    There when I needed help.

I was visiting a friend in Pueblo and as I headed back home to Colorado Springs I felt the the tires on the car were off. I turned into the first tire place I could find and was taken care of right away by Israel - the manager at Texas Tires. He not only checked the pressure and added air (it was 20lbs low!), but he also took the wheel off and checked for leaks. He made sure the tire was intact and safe for my trip back home and at no charge. I am moved by his kind and generous attention, especially since I was away from home and without a clue of where to go for help. Texas Tires - you're awesome. Thank you.

I took my car in to put the lowering springs on. Overall it was an okay experience, only because of the price being the cheapest around and used my products. Shortly after leaving there were scraping noises coming from my front suspension and had to get somebody else to fix it, so I could make sure it was done right the second time. I called them and they said it was in need of an alignment (which an alignment has nothing to do with a scraping noise due to them putting things on wrong on my 2019 Mustang GT) It looks good after I got everything figured out though!

Been waiting over a month and my lift kit still is not in and I have already made my first payment. I do not recommend this place.

I brought my rim in to be repaired beyond hitting a pot hole in our great state of Colorado. They…read morerepaired it to perfection The customer service is by far superior to many places (not just tire and rim shops) As I asked questions about their services I was offered a tour of their shop and explained the different services they provide. As I was walking to each section in their shop their customer service representative explained everything in detail. I will return to have my rims worked on to look good as new, as a matter of fact I will return even if I buy new rims from them. By far the best service I have had in a while for anything (restaurant, tire shop, or any customer service industry period). You won't be disappointed if I could give them more stars I would not hesitat.

I brought in my 3 piece wheels for a bent lip and was quoted around 250 with a 5-7 day wait time. I wait 5 MORE DAYS before I call again(over 2 weeks at this point now). They tell me they'll call me back in 5 minutes so they can check the status(spoiler they don't) 20 minutes pass by and I decide to call again and they FINALLY say their finished and ready for pick up. I arrive and MY TIRES AREN'T EVEN MOUNTED TO MY RIM, I ask where my tires are because they're over 500 dollars for just a pair of them. They look confused and have to go ask before me having to wait another 30 minutes in the lobby for them to mount and balance them. I pick up my wheels and the product isn't even anything to brag about, it's straight and polished but you can clearly see where they welded and polished the bend, not to mention they ripped and tightened down the ever loving piss out of my valve stem seal and now it's torn and protruding instead of sitting flush, and when asked what happened was told 'it's a common thing to happen'. Paid 335 dollars for all of this. Yeah they have good ratings but I hope you have a better experience than I did because Jesus Christ I had a horrible time dealing with them

Getting me started. I was there for a simple patch because I had a screw. After an hour of sitting there and watching three more employees come in. No one had called my name or come to look for me so I went up front and I could see my car was parked out front already if I hadn't gone up there, how long would it have been before they notified me? They were already helping the lady who came in after me for a new tires and were ringing her out. Mind you she came in about 15 minutes after me. I understand different processes take different amounts of time, but it shouldn't take an hour for a patch.

I decided to go to YELP, the options were a profanity filled rant versus a concise and to the point review of this outfit. I opted for the second, even though I've seen plenty of the first option out there. Earlier in the year, a young lady was in for an oil change on a Subaru. She was told in no short order that within a month or so she would need brakes, to the tune of $2,000. Having own Subaru's I knew that they came with the indicator tabs that would start making noise prior to the brakes rubbing on the rotors. I was nursing a back injury and was unable at the time to do much of anything as far as even take the wheels off of the car to look at them. After my full recovery I loaded up my car; floor jack, jack stands, impact wrench, brake working tools, a new set of front brakes and all the necessary materials to install and clean up. Drove 75 miles, and proceeded to prep the vehicle for the brake job. Once the vehicle was safely lifted in the air I removed both front wheels, proceeded to remove the passenger side brake pads. Much to my surprise, comparing them to the brand new ones they were almost identical. I did not have calipers with me but in my estimation 1/32nd of an inch had been worn from the original brakes compared to the brand new set sitting next to them. Checked the driver side same thing, check both rear brakes, same thing. I returned the brakes to a store in Pueblo of the same name where I purchased them, where I was told in no uncertain terms that this Big-O is not part of the Nationwide chain but individually owned franchise as is the other one in Pueblo and the one in Trinidad. All owned by one family, kind of like the Jiffy Lube & Screw's were up in Denver in the early to mid-2000s. As you can see in the picture the brand new brakes are on the left the ones taken off of the vehicle are on the right yes this vehicle needed a $2,000 brake job like I need a hole in my head. My guess is this poor lady would have brought her vehicle in, handed then the keys, they would have parked it in the back for about 4 hours, gave her a call and said "it's ready to go, come and get it". $$$$ ! The owners of this not so fine automotive repair establishment are more than welcome to retort, whether they retort with some form of a good reason, or a blatant lie is up to them. I don't expect much especially this day and age, I have practically given up on any form of real customer service or morals when it comes to most businesses. Citizens of Pueblo and Trinidad you have been warned what you do is up to you and out of my hands. Have a wonderful day, and please find a reputable mechanic.
