Her enthusiasm about how beautiful my floor could look was contagious. She suggested just polyurethane without stain for the best look, and she was right. She made sure the work crew did the job correctly, visiting the house on the day of the job. I'm sure she does these jobs all the time, but for me, it was a big event, so I appreciated that my satisfaction was clearly important to her. The floor looks as good today as it did a year ago when I meant to write this review.

Trim work that has mud on it they simply polyurethane over rather than cleaning or replacing 6. Trim work they attempted to use Putty on rather than cutting at the correct angle 7. Installed LVP while still working T&G and Trim with scaffolding, hence to say the LVP is all scratched 8. Screw holes in the sheetrock which were never mudded, leaving visible holes 9. I cannot overstate how amazing this company is…read more I am a manager for a chain restaurant that had literal YEARS of grease build up on the carpet. I had written it off and began the process of trying to get new carpet. You could HEAR your feet sticking to the carpet as you walked. Customers complained. I complained. We tried other carpet cleaners and it would look *better-ish* for a couple of days and then you'd start hearing the carpet again. Carpet should not be heard. I'm just saying. I was struck immediately by a couple of things. The owner came out to do an estimate and he was on time. I've gotten used to vendors being late. I also received a text reminder that he was on his way, so I was able to organize my staff to not need me for a couple of minutes, which in itself was very helpful. He told me he could save the carpets, and I actually laughed. He saved the carpets. That happened. He saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. I've never been so pleased with a service in my life...in twenty years of restaurant work I've never seen someone do such an amazing job, and take such pride in their work.
