I have had three cars worked on here and have been on average charged excessively for work completed. My mom who turns 80 in November took her car here for a thermostat replacement on a 2009 Saturn. They charged her $113 for the $15 thermostat and $400 for two hours of labor. You mean to tell me that a third rate mechanic in Pueblo makes more an hour than most doctors and lawyers. They also had my older brothers car in for a job quoted him a price and when he voiced how relieved he was at the price because a rival shop had quoted a much higher price ( I know my brother is not the smartest) they charged him a different price closer to the rival shops quote because there was a "misunderstanding" of the original quoted price. These guys are just like any other shop in town. Best to go to someone with some commitment to customer service.

When we walked in he wasn't concerned with the status of the vehicle, he wanted to be sure everyone was ok. He helped us through a really tough situation and gave him the information he needed to make sure the car, the lender and the tow yard were all taken care of without putting more stress on our situation. THANK YOU! When leaving the first time not once was Daurios asking when they could expect payment or what we planned to do with our vehicle on their lot. We left knowing exactly what needed to be done and was able to go back the next day and pay our bill and update them on the vehicle. Huge shout out to Greg Daurio! I had my truck at local mechanic shop which claimed I need a very…read morehard part to get my hands on, so Greg ordered the part for me. The local mechanic said that the part was defective and he couldn't help me out unless I got a new part. After notifying Daurios about the supposedly "defective part", Greg paid for my truck to be towed to his own mechanic and it was fixed within a few hours of my truck being delivered to Greg's mechanic. Greg not only paid for my towing, but he refunded my $1,600 for the part minus a small S&H fee (that I didn't even need, even though the other mechanic shop said I did). What would have cost me over $2,000 at the 'other local mechanic', Greg had it fixed like new for $175. Greg and the Daurio Team are honest, reliable and stand behind their word! My car is old so it runs into problems often and T's is the ONLY place in Pueblo that will fix it for a VERY good price and will have it done so quickly. Each time my car has never taken more than 2-3 days MAX! They ALWAYS call and approve w me before they do any work on the car about price and parts even if something comes up, they will call.
