estimated but the quality exceeded my expectations. He communicated with me thru out the process and always kept me updated on everything and explained why in terms I could understand why it was taking longer than originally quoted. I can't wait to get my other cars engine replaced so I can have him do the paint and body work on it. I highly recommend him for any and all paint and body work. Does really good with dents as well. Seen some of the before and after work while I was checking in on my jeep and grabbing stuff out of it
