If we could leave a zero, that would be accurate for the experience with them. We took our 5th wheel in for a roof seal and a couple of other small maintenance items. We were very upfront and thorough with what was needed and what our expectations were. Very sloppy work - looks like a child did it. One of the main reasons for the reseal was a piece of tape had rippled up, and they did nothing to it before "resealing", therefore the issue remains. Shop extremely dark and full of pigeons. Pigeons tracks and s**t all over the roof, in the reseal material, pop-outs, vent covers, air conditioner, etc. Charged $1,700 for this job!????!!!! When I called to complain, all I was given was half hearted excuses by Mike. Can not say enough how much we would warn you away from this place. read more

I bought a 29 ft Ford 4000 fourwinds 98 RV from them . The refrigerator went out , AC unit on top leaked into the roof, AC in dash does not blow thru the vents also leaks into the floor board of passenger side . It was the worse trip to Texas in this motor home I've ever had. Jim assured me there were no leaks and everything worked. I trusted him at his word. All Lies . If that's the kind of business man he is I do not recommend him or his work. I will go elsewhere for repairs . Was going to bring my mom back for a visit , but the RV was in such bad shape I couldn't stinks and hot. Do not trade with him. read more

We had an issue with our weight distribution brackets. We had snapped some bolts and we were worried that we might loose the system. Called JDL and they told us to come in. They reinstalled the system and put everything back to get us on our way in under 2 hours. Best service we have had in a long time. Thank you John and John. read more

Please don't waste your time or money on these people. I always try to give my business to local businesses, EXCEPT the ones like these. This place has forgotten who the customer is. They are very rude and act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money. After waiting over a week for an "appointment" they had me park my trailer. I called later that day to check on the status (close to closing) and they hadn't even looked at it. Then talked down to me because I was expecting it to get looked at that day. Yes, that is what having an appointment usually implies. Also, another employee was small talking my husband, telling him how they get broken into almost daily. Sure I want to drop my trailer off here and leave it. Not. Save your time and sanity on this one. Head to any other trailer repair place. Topper Factory, Camping World, Transwest. I have powered through their rudeness for years, but no more. Please don't waste your time, or worse get your possessions broken into while they sit waiting for that appointment. read more

Didn't have any luck with these guys. They worked on my RV, took twice as long as they said they would, used cheap parts and scratched the RV when working on it. Not what I had hoped for. read more

I have used them twice over the last couple of years with good success. I notice they have a couple of bad ratings in the past but my experience has been good. A couple of years ago they fixed a RV generator when others had tried without success and recently they fixed a RV refrigerator. As for the refrigerator, another RV place (out of state) had tried to fix by replacing two control boards and an inverter. When it still didn't work they told me it needed an AC heater. Having lost total confidence in that out of state tech I decided to wait for repair until returning to Colorado. When I returned to Colorado I took it into JDL who fixed not by replacing an expensive AC Heater but by correcting a wiring issue. The out of state tech had improperly connected the wiring in the new control panel!! read more

Just be careful in the parking lot. Carl hit our truck moving a camper and said it was our fault. There were no spotters or orange cones. Cost us $4000 to have our truck fixed. No customer is right at this place. read more

After making an appointment with the owner 1 week earlier on 9/28/2016 (Appointment date) they turned me away saying did not buy 5th wheel from them. When I made the appointment specifically stated camper was bought form Cheyenne camping still under warranty. So I towed my trailer 125 mile to JDL so they could tell me to get lost. Called JDL and asked if they could install an Air conditioner on a pop up camper and was told yes and given a price between $800 and $1000 dollars. I asked if I needed to take it in advance they said no that they do this all the time. Waited for a month for the scheduled day, show up and than I was told that the price is going to be anywhere from $1000 to $1500 maybe more. Was told that when I called in I talked to the owners daughter who always quotes the wrong price. Needless to say I am having a competitor do the installation for a much cheaper price. I would not recommend this business to anybody. read more
