Been using these folks for years. They called me yesterday to confirm appointment to have sprinkler…read moresystem blown out today with an arrival time between 9am and 11am. My wife was in the room, heard this and wrote this info down. When I called Sprinkler world today at 11:10am to ask where they were the receptionist was rather curt and said I had the time of arrival incorrect and that the arrival time I was given was 11am to 1pm. When I told the receptionist this she ignored me and left it that the error was mine. After confirming with my wife shortly after what had happened she confirmed 9am to 11am was the time we were given yesterday. Called to cancel today's appointment. Shame, Sprinkler World lost a customer of many years because they could not acknowledge their error and effectively attempted to gaslight their customer.

I reminded him I went with him in my basement and it took less than 4 minutes to walk into my basement and connect. Then, he said he would refund the over charge. After 2 calls to the front office and almost a week later,-I was finally refunded my over payment. I despise BAIT & SWITCH tactics and will NOT be using Sprinkler Squad ever again!

Especially because it saved me hours of frustration and going back and forth to the big-box store to find parts and hope they'd work. We've used Sprinklers Inc. a few times in the past, in the 20-teens and 2020s, so it was an easy decision to call them. Highly recommend. Btw, no, I'm not in San Francisco. After finding a wonderful new build, we took about 6 months to find the right landscaper. RC Custom Landscape & Stonework and another landscaper were our choices to meet with. Raymundo came out and walked us around the property and gave us a real sense that they knew what was best for the property in what we wanted. We selected RC Custom Landscape and we were not disappointed. We had a wall put up, some cement work done, lots of rock work, flagstone, mulch, trees, grass, and some minor shrubs. There is nothing about our landscape that we don't love. The only issues we had was getting replies to inquiries, but once we started talking with the staff that was no longer an issue. They are worth the price and patience. Everyone that came out to work on the yard was respectful and listened to anything we would tell them. It was a good experience overall. Thank you again Raymundo and Team!
