UPDATE: I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SHOE IN THIS STORE.. sorry Jeff I was rocking with you…read moreunfortunately, I came into Walter's to use store credit from a pair of shoes I returned in January. I was told when I made the return that all I'd need was my ID -- the store keeps the slip on file. When I gave my name and ID, the associate couldn't find my slip. Instead of continuing to look thoroughly, he accused me of already using the credit or that it wasn't in my name, suggesting I was trying to get over on the store. This was said in front of other customers, which left me feeling humiliated, disrespected, and singled out. I later found a picture of my slip and saw the store had made the error -- my name was written incorrectly on their end. Which was funny because I was told it was my fault and that in all the years the store had been operating, they had "never made a mistake." My name starts with an "S" why was there an "M" on the slip, I have no clue. Even after it was clear I was right, there was no apology or effort to make things right. In that moment, I did not feel I was given the same respect or fair treatment that another customer might have received. The entire interaction was unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

Not all menwear stores are great for big guys (as in 58L) They have a really nice selection of expanded sizes as well as extra-length ties. Prices are reasonable and if you're looking for a fantastic deal on dress shirts, catch one of the tent sales. Also a good place for wide shoes and boots. In terms of men's Big & Tall casual wear, you're going to see an awful lot of polos and golf wear. But you can find some sports branded apparel if that's your thing. The men's "regular" sized casualware selection is much broader, which is actually kinda frustrating. And the women's wear is seems to be targeted toward a 50+ crowd that doesn't mind feathers, polyester and rampant rhinestoning.

Once again, I was greeted by a young man who was incredibly helpful, and I ended up purchasing several beautiful pieces. One of my favorites is this stunning red, white, and blue African print sequin dress--I absolutely love, love, love it! When I returned to Utah, I shopped my own closet and discovered the perfect accessories: my white Christian Louboutin patent leather sandals with the iconic red soles and my coordinating white Christian Louboutin handbag with the signature red interior. Together, they make such a beautiful outfit! Thank you, Dupsie's, for offering such unique, exciting, and elegant fashions. I can't wait to wear this ensemble!
