David did a great job with my blown-out tire on I-25. I was in a dangerous spot; too soft a shoulder to put spare on. He towed it to safe spot & worked to get everything right. Just want everyone to know that this company left my 64 year old mother stranded with a flat tire in the north side Lowe's parking lot. On Mother's Day! The driver refused to put her donut on so she could drive to Walmart and have it replaced. Then refused to tow her vehicle home, saying she needed to call roadside assistance back and request a tow. Horrible service. I gave Kurt my info. He set a rate of $200. Then went to $250. Then went to $270. Then finally after finishing tow the cost was $275. Driver was late picking up my vehicle. On a Thursday afternoon while on vacation, our 2016 GMC Dually went into Reduced Power Mode. We were on Loritta Pass, pulling our 5th wheel.  Stranded on the shoulder of US 160 East, called GOOD SAM ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE, no help what so ever; until possibly the next day!! One of their agents suggested I call a local towing company!! Called Wilcoxson Service Department for help/assistance in servicing our truck, once recovered from Loritta Pass. JJ recommended Wayne's Towing for both the truck & 5th wheel. Called and talked with Kurt. He requested our location & photos of truck & 5th wheel to understand what he was dealing with. After confirming our location and reviewing photos, Kurt dispatched Tony and his recovery vehicle. Tony loaded and secured our truck & 5th wheel for transport. Tony dropped our 5th wheel off at Pueblo South KOA, making sure we were set up for the night. Tony then transported our truck to Wilcoxson Buick-GMC for Early Bird Service. I was at my wits end; out of State, stranded with truck & 5th wheel on the side of US160, on a Thursday Night! Without a doubt, Wayne's Towing salvaged our family vacation along with my sanity. Wayne's Towing went above and beyond in providing the most outstanding customer service for a stranded out of State family. This towing company is outstanding. We were towing a 16' cargo trailer up Interstate 25 when one of the leaf spring broke in half. We called Wayne's Towing and within 1 hour of calling them they were on site and had the cargo trailer loaded on one of their flat beds. Their driver really knew what he was doing and was able to get the trailer loaded by himself without damaging the trailer. He towed it into a repair shop in Pueblo Colorado for us and unloaded it into a tight spot where it could be repaired. They could have really taken advantage of our situation because we were stranded off the highway without many options. Instead they promptly took care of our problem and their charge for service was reasonable and fair. I will not hesitate to call these guys if I an ever in need of a tow in or around Pueblo. Our car wouldn't start after a short stop in Pueblo. Tried jumper cables and a charger. Wayne's sent someone out in less than an hour on a Sunday morning. The driver ended up getting our car started and gave me a ride back to my car and let me follow him to the nearest gas station as he was concerned my fuel was low. Someone tried to break into my house and left their car in my driveway because they got scared off. The police told me that I can call a tow company and the car owner will be charged for all the costs. They come to get the car and told me that I have to pay 100$ because of the car's "condition". This isn't my $&@*ing car, my house was almost broken into, I already had a discussion with the police when filing a report that I wouldn't be charged, and yet I had to pay. Way to add insult to injury. Such poor business. read more

On a trip out of town and check engine light comes on.... Received a call from Chance at Wayne's towing and was thankful for the response. He was professional, informative in what he was doing, willing to assist me in anyway, and just overall great. I had 2 pups with me and they had to ride in the car on the bed but he made sure they were tended to as much as I felt the need. He was great company with lots of stories and I can't thank him enough for making sure me and pups made it back home. It's was a long 3 hours but I now have a whole new respect for tow truck drivers. So this towing company was recommended to me to tow my RV from Rye to Pueblo West. This was last week and I let them know it would have to moved Monday, yesterday. Well I was quoted one price. And when I tried to schedule I got this bizarre email. Now I was quoted 500-600. The last email told me that it was 200 an hour and it was a 3 hour job and would be 800. You see right? I asked for clarification but never got a response. Luckily for I was able to get the RV moved so that I didn't lose it. Stay far far from these people. They can't be trusted. read more

Absolutely fantastic service! Seems like no tow companies in Pueblo are actually 24 hours as they pretty much ALL advertise. Which is a problem when your truck breaks down at 2:00AM on the 25 heading to Texas from Idaho. Kurt at Wayne's gave me an honest estimate and time the driver would be available and it was spot on! I was stranded on the side of the highway on my way to new Mexico with my 12 year old and my one year old. I had an excellent gentleman pick me up. He towed me to geared up auto this morning. Really outstanding man. Me and my girls got home safe. Then I had to be towed back home to Aurora and the other guy was just as wonderful as the first. Wayne's towing almost ran us (myself, wife and 3 children) off the road. He then stopped short in front of us multiple times. He wouldn't let us safely get into another lane and then proceeded to follow us spouting profanity. I know it's hot out, but he needs to be trained in safety before he causes an accident himself.
