I don't know why they hire people with no knowledge on motor bikes. I was looking for a smaller summer ride just to save money on gas on my summer commutes but a sales rep, Kasey did not know anything. You'd figure a sales rep can help but nope, couldn't even find it on the brochure about this MT-03 vs MT-06. I left disappointed because Kasey couldn't answer a simple question but got pushy about buying the more expensive one. I went to their web-site and browsed around and found a vehicle I was curious about. I clicked on the button that said preapproval. The application on the preapproval said they would only do a soft inquiry, and that it would not hurt my credit at all. Well they lied! They did two hard credit inquires and it will hurt my credit. They called and apologized and said but we can offer you a great deal! What a scam! They say one thing and then do something different. The manager told me when you clicked the button you agreed that we could not only give you a hard inquiry but also send it to banks and credit unions, which they did to me. They also send my preapplication to a credit union. So now I have two hard credit inquires and I never even set foot in the store, nor did I apply for a loan. If they will not tell the truth about this what else will they mislead customers about when they actually get you in the showroom. Stay far away from this company! read more

I can only represent my experience and not anything else. So, I called in the morning to confirm they sold onewheelXR and they had them in stock, the woman on the phone confirmed they sell them and have them in stock. I even called back after work to confirm when they called and ask if I can demo the onewheel when I come in, again a woman on the phone, said she's not sure and connected me to the parts department. I said I was told you have the onewheelXR to sell but do you have one I can demo before I buy, he said let me ask my manager, came back n said no, I said that's fine, I still wanted it. I drove over an hour from Colorado Springs and when I got there I went right to the counter and said I want to buy the onewheelXR and the guy behind the counter said sorry we're out of stock. Horrible customer service! I spent $800 on tires. When I went to pick them up they had another $150 tacked on for "installing the tires". Funny I was loading them in the truck bed. They then said it would $150 be for mounting the tire to the rim. I told them to refund me for the tires bc I wasn't paying that. Coincidentally the restocking fee was $150. Someone must have really needed that $150 over the $800 I spent a few weeks prior. Also I was told a week on having them ready. I called them three weeks later and had to get a manager to find my order. It had been on the shelf that three weeks but they forgot to call. read more

Got a Dirtbike from this dealership. Buying process went smooth bike came with check oil light on but said it was just from changing the oil and it would go away after it filtered through the system. Oil light still on after taking it for a ride. I was wanting to purchase a bike for my husband as a surprise for his birthday but work some crazy hours so was never able to come during normal business hours. I sent an email the morning of 12/21 and within a couple hours the owner of Strictly power sports called and let Me know they would stay open late so I could come in and make this surprise possible. Jordan the sales associate I worked with called me and got everything as ready as possible through the phone so it would be a smooth process that evening. When I arrived the entire staff working that day was still there ready to help and just as excited as I was to make my husbands birthday one to never forget! After all the paper work was done they got the bike ready for his surprise and even found a red bow to put on it! When my husband walked in the staff was all there singing happy birthday! Went down to buy a helmet and communications system were told would be with us shortly we waited 10 minutes and started to leave. We were finally helped on way out the door. 2 weeks later I called to have tire mounted they said service department was busy and took my number said would call back in 10 minutes. I waited 3 hrs and finally called then to be told they would not mount tire not bought from them. I was considering taking my dirt bike there on consignment. I will not shop there again. Then got terrible service from the parts department told me they had oils they do not have in stock and never had they said. Horrible experience. Ready to buy and the sales manager refused to drop price $300. It was close to closing time and they are closed thru Monday for Labor Day. The sales manager was high railing out the door. Poor quality business with customers. There was more to this but if the owner knew what this sales manager did he would not be happy at loosing a sale. I bought my Kawasaki at a different dealer in Florence, (Hymark doesn't sell new Kawasaki) had some issues within the first couple hundred miles, took my bike to the dealer in Florence and they took almost 5 weeks to get to fixing the problems caused by the way they put the bike together in the first place. After picking the bike up in Florence there were still problems with it, the speedo cable was loose, they didn't install accessories correctly etc. so I rode it straight to Hymark hoping they could figure it out. Amazingly they were able to get me in that same day, almost impossible during the summer. They got my bike in, examined it, gave me an estimate and we're done with it the same day. I will be taking my bike here from now on, this was a great experience and I felt like they were very honest and open. The facility is nice and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. read more

I bought a 2014 KTM Adventure that had a couple of mechanical issues within the first month and a half that I owned it. I went in to this place around 2 pm, and apparently they don't need anyone's business. I went in and as a consumer I am gathering information and shopping around for the best deal on a new bike. I told him my finances were covered and I didn't need their financing. He then said "well we can get you a good deal on one of these Indians", to which I said "tell me about this good deal". Then he said " I can get you 1.9% financing" . I'm thinking to myself WTF!! I just said I don't need your financing!!! So I reiterated "I don't need financing!! What is your best keys in hand out the door price, because I want to shop around", see if I'm getting a good deal. Well I guess that is a strange concept to them because he said "well I'm not doing that", and turned and walked away. I'm thinking to myself after that well fuck you too then, as he was yelling some incoherent bs as he walked away. Needless to say he pissed me off and I won't be going back, and I guess they don't need my business. So I went to HD Outpost, and they gave me out the door prices with no problem at all. don't go here!!!!!!!!! they are at least $700 more than any other bike shop! check it out and you will see. i bought a 2017 polaris outlaw (lime green) from them. i really liked the polaris outlaw and wanted to buy another one for my daughter. they finance guy drug his feet for over 2 weeks. i had to keep calling him! he said he was having a hard time getting the financing for the atv. finally i got fed up and went down to rocky mountain cycle and they had me approved in 15 minutes and i began to speak with the finance guy and told him how much i paid for my outlaw at hymark and he said that they charged me way too much and that all the prices for the units should be the same. however; this was not the case for my outlaw. i decided to give hymark another shot when i began looking for a ktm sx 50 mini. hymark had a 2016 ktm sx 50 mini so we went and checked it out with my son. upon inspection i noticed that the bike was in fact a used bike and they were trying to sell it to me for the price of a 2017 model ($3700)!!!!!!! it was at this point that i walked out and decided i would not go there ever again. what a shame because their location is great for where i live. i went to apex sports in colorado springs and bought a (real) brand new 2017 ktm sx 50 mini for $3600 out the door plus they gave my son all kinds of ktm posters and key chains for free. they made sure that i fully understood everything about my sons motorcycle and they even gave him a mini class on it. then the sales guy helped me load the bike into my truck. unlike hymark where they just pushed my sons atv out of the garage door, closed the door and made me load it up my self because they were in a hurry to get home. i wish i could give hymark a negative rating but i guess i can't. it is also funny how they changed the review site for thier business becasue of all the negative reviews on there. i know because this i already left a remark for them before. they can keep changing review sites and i will keep leaving this remark because people need to be aware of hymark and drive in the opposite direction. unless you are cool with paying $700 more for your bike with even worse customer service. i hate that i have to give them a 1 star because they don't even deserve that! read more

I brought my Polaris Sportsman(drove it off the truck, 73 +/- hours on machine) to Hymark in June 2016 because overheat and not able to keep it running.I had told them I replaced the 4 sensors around carb area. They couldn't find what was wrong and couldn't get it to over heat. You have to bring it to the dealer, they have the Polaris digital wrench. They had problems troubleshooting the ATV. Then they figure out the valves are bad and have to investigate more. They pull the motor apart and tell me there is metal shavings where there shouldn't be metal shavings(but they couldn't get it to over heat and the ATV was running before dropoff?????) and its not worth fixing and nothing on trade-in and 6,00.00 to repair and a smaller newer bike would be cheaper, this was October 2016-4 months later.. I DROVE the ATV off my truck to deliver and they loaded it on my truck with a fork lift and parts in a box when I left Hymark. They said it could have been I drove it to hard or maybe not enough. AND PRODUCT. So for 1/7 (1,100.00) of the price that I paid for the ATV for them to trouble shoot a now blown engine. They(Nicole) said If I wanted, they would put the blown motor back together for another 400.00. read more
