No one was there when I walked in...then they got the next two coming in while I waited. Only one guy at desk on phone while trying to assist someone prior. When the directional snow tires were mounted at the beginning of winter, they got one backwards that I noticed a month later, so I had to come back. That was less an issue because I upgraded generic tpms for those tires -just did it at the same time.

My 1997 Audi A8 with 130000 miles had been dying at stoplights when the outside is hot for over three years. Being too lazy to drive to the Springs or Denver to get it fixed, I was just living with it. We had been at Shah's for lunch on a Saturday, when I noticed that Colorado Tire Auto Care, next door, had four German cars in the parking lot. I dropped in. Edward was at the service desk and convinced me that he could fix the problem. The long story short is that he did diagnose and fix the problem, and in record time. I am beyond elated. Vinnie, the GM, is to be commended as well. Obviously, his policy is to be straight with customers, and not gouge them. This business is a hidden gem.
