Could i get a time to drop off the RV to have a tech look at it. He said no- we do not do that. We've done this for 40 years and was very rude. So unfortunate. - limited places to take a RV here is Pueblo and one of the places have a arrogant person driving away business... Sad as i have been a customers service trainer for 49 years and this place has the classic " we know you do not have a choice in Pueblo so i can be rude and you do not have a choice" attitude... I may try one more time and i may find that other person behind the counter that is nice... I will change my review if that happens.

We were able to find the problem was a bad thermal fuse and verified that bypassing the fuse permitted the fridge to run. I called Dennis again. He was very generous with his time and knowledge knowing he wouldn't get a dime from us. Wow.

The Topper Factory quoted us a good price too, but charged us less because they did not have to replace one piece. We appreciate their honesty and good work. We plan to use them from now on!
