Secondly, how great is it when the nail you had in your tire didn't need a patch, it was just in the rubber and the guys took it out without a charge Third, since we were there figured I'd ask how long we had on the tires before they needed replacement. Honest answer appreciated and since we needed we needed tires figured we should go ahead and get them. The guys were great! Excellent customer service The tires were great quality, they explained the difference between each tread since my son has a lifted Jeep and has some beefy off-road tires on there now but didn't need those type. I was visiting a friend in Pueblo and as I headed back home to Colorado Springs I felt the the tires on the car were off. I turned into the first tire place I could find and was taken care of right away by Israel - the manager at Texas Tires. He not only checked the pressure and added air (it was 20lbs low!), but he also took the wheel off and checked for leaks. He made sure the tire was intact and safe for my trip back home and at no charge. I wish I would have been smarter in researching this place before using them. They just deceive and try to money gouge you. Santino helped me today and tried to deceive me and belittled me. I originally bought new tires from them because the place I was going to go was closed and I needed tires faster at that moment. I bought tires from them approximately 2 months ago. I went in today after having got a flat on the highway when headed to the Springs. I was in the Springs driving up to the Academy exit when my tire made itself known as flat. I had no prior signs that it was flat and the location I was in, it was extremely unsafe to pull over due to construction. I got a spare on it and made it safely to Texas Tires to get the replacement covered by the warranty. He told me that it was under negligence but his manager approved them changing it anyways. I asked him how I was negligent. I have had flat tires before on the highways and can recognize the signs in time to pull off, this time I had no signs. He in a off handed way accused me of being deceptive so I asked him how I was to notice it sooner next time, and he said "don't drive on a flat" and repeated it many times. I told him once again I did not have signs of a flat, had already driven 40 miles with no indication of a flat that I must have picked something up on the highway. He belittled me by saying "well let's go to google" with an attitude and googled it. He read off indications of a flat that I am already aware of, and I told him once again that I had none of those signs. So I asked him for signs I may I may have missed, and he finally said that he had no idea because he had never had a flat tire. Then continued to say it was still negligent because I had driven knowingly on the flat to a SAFE spot off an exit I was already next to. I told him it was a massive safety issue due to construction to stop where I was, and he belittled me by saying " well we weren't there to know, and many people have to pull off the side to change a tire all the time". He was still not getting the fact that I would have been hit if I had pulled off in that spot, regardless if I had gotten out of my vehicle and didn't care about the explanation. So he went out to check out the tire more and called me out. He pointed out the damage on the inside and such. Then, after he put the new tire on, he called me out again, claiming I must have hit the side of my tire because my rim was "so damaged and leaking air"... and pointed to a area that had been there for years with no issues and nobody ever saying anything to me. I told him that it had been there for awhile with no issues, and if it was to cause an issue why didn't they say anything when they put these tires on originally. He claimed it couldn't have been there before because it would have gone flat sooner than two months later. And insisted I had hit something, although I told him I had not. I told him I would have known if I had hit something like a curb and he tried to claim you don't always know, that he hit curbs without knowing. I told him that's something pretty big thing not to notice, and I KNOW I had not hit something. Then in attempts to continue to try to deceive me and keep it going, he PULLED THE TIRE away from the rim, intentionally letting air out and claiming that it was damaged and needed to be replaced... for $900. Then pulled the stem aside claiming a leak... at the hole where it enters. He tried selling me the $900 rim as if it were "easy" and affordable with monthly payments and tried to make it sound hard to replace another way. Saying I would need to go look in a scrap yard and bring it back to them to replace. So I went to call Colorado Tire, talked to a guy there who was kind and referred me to their 40th location. Santino came back and was waiting for me to get off the phone and looked concerned and asked if I found a rim. Then he referred me to a guy he wanted me to go to and said this was a mobile business, and he just saw them while they drove by. I called the Colorado tire at the 40th location and went by there. Checked all my tires and vent the rim into the proper position for ...$15 dollars. And at Colorado Tire all of them emitted such a sweet kind nature. Never go to Texas Tire, they will deceive you, go to Colorado tire where they truly want to help. read more

Don't take your vehicle to the shell of a shop... I called and a guy answered the phone like "Hello"? Then hung up. Called back, they answered like a business. I asked if they would install my parts. Front struts and leveling kit. Guy turns to the boss and says he wants his leveling kit and front STRETCH done!? Boss says, front stretch? WhT is thaaat!? I asked, "is this a shop?" Hung up.... I took my car in to put the lowering springs on. Overall it was an okay experience, only because of the price being the cheapest around and used my products. Shortly after leaving there were scraping noises coming from my front suspension and had to get somebody else to fix it, so I could make sure it was done right the second time. I called them and they said it was in need of an alignment (which an alignment has nothing to do with a scraping noise due to them putting things on wrong on my 2019 Mustang GT) It looks good after I got everything figured out though! read more

Let's start off by staying if I could give zero stars I would this place is a complete rip off. We took our Dodge Charger down there to get a dropped kit, interior lights and under glow lights on it spent about 3 grand maybe a little more. When we got the car back it wasn't what we asked for and we're completely disappointed we stay all the way in Colorado Springs so we couldn't take the car back right away to get the mistakes fixed because we both work high demanding jobs we had to wait a little while but we made sure to call and speak with Sean the men who did the work and gave us the quote. Sean said it was okay for us to bring it down when we could, we ended up having some free time and called down looking for Sean to let him know we were going to bring the car down. come to find out Sean and his whole team was fired. We still took the car down because the new manager told us that he would take a look at it and see what he could do, this raised some red flags with us, once we got there they started to tell us how shitty the car looked and how things weren't done right, we left the car with them for a few days then we received a call that was even more disappointing they said that there was nothing they could do that nothing was under warranty and couldn't even give us a price on what it would be to fix it after spending almost 1600$ on lights that didn't make any since, they continue to suggest that we just use some adhesive glue to put the interior lights back in the dashboard which looks like it was a at home job, the manager then went on to say that the interior lights were some of the cheapest light we could get, which just made my mouth dropped how could we spend so much money to get a cheap product put into our car again makes no since, all in all I feel like this company is a complete rip off they charge you an insane amount of money and make promises that aren't kept to go back and put cheap products in your vehicle that aren't insured. Last but not least the worse thing about it all is the way they wired everything I couldn't even use my interior lights and under glow lights at the same time all the wiring is making my dashboard pop out and come up. I find it 1000% disrespectful that the only thing the new staff could do was tell us what was done wrong and not suggest a price on what it would cost to make it right or even help make the situation right they pretty much said fuck us it's not their problem either we spend more money or deal with what's been done. read more

I went because I had flat and for one tire was 150.00 . I looked it up and confronted the man and was told that was the price. Will never go there again and I DO NOT recommend them. I did check things out and found out that actually the tires ran from $62-$112 and I confronted that and that didn't even matter I was just told that that's how it was in the system. I would have never considered it except that I had to be at an appointment so I paid for it it is a choice that I made but I am telling you straight the Manager Didn't seem like he could care less. I am a female and I hate being in that situation because I was ripped off and I hate it that someone would do that I found out that I was actually double charged for the tire so I highly do not recommend them and please don't Do business with them read more

Called about having a flat fixed and they were real accepting to have me come in without appointment and get it fixed. When I arrived, it was done in 10 minutes time with no pressure sales. I did ask about pricing out some replacements and found their prices and warranties were right up there with other large tire competitors. Lastly.... I'm not a bot working for Texas Tire. I actually drove in to get an estimate, I wish I would of driven right out. Don't go here their not honest! First I waited while the boss was somewhere, then he comes in to the shop. I ask for two shock absorbers estimate , he gets on the computer and tells me shocks for my truck at OReilleys, are going to cost 300 a piece, and I would need an alignment that he was going to take elsewhere to get done for an extra 100.00. So with taxes and all, he quotes me 1,000.00. Gives me and my mom a ride home. I decided to call OREILLEYS they are actually charging me 200.00 more for the parts than OReilleys best shock absorber was going to cost and OREILLEYS had them as cheap as 120.00 for the cheapest one. I'm sure he put the cheapest on my truck and I paid for the most expensive. I called toyo tires back, tell the boss not to work on my truck, that's too expensive for me. I could save 200 on the parts by buying it myself at the same place. After calling him back he sends me a fake receipt claiming it's my cost of Shock absorbers for 299 a piece, he drove a newer tundra so I'm sure it was an old receipt he had laying around for his tundra, but not my receipt. After going back and forth for a few phone calls with OREILLEYS, and toyo tires, the owner calls me back and says He was going to take 200.00 off the price, and give me the alignment for free! I said okay, and was pleased, but still felt like I was being screwed over, my whole experience was that they screwed me, and if I hadn't checked the price I would of paid the 1000.00. I felt like I paid top dollar for the cheapest shock absorbers he could find! I called around their was no place open to do an alignment, at that particular time on that day. I'm sure he didn't do one, and I asked him to rotate my tires from the front to the back he said he couldn't I needed new tires, which probably was true I would need to replace them soon, but they were not bad enough that they couldn't be rotated and for 700.00 I felt like he screwed me on the price ! Not one to leave bad reviews. But was indeed very disappointed. Texas Tire Sold my repair rep a wheel and said "this is the matching wheel to her other 3, I guarantee it!" Repair rep shows up 3 days later to Texas Tire to see a wheel that is mounted to my tire that CLEARLY does not match the rest. Repair rep kindly asks for a refund and Texas Tire suddenly has a policy "once the wheel is mounted absolutely no refunds" which I would understand if I was sold the PROPER wheel, but clearly this wheel was no where close to what I had. Since the wheel was mounted and the refusal of a refund I had no other choice to have to buy the other 3 matching wheels out of pocket, and wait another week and a half for shipping. So about a week and a half later my wheels are mounted, I have 2 different codes reading on my dash due to poor installation. They sent it with my repair rep like this. 2 weeks later I've been waiting for a call to get my old 3 wheels and tires back so I call for myself, and I am told "oh we TRASHED them, we couldn't get ahold of your repair rep" Which I responded "I purchased the wheels, why wasn't I the BUYER contacted" which then Texas Tire responded "I really don't know what to tell you" not sure if my other 3 perfectly fine wheels/tires were pocketed or really "thrown" away. Will absolutely NEVER do business here again, and neither should anyone else. Absolute scammers. Extremely unprofessional, Unknowledgeable and unorganized. Again not a person to ever leave bad reviews, but this was a very horrible experience with Texas Tire. read more
