Kelsey did an amazing job designing the front desk, waiting areas, bathrooms etc. Very cool auto mechanic theme (box wrenches as drawer pulls). Anthony was able to get 9 serpentine belts to try and one did fit. Meanwhile, I took the day to ride my motorcycle that I was trailering around the area. By early afternoon the job was done and I was back on my way. I don't know how many good, honest, reasonably priced auto repair shops there are in Pueblo, CO but this is definitely one. Highly recommend!!

Took my mom's car here because of all the positive reviews. Sometimes personal experience is worth…read moremore than another's perspective. I have had three cars worked on here and have been on average charged excessively for work completed. My mom who turns 80 in November took her car here for a thermostat replacement on a 2009 Saturn. They charged her $113 for the $15 thermostat and $400 for two hours of labor. You mean to tell me that a third rate mechanic in Pueblo makes more an hour than most doctors and lawyers. They also had my older brothers car in for a job quoted him a price and when he voiced how relieved he was at the price because a rival shop had quoted a much higher price ( I know my brother is not the smartest) they charged him a different price closer to the rival shops quote because there was a "misunderstanding" of the original quoted price. These guys are just like any other shop in town. Best to go to someone with some commitment to customer service.

Did NOT gouge me on the price. Second purchase was a complete bed for a Ram Dually. They knocked off some $$$. The best part was they accepted several payments for the purchase. These guys are ethical and fair. I drove a round trip of 250 miles to pick up my parts. It was worth the trip, totally.
