Finally I called here and spoke with Rick, who was extremely friendly and helpful through the entire process. He took extra time and care to pull the part from their stock and take pictures of it and any blemishes, and send them to me before I purchased. The part was in great condition for how delicate and old it was, so these guys must take pretty good care of their stock it seems like, or have some good cars to pull from (perhaps just both). Unfortunately, I was not able to stop by in person and say thank you face to face, but this review can help express my gratitude for the amazing service I received. Seriously, top notch business! And, by far, the most pleasant auto recycle company I have dealt with to date. I highly recommend you stop by or give them a call if you'e looking for something!

This just proves how Larsens Automotive & Tire was so wrong. It came down to blatant ineptness or thievery. I have to go with thievery. The proof is in the truck. Larsens Automotive & Tire will steal from you and make no effort to make things right. The next time I am in Pueblo I will be stopping again. I will once again ask for the money he stole from me to look at my truck. Virtually nothing was done and his advice was as wrong as his price. Stay away, stay away. stay away.

I was turned down by 2 other automotive shops (they would be closed on the 4th) before Larsen's said they could take a look at it. They put me at the front of the line and the price was reasonable. We were back on the road in about an hour and didn't have to cancel any of our plans!

I looked for years for a local garage that could do this type of work and get it right the first time. Before Subaru of Pueblo, we'd been to a slew of dealerships and had almost as many negative experiences. I am very happy to report that we had the best ever car buying experience here. They were courteous and helpful without being overly pushy or salesy. They were efficent and honest. We walked out of their dealership with fair price we wanted to pay with all of the repairs we requested they make and a lower interest rate than we expected on our loan. A hot tip I recommend for non-Pueblo car shoppers who may be buying in Pueblo: if there's a car you love, negotiate price over email before driving down there. We didn't do this on a car we looked at in Dillion and it was really disappointing to get there and find out the dealer wasn't willing to negotiate price. Here, we negotiated price before coming down to see/drive it so if it was the car we wanted to buy, we knew it was already what we wanted to pay. Makes the 100 mile trek a bit more tolerable!

We purchased our car here and had consistently good experiences with maintenance over time…read more One day while I was waiting for our vehicle during a service appointment, a mechanic came out and told me a cell in our battery was dead and recommended replacing it. I agreed, and the work was completed shortly after. A few months later, after I had moved away, my car wouldn't start properly after leaving a store with my kids. I had it towed to Red Rock Nissan, where they told me the issue was due to a bad battery. It appeared the battery had not actually been replaced and the mechanic believed the battery was still the original battery to the vehicle. Dave Solon and Red Rock Nissan were in contact, and Dave Solon did cover the cost of a new battery, which I appreciated. However, I still had to pay for the tow and diagnostic. I can't say whether this was an oversight or a mistake, but the experience left me feeling uneasy and more cautious about trusting repairs moving forward.

Several people recommended Nordics, so I gave them a call to see if they could do an oil change and a transmission fluid service. They got me scheduled right away. I dropped my car off one morning, and later that afternoon they called to let me know that their supplier had delivered the wrong transmission fluid. Instead of cutting corners, they explained that Audi requires a very specific fluid and that they were not willing to install anything other than the correct one. They asked if I would be okay bringing the car back once the proper fluid arrived. That level of honesty and attention to detail really stood out to me. Unfortunately, a lot of shops may not have cared and would have just gone ahead with the wrong fluid. Nordics clearly puts doing the job right ahead of convenience. As soon as the correct fluid came in, they called me and completed the service without issue. This experience showed me that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you're looking for a shop in Pueblo that you can trust--I highly recommend Nordics.
