Jacob was awesome. He knew a lot about different models, used and new. He was patient and relatable. We must have looked at 20+ SUVs and he never got bored. Most importantly,he was not pushy. The rest of the team did well also. They were all straightforward in most of our interactions, the exception being the presentation of extended warranties-seemed like they were trying to trick me into buying something I didn't want. I would have liked to be presented that info in a more honest fashion. Everything else was good. The manual forms took too long-with all the computers there I expected more automation, even at the State Fairgrounds. Thanks for a positive experience! read more

Tyler and Tatum were amazing to work with. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Very polite, knowledgeable and respectful young men. Highly recommend Spradley for future car purchases. read more

I knew what car I wanted to look at and called ahead, the sales kid was able to have it out front when I got there and we road tested it. No brainer for him, don't remember his name. Finance guy, Mike I think, tried slipping in the extended warranty after I made it clear I wasn't interested, and I had to make him redo the paperwork to remove it, all the while having to hear about how I didn't understand, and how it wasn't him, and it was all me. Most unprofessional person I've dealt with in a long time, in any capacity. He mumbled and rushed through the entire process like he had much more important things to do and just needed to get me out of his office. I don't know if he was raised that way or if his manager created him. If your thing is to be repeatedly referred to as 'Bro' by some slickster in a ball cap that's half your age I would say Spradley is your place. Maybe all dealerships are like this, I don't know. First car I've bought from a dealership in a long time, hopefully it's a longer time before I have to buy another one. I was also able to refinance at a much better rate than the 'great deal' the dealership found for me. read more

If I could leave less than one star I would. I went in for a scheduled appointment I scheduled almost a week and a half in advance, I arrived 5 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment and was told they don't honor appointment times and there were 5 cars ahead of me, so it would be about an hour and a half before I could get just an oil change. I then asked if I could leave and come back, in a hour and a half and he said I'd lose my place in line and if I had a busy personal schedule my best bet would be to come when they first open or go somewhere else..... Do not bring your car for service here. Or waste time scheduling an appointment! Terrible customer service. read more

My Dad had his gas tank drilled out by gas thief's during the gas shortage...they caused $1500 worth of damage for $15 worth of gas...POS!!! Anyway, we had the truck towed to Spradley Chevrolet and called our insurance company to file a claim. Let's my story, short...We picked up the Truck today and it was like it never happened, at the end of the day we were very pleased with the customer service we received from Misty (Service Advisor)Greg (Service Manager) & Greg (Parts Manager) Thank you all for the Exceptional Customer Service. read more

I am on the road traveling to Denver from El Paso, I knew I would spend the night in Pueblo and needed an oil change. Looked these guys n gals up last night on my phone and called. Very polite and professional on the phone. More impressed when we got there. Neat and clean appearance, friendly and professional people. Did NOT try to up sell me on anything I didn't need! Gave me an excellent price for the oil change and sent me on my way in a timely manner. Thank you! read more

If I would have known I would have had such a terrible experience at Spradley buying my first car, I would have never went to this dealership. Unfortunately, I am stuck with this dealership because I've already purchased the car but their customer service skills are garbage. I had a decent salesman helping me, but the managers/bosses were absolutely horrible. They were not willing to work with me whatsoever. I left the dealership with a few minor issues and when I brought them up they said I can get them fixed with the warranty, which was not true with the issues in my car. I will NEVER recommend anyone to purchase a car from this dealership with how rude these people are and definitely are not willing to work with their customers. read more

Gross incompetence is an understatement for this organization. Their customer service is mediocre at best, and their ability to do the work properly is nonexistent. Dealing with the nonsense from this business has led to a lot of lost hours, I cannot find the words to articulate my displeasure at this moment. read more

I am shocked that they are still in business! Yikes! Had my van serviced there. Left it there at 8am... By 3pm they still hadn't contacted me about what was going on. I called and they said they had been calling the wrong # (funny that they had called me before to remind me of my appointment). Had to take it to them 3 times before the issue was actually fixed. read more

This has got to be the WORST COMPANY I have ever had to deal with.  I would rather walk in 6 feet of snow at subzero temperatures with no shoes and no coat than to buy from this disorganized, unprofessional, unknowledgeable, unsympathetic mickey mouse operation.  Sadly, after 10 months and $27,000, I am left with a car I'm terrified to drive, and they make no apologies or provide any resolution.  I initially took my Chevy to the Chevy Service Dept last December where after paying $500 for repairs and waiting 7 weeks for it to be ready, my car now had an oil leak it did not have prior to taking it there.  Now they wanted an additional $600 to fix what they did.  Rather, I purchased a Kia from Spradley Kia for $22,000.  Although this car got me back to CA, it broke on my way back to CO.  The Kia Service Dept refuse to warranty any of the broken parts even though the car had not been involved in any accident (a torn fender liner, a missing undershield, a broken core support, and bumper damage).  Rather, they blamed me for hitting a pothole or parking too close to a curb.  Really?  This car will sustain $2400 worth of damage every time I hit a pothole?  In addition, Spradley took 6 months to pay off my trade which tarnished my credit as 6 months of no payment.  Although they harassed me about the title during those 6 months.  I am given no empathy as to what this company has already financially cost me in addition to the countless headaches, inconvenience, and my time wasted.  I called the operations manager of the Spradley dealerships, but not to my surprise...  no one ever called me back!  Between the Spradley Chevy Service Department, Spradley Kia Auto Sales, and Spradley Kia Service Department, this company has wasted 10 months of my life, nearly $4000 of my money, blemished credit, and a $22,000 car that is not safe to drive. read more

I recently took my car to get some work done. My catalytic converter needed to be replaced so I called Chevrolet to see it it was under warranty and it was so I scheduled and appointment to get it replaced. After it was replaced I noticed my air conditioning wasn't working so I took it back to the dealer and told them that my air conditioning wasn't working and their response was it has nothing to do with the catalytic converter. I said I am aware of that and they said it's no where near your air conditioning hoses. It's under the car (a lie). So I let them look at it and they showed me my hose on my air conditioning has been damaged by the fan from the radiator. Steven (the guy working behind the desk) response was see we didn't do anything to your car this hose is rubbing on the fan. Mind you I've had this car for a little over three years with no air conditioning problems. He said are you under warranty? Bring your paper work In I will replace it through warranty. So I took my car and left irritatated because I know for a fact they damaged my hose on my car. So I took it to my brother shop (a mechanic at blazin blue) and after he looked at it he explained to me that they have to move the air conditioning hose to replace the catalytic converter. The mechanic who did the job didn't bend the hose back resulting in my hose to rub against the fan. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THESE GUYS ARE AFTER YOUR WALLET AND NOT YOUR BEST INTEREST. Take your car to Blazin Blue you don't get the run around and job done right the first time. Worst experience ever!!!! read more

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Completed on time. Left to run errands, got home found the car smelled like burning oil. Found oil all over the engine compartment, called service department to be told to bring it back and they would clean it up. They did a okay cleaning and a quick washing of the rest of the car. Wasn't worth having to return to get the work done right. read more

Unless you want your vehicle rummaged through and personal items stolen, do not leave your car in their care. The service department had my car for almost two weeks to diagnose a check engine light. I was told by the service manager that my car was driven around to try and get the light to go off(so taken off the property multiple times). My car was parked in front of the service department desk and locked when we picked it up. After getting home we discovered that while in Spradley's care our car was completely gone through. A custom painted handgun was taken apart and hidden throughout our car. One compartment was a secret compartment so this tells you what lengths the employee went to. If their employee is ballsy enough to take a firearm from a car, what else would he take? I filed a police report and the dealership gave the police the form we all sign when we drop off our car at a shop, saying they were simply not liable. Usually, this form protects them from damage or theft while your car is parked in their lot. Does this protect them from employee negligence? Does this allow them to have employees steal from customers with no consequences? I gave permission to fix my car not go through it and take whatever they please. My attorney suggested I call the dealership myself, they do not return my calls. They know they have an employee who stole A GUN from a customer's car and they have done nothing. Please do not take your car here, find another shop that you can trust. read more

I brought my suburban in for a oil change and told Spadley that I needed to replace the oil sensor and to fix my remote start. I dropped my car off on a Saturday and was told that it wouldn't be done until Monday. I called Monday morning and asked when it would be done and the woman assured me it would be done that afternoon so I took off of work so I could pick up my car for my wife to drive. Later that day I got a call with an estimate for $461 and was told it wouldn't be finished untill Tuesday. For what I thought was an oil change (29.99), changing a cheap part (oil sensor that they had in stock) that would take less than a half hour to switch out and to reprogram the remote that would take maybe 15 minutes, 461 was very high. The labor bill was way overpriced and I felt that I was scammed. I give the one star for the experience just because the problem was fixed but I feel like it could've been fixed a lot quicker and a lot cheaper without me having to miss a half a day at work. I discussed my concerns with the service manager and they were unable to to do anything about it. I called other dealerships and they said that it should've been a lot less than what I paid to confirm my suspicion. I will never be back to Spradley Chevrolet and am quite disappointed with time for repair (3 days for maybe one hour of work) and cost. I know that money has to be made but customers should not be taken advantage of. read more

I am giving a score of 5 out of 5 because Spradley Chevrolet Hyundai provided me outstanding service. I was looking to find the perfect vehicle within my budget to fit my family of six because I just had a baby and my 2010 Chevy Malibu (awesome vehicle) just wasn't the right size. John Fillmore (Sales Floor Manager) went out of the way to make sure I had the right vehicle. I at first wanted a Hyundai Santa Fe, but realized a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse was the ride for me (I'm a Chevy girl). Josh Borjan (Sales Consultant) was a joy to deal with and made the purchasing process extremely simple while maximizing the value in my purchase. I would recommend Josh to anyone who is purchasing a vehicle. The financing process went smoothly with Jed (Finance Manager) who was fast and efficient while being a joy to deal with. I just want to extend a huge thanks to everyone at this dealership who made this process extremely easy for both my family and I. On a side note, I live in northern Colorado and took the extra trip just to deal with Spradley Chevrolet Hyundai. read more

I wouldn't buy a bicycle from this company. Every contact we've had with them has been a disaster. They way overcharge for services which weren't even worth much less than what they charged. They misrepresented information about cars they have for sale and completely ignore any complaints about their actions or lack of actions. You're much better off going to Southwest Motors. read more
