Had another incredible experience with Frank helping me remove stains on another expensive Restoration Hardware throw rug! He did such an incredible job he actually was hired by my friend in Dallas to fly there and repair a couple of their very expensive rugs that their dog got sick on....and did an incredible job!! I'd highly recommend him and his team for their attention to detail, pure artistry, and incredible people skills. He is a joy to do business with and I would hire him again in a HEARTBEAT and would not hesitate to recommend him to ANYONE! Such a unique and incredible service!!! read more

Frank is not just a Wizard but does Magic !!! I had quit a bit dye spots in 3 bedrooms ... I text him pics of my spots and told him I also want to get my carpet cleaned. He referred me to Jesse with Stone Tile & Carpet Care. I'm glad I did because Jesse pointed out a couple more spots. When Frank came to dye the carpet he went around and " tagged" the areas and also pointed out some places he saw more spots. While he was on his knees dying the areas he said he went ahead and dyed a couple more in the area we didn't see standing over it. I could not have asked for a better person to do this magnificent job than FRANK ... Thank You Again Frank for the thorough job you did read more

I needed some spot dyeing in a lot of spots due to my dog having an upset stomach. When we cleaned it with dog cleaner. It left a lot of light spots. Spot Dye Wizards did a really professional job. I did not know you could even dye carpet and thought that I would have to get new carpet. Thanks to Spot Dye Wizards the carpet looks like new for a fraction of the cost. I would definitely give them a call for carpet cleaning and carpet dyeing. read more

We have high quality carpet that is super easy to vacuum, clean, and even quick spills are easy to clean up. But the problem is, we started to notice a bunch of orange spots here and there. There were stains showing up either from cleaning solution, bleach, or just over time. They were noticeably blazing orange, and we wondered if we could just live with it and someday eventually change the carpet. There isn't really a DIY fix, because carpet dying requires the know-how. Pick and choose your battles because if you try something on your own you may just end up making it worse than it was. So our carpet cleaner referred us to Frank because he is the best at what he does. His years of experience spot dying shows in the end results. I am happy he was responsive to text messaging and was able to schedule us in on short notice. I initially debated whether it would be worth the time and budget and to our pleasant surprise, it was definitely worth it. People used to come into our home and first thing they'd see was the carpet stains and now that they aren't there anymore gives us peace of mind. We are realistic and expected it would never be brand new again but after seeing Frank set up and cancel out all the negative hues, our place looks epic. It feels new to me now. I didn't realize how much difference it would make until seeing the results. Plus, my OCD husband who notices every little detail approves which reassures me we went with the right guy for the job. read more

My carpet is only two years old but has started to look like a wrinkled blanket. I'm a renter which made affordability a key factor in my "should I fix it" decision. To my surprise they were not only affordable but top notch, efficient, honest & reliable! I am beyond thankful to have received quality good old fashioned service without having to consult my landlord or take out a loan. I feel like I have brand new carpet. If you're on the fence... dive in, take a chance. These guys are totally worth it!! read more

Great customer service. Gregg came upon the request of my cleaning team. Not only did he fix the original spot but also helped with another pet urine spot with a discount. A few days later, maybe because the bleach surfaced again, without much hassle, he came back and fixed it. I would recommend using him for any stain removal! read more

An artisan of fabric and carpet restoration Our regular carpet cleaning company said it would take a specialist to get red wine out of our sofa and area rug so they recommended Frank. Luckily, Frank was available to come out the next day. He has a careful technique of cleaning stains that preserves the integrity of the fabric and just the right solutions, specific to the type of stains and type of fabric or carpet. He also told me about the work he does dyeing bleached spots on natural and synthetic carpets and upholstery. He says he uses an air brushing technique. Frank is really and artisan of restoration. We are so grateful that he was able to get the red wine out of our sofa and area rug. read more

We had Frank come by our apartment this week to fix a nasty stain that had completely dyed our carpet. He was able to cut out the stained area and replace it with carpet from our closet (he replaced that carpet with a similar one). We are blown away with how great of a job Frank did! We were staring at the area that used to be stained after he left and couldn't even tell it had been cut out. Frank is also such a kind and professional person. We would recommend him to anyone who asked! read more

WOW! After accidentally using household cleaner (with bleach) on my carpet, I desperately searched online for a quick fix and found Franks website. I texted him around 9pm on a Saturday night and got an immediate response. He offered a "do it yourself fix it kit" which I decided to give a try. It was super user friendly and Frank was there each step of the way to give me feedback to get it looking nearly perfect (his communication is above and beyond!!!) My mind is blown with the before and after and was even more surprised with the level of customer service. Thank you Frank, I thought I was going to have to spend hundreds of dollars on new carpet and he saved the day!!! Highly recommend!! read more

Holy Moly! Frank and Greg were wonderful! I was so apprehensive because Frank wanted to communicate by text and I am Old School and like a conversation. I have 20 year old custom dyed carpet and my housekeeper's girl accidentally spilled bleach on it. I checked out a lot of companies online and I just kept going back to Frank's reviews. Call it gut instinct, but I never called anyone but Frank. When he came, he was absolutely the nicest guy. They were finished in an hour and I'm so happy I went with Frank. He did not disappoint. It's difficult to invite a stranger into your home, but I needed help and thankfully I found Frank. He's not a stranger anymore! I thank the Carpet God's for Frank!!! read more

Frank is indeed a wizard. We thought we were going to have to replace a large section of carpet after a bottle of Tilex with bleach got splashed on it. Frank is the most gifted color restoration specialists I have ever met! He always does an amazing job but he has also done a few miracle spot dyes for my company and my clients that were absolutely unbelievable! As a senior certified carpet inspector and master textile cleaner, I've always been taught that spot dyeing is not an exact science and you'll usually be able to see where the bleach spot or color loss was 90% of the time. Frank has literally changed my entire concept and expectations of spot dyeing and restoring colors to carpets, fabrics and area rugs!!! He is an incredibly gifted artist that can match colors so well, that 90% of the time you can't even find where the spot he restored color to was! If I could give the spot dye wizard 10 Stars I would! Thank you Frank, for everything you have done for me, my company, The Fiber Protection Specialist and my clients! read more

We had a bleach spill on our very expensive hunter green carpet. Frank came to the house and performed a miracle. The spots could hardly be identified all in about fifteen minutes! After drying the large spot was completely gone but we did find two of the spots had returned in a few days. Frank had left us some dye and we tried to reapply the miracle solution but the spots returned. Today Frank came back and again performed his miracle! This guy really knows what he is doing and stands behind his work. Don't patch that spot on the rug because Frank can make it look like new! read more

I had a tenant who left behind some spots on my brown carpet. Some were bleach and other who knows. I was trying to think about fixing it myself but after researching this is NOT some easy task where you just mark it up with a pen. Realizing I didn't want to make it worse, I found Frank after reading about him on Yelp. Wow! I texted Frank the pictures and he texted me right away. Turns out he was going to be by my place after his last call so he fit me in. In no time at all, those bleach spots and all the other areas were returned to their original color! I can't believe it! If you want to save your carpet and make it look great again, call Frank. He is a true artist (knows color mixing); He responds promptly and knows exactly what to do He will text you when he is on the way Works fast and delivers results! Frank is an artist. To say he does good work is an understatement and I highly recommend him. He was referred to us by our carpet cleaners after red Jello was smushed in about 15 different places in the carpet and the carpet cleaners said it wouldn't come out with steam cleaning. You'd never know those spots were there. He did such a great job on that that I asked him what he could do on a patterned carpet that was bleached out by the sun. Both are totally perfect. I'm so grateful they referred him to us. read more

Frank was Awesome!!! My little Chihuahua, Lola had many accidents inside the house and ruined parts of the carpets The combination of her urine and and the cleaning product I used left fades spots in the dining area. Frank came in for a consult, and a week later my carpet was fresh and clean... the spots disappeared. My carpet looked like new. I can't wait for him to clean my couch!!! Definitely ask for Frank he is a miracle worker!!! read more

This review is for "Spot Dye Wizard" Frank Troiano. Frank gave us a quote over the phone, and came the next day to assess and fix our carpet bleach stains. He was professional and courteous. He fixed four spots in two rooms varying from 1-4 inches in diameter. The results were nothing short of miraculous! The next day, my wife noticed the persistence of two small bleached areas and called Frank. He assured her that his work was guaranteed for a year, and that complete removal sometimes took two or three treatments. He returned the next day and quickly fixed the remaining stains. We could not recommend him more highly! read more

What an amazing experience. Our carpets look great. There is no sign of previous discoloration. I highly recommend this company.

Frank is the man!!! I had a few bleach spots in my carpet and Frank came out and fixed them up perfectly. I can't even tell where the spots were now. Scheduling was easy, we spoke a few times and text messaged until we could find a time that worked for both of us. 100% recommend Spot Dye Wizard and Frank to fix up those spots. Cheers! Hello Frank, I own a flooring store in the south bay and happened across your website. It's great that you can re-dye bleach stains. I would like to start referring you but I'm wondering if you can dye all carpet fibers. Another words, nylon, polyester, and the other fibers that are used in carpet. In the last few years there's been quite a few carpets that are solution died and bleach doesn't hurt the color on those but they are such a small portion of the carpets available. Thanks, Monte read more

Frank did a fantastic job on our carpet!! Highly recommend his service if you have any carpet stains that need attention!!!

Frank definitely knows carpet. He re-stretched all our carpets, taking away the bumps and bulges. I was amazed that he could do that around our furniture. He repaired the pad under our 3rd floor bedroom. Then he dyed the whole room where the sun had faded certain areas. Now it looks brand new. Frank was fair on his price, easy to schedule with and very prompt. He communicated with me throughout the process. He and his daughter were a pleasure to have in our home. Very professional. Thank you Frank! read more

Awesome job! We had two large and many small light stains from spot remover all over my new carpet. Frank gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. He followed up to set up a time that worked for us both. He did a great job matching the unique color (a greenish, two tone taupe) and prepping and dying the carpet. It looks like new! And, his work is guaranteed for a year. Highly recommend! read more

Frank is simply a carpet genius!!!!!! I had him out this time to fix several problems. Spilled red crystal light AND syrah on my carpet (yes, again. I know I should stick to clear drinks). He got those tricky stains out no problem (even used a little scrap of carpet I had to replace where the syrah spilled and I cannot even tell where it was, it blends so well.), got the general living stains from all over the house removed. He even patched up a spot where the carpet meets the tile where a foster dog chewed through, and you would never even know it had happened. Also got the whole house steam cleaned and I love how there isn't a crazy lingering smell, or some strong funky scent (like some carpet shampooers do). I contacted him late last night via his website, and he was out to my house the very next day, Not only was he on time but he was a little early, and he even texted me to let me know that he was 20-30 mins away. I really appreciated that! I like that I can text him pictures so he knows what he's going to be dealing with. I highly, highly recommend Frank (again). Quality work, promptness, friendly, communicative, and very knowledgeable. He knows what he's doing, he does it well, and he's worth every single cent. :) Thanks again!! read more
