Thought it was the motors, they came prepared with new ones but found it was only a disconnected wire harness. Diagnosed it and got us fixed. I cannot recommend them enough. When I asked the campground if they had recommendations, they didn't and I left them a flyer and told them to use them for anyone needing support. It was a Sunday 10am and they were there by 12, just as they promised and we were on the road by 2:30! They were a blessing when we were in a bad spot. Best service! After a technician finishes the work, a supervisor should quality check his work before releasing it to the customer. Dropped off boat July 29, 2020 as of today December 3rd, 2020 I do not have my boat back…read more Started checking in on it around 30 days after it was dropped off and they had not even looked at it and some employees didn't even know it was there... after that they finally looked at it and we have been told for months that it will be ready in a week and it never gets completed. Finally my co boat owner went in and saw it dismantled and in the elements and in extremely bad shape. If it wasn't dismantled we would have taken it out of there immediately and now we are stuck. Ive been calling for the last week and I cannot even get a returned phone call. At this point I'm going to have my attorney contact them! READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! They are all the same story and I wish I read them before taking my boat in! Updated to 3 stars because we got the boat back and water tested it and it's running good. The owner is a nice guy and I will give him the benefit of that Doubt that he had employees out and it was a crazy boat season but as a business owner myself, not calling customers back is not ok. We were able to easily negotiate with them regarding price and a few minor safety related repairs. Any 21 year old vehicle is going to need some attention. The main issue is the driveshaft carrier bearing needs replacement and a bad front brake rotors. They agreed to replace these items at no additional charge to us !!!! That is unheard of these days. They have the rv now and we should have it back soon. They are focused on safety and customer satisfaction. I am totally impressed by the integrity shown by them.
