It's clear that Prisca takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is cleaned thoroughly. If you're looking for someone reliable, hardworking, meticulous and kind, I highly recommend Prisca in particular. She's genuinely wonderful to talk to and always takes the time to ask if there's anything special we'd like done that week, which makes the whole experience feel very personalized and thoughtful. Her energy always brightens my day and we look forward to seeing her every time she comes. We've worked with a couple other people, like Adriane, who are just as amazing! If you're looking for a company that communicates well, follows through, and genuinely cares about making things right when expectations aren't met, I would absolutely recommend giving La Clean House a try.

They have easily impressed me the most by far. We just had our first cleaning done by them and were floored by how meticulous the team is. What separates them from other companies: - Quotes: Rebecca (owner) was the only company to request meeting in person to see our space and have us walk through our goals. Most companies provide a quote based on hourly rate, square footage, etc. and you can be surprised by your cost exceeding the quote or your house not being as clean as you were hoping because not enough time is budgeted. - Budgeting: Crisp Cleaning provides different packages, as do many companies, but they are *fully* customizable. Rebecca worked with us to figure out how we can stick to our budget but also have everything touched that we needed. - Work: Mentioned above but the team is extremely detailed and leave no corner of your home neglected. My husband made the comment "I wouldn't even think to clean that!" With other companies are home always felt clean afterwards, but with Crisp Cleaning it was a "Whoa!" moment. TLDR: We are so happy we reached out to Crisp Cleaning for a quote because like many of the reviews here - the work, people, and experience have been incredible. Your home is in excellent hands with Rebecca and team!

Rebecca and her team really went the extra mile on everything from cleaning the baseboards, all interiors of every single cabinet and drawer in the home, all linens washed and put away, and even took beds apart to vacuum underneath where all those dust bunnies hide. All the appliances were left sparkling like new and the home smelled so fresh and clean afterwards I felt completely at ease knowing everything was clean and sanitized.Rebecca was there the whole time to supervise the crew and is great at communicating what they are doing and how long it will take; even providing updates along the way! A few months ago I hired another service to do a deep clean with the intent of making it a more regular thing if I liked the work. But they were dismal! I ended up spending a few hours cleaning after the two guys they sent out missed a bunch of stuff that was promised. The products they used smelled so strong and lingered for days, giving me a headache for a week afterwards. It was my first time ever hiring a cleaner, though, so I thought maybe my expectations were just too high, culminating in a pretty disappointing and discouraging experience. Absolutely Clean was my second attempt at finding a service and the difference between them and the previous company was night and day. I had booked just a general cleaning this time, and Aksana did a better job than the "deep cleaning" the other company provided at 1/4 the price and 1/2 the man-power! She was extremely thorough and meticulous, cleaning things and areas I hadn't even expected her to. She even got stains off my oven that I had long given up on. She was very sweet and professional as well. The products she used did not smell bad and the scent was mostly gone by the end of the day. This will definitely be my go-to from now on when I need a little extra help.
