Service was wonderful. They were busy during the lunch rush and were extremely attentive to every guest, getting tables cleaned and the next guests seated but never rushing anyone and making you feel as if they knew you. We didn't quite know what to expect as it looked like a small hole in the wall, but the small dining room and outside seating quickly became part of its charm. We just left and are already craving the chicken. Good thing we have leftovers in a ToGo box for later. If we're ever in this part of the country again, we'd go out of our way to stop again.

Had the chicken premier and it's unique (and great tasting) white sauce! The standouts were the veggies (white onions, green peppers, etc.) we're crisp! FIRST TIME EVER FOR THAT! It was incredibly tasty!!! Great pizza and prepped (including baking) in under 15 minutes!!! The first thing you will notice is "a new menu" with lowered pricing (they say) - but beware the portions and up charges - they are brutal Opinion - A diminished serving size on all time favorite appetizers will NEVER draw repeat customers (no matter the cost saving) Again, the food and atmosphere is on point (for flavor and pizza offerings) - and customer service is great! - But man, if you order wrong , you can definitely walk away hungry...

We started with the jalapeño poppers with raspberry dipping sauce...very tasty! Then we were able to put toppings of two different signature pizzas onto each half of a single large pizza (of which we will also be enjoying for breakfast!!!) both pizzas were delicious! The dessert calzones were phenomenal as well. Oh, and for the review by the idiot who complained about the slight char on the crust, FYI, that is exactly the way it should come from a wood fired pizza oven! AMAZING!!!

And we were delighted to find out that you could split a large pizza into two types. Both were absolutely fantastic! We also got the dessert calzones, which were great too, and what a plus that they carry local craft beer on draft! Katie was her server and she was so attentive and kind! I've been to multiple BW3s all over the country, and trust me, I've been to much much worse. Your typical franchise BW3's, sports theme, sports decorum and TVs everywhere playing woke NFL football. I was greeted after maybe about a minute or so meandering around the entry point. Really nice girl with Halloween makeup asked me where I wanted to be seated but I wanted to sit at the bar so she told me to just make my way which is what I did. The bartender, actually all of them were super cool. I wasn't sitting there more than 30 seconds before being acknowledged and ordering my first cocktail. And the entire time I was there, I felt valued and was in constant conversation with a majority of the service staff as well as other customers. It was actually really nice to be honest. All great people. I ordered 20 wings with 4 different sauces. I wanted my wings drenched and with the salt and vinegar dry rub, over the seasoned, but they didn't come out that way. But it's fine, they were hot and still flavorful. I ordered fried pickles immediately when I ordered my cocktail, and they sort of dropped the ball on that, because my wings came out first and I had to ask about them, but that's not really a big deal either. It's not like I'm sitting at a white glove five star Michelin restaurant. It's Buffalo wild wings after all and the attention and service supersedes other people's reviews here on Yelp. I sat, ate, imbibed, and had a great overall experience with quite a few of the staff. You can't really ask for much more, so if you're giving 2 stars or less, you got to be pretty snooty considering the place you are writing a review on. The next time I come through Gillette, I would not hesitate to come back in here again. It was pretty damn good for what it is.
