The price quoted was expensive, and I was nervous giving a large deposit. After being ripped off twice before by landscapers I was extremely hesitant. But i cannot be that person that stops trusting. My yard looks exactly like I wanted. It went from being an eyesore to a thing of beauty. I think lawns are such a waste of water, and require lots of maintenance. I had two different types of rock put on top of fabric. I hope the weeds stay away. The crew worked hard, and they seemed to enjoy the work. Very satisfied with the results. And no, I was not paid for this review, and I am not a friend or relative of anyone at M & T Landscaping.

He also told us he guaranteed his work 100%, but when replacing the valves didn't solve the problem he did not offer to look into any other repair. We were fortunate to find an honest person who found the actual problem, made the repair for $60 and its fixed!
