When I called Sprinkler world today at 11:10am to ask where they were the receptionist was rather curt and said I had the time of arrival incorrect and that the arrival time I was given was 11am to 1pm. When I told the receptionist this she ignored me and left it that the error was mine. After confirming with my wife shortly after what had happened she confirmed 9am to 11am was the time we were given yesterday. Called to cancel today's appointment. Shame, Sprinkler World lost a customer of many years because they could not acknowledge their error and effectively attempted to gaslight their customer.
