He charged some of us $400 dollars to replace 2 valves and charged others $280 for the same repair. He didn't even replace the entire valve, only the top part that was easy to replace. When confronted with why he charged some people more for the same work, he said "well they just got lucky". He also told us he guaranteed his work 100%, but when replacing the valves didn't solve the problem he did not offer to look into any other repair. We were fortunate to find an honest person who found the actual problem, made the repair for $60 and its fixed! I don't normally do reviews but in this instance, I don't want any other senior citizens to be taken advantage of.

Unfortunately, my experience was very similar to many of the other reviews posted here…read more I brought my lawn mower in during early November, paid the $45 diagnostic fee, and an additional $10 for fuel so the equipment could be tested. At that time, I was informed that the shop was busy and that I should expect an estimate within 5-7 business days. After two weeks, I called for an update and was told the mower had not yet been inspected due to weather and seasonal workload. A week later, I called again and was assured that someone would contact me with the estimate. Another week passed with no communication. At that point, I was only reaching an answering service and repeatedly left messages that were never returned. By mid-December, I requested to speak with the owner or manager. I was told they were unavailable but would return my call. The following week, after receiving no response, I informed the shop that I would be picking up my mower. When I arrived, I learned the business had closed for vacation until January. When I finally retrieved the mower, I requested a refund since no repairs had been performed. I also noticed that the fuel tank was empty despite having paid for fuel to test the equipment. I was told that an estimate had been completed, but the employee could not locate it and promised to email it to me. More than six months later, I have still never received that estimate. The most disappointing aspect of this experience was the lack of communication and follow-through. Customers deserve timely updates and honest information about the status of their equipment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business and believe it reflects poorly on the Pueblo business community.

Had them take my JD RX75 mower in to replace "Drive Belts Only"…read more I had the proper new belts. Mower has a brand new engine with less than 30min run time. New oil is clear as water. Carb freshly rebuilt, all new gas line, filter etc. It needs nothing except the new drive belts. They charged $55 pickup & return. $45 to install belts. $10 to charge my card! Within the hour they texted: "Needs: oil & gas system flushed, carb rebuilt, ignition repaired, bunch of other NOT NEEDED things for 7 hours @ $95 per hour." "I refused as not needed, ONLY put the drive belts on." Never heard back after she said "I will have them install the belts and have it back by the end of this week" After 6 weeks of almost no response I finally got it back. No refund for repair charged. Belts still in the bag, nothing at all done toward installing the belts. I cannot even get a reply now. They left it setting outside full of blown dirt, weeds, trash etc. And had taken the sparkplug out. I have not inspected it to see what else has been taken apart. These people are CROOKS! George L. Our sprinkler system was failing to shut off completely, and we got tired of closing the water pipe…read morevalve by hand. So we did the usual research and called All Seasons Sprinkler and Sewer. Melissa got back to us promptly and scheduled a free estimate, even though this was a very small job. The technician, Aaron, arrived on time and walked us through an inspection of our electronic system, and then the valve boxes outside. He seemed very knowledgeable and was happy to explain things to us along the way. He found and fixed our (apparently) simple leaking solenoid problem. Everything is working fine now. He didn't even charge us. A month later, in October, we scheduled a technician to come out and winterize our system. It took a few calls to coordinate, but then it went very smoothly. The technician was happy to explain all the steps so I can now winterize things myself (if I ever decide to buy my own air compressor). We'll definitely be keeping them in mind if we have any future needs. Their prices seem very reasonable to us.

Of all the companies Super Tech was as good as our last company: Sprinkler World. We loved them, but they no longer service our area. Super Tech inventoried where everything was located, tested, reviewed with us, made recommendations, detailed the costs, and we agreed on what recommendations we needed. He then educated us on high water pressure in the system., Made repairs accordingly and quickly , excellent work. With all of that and two heads replaced the price was very reasonable.
