Brought my car in (Ford Fusion) after I was side swiped, over (estimated) $2800+ in damages. After picking my car up today, I was honestly blown away. It literally looks brand new! Way beyond my expectations. While process was I think 8-9 days? Not bad, I was expecting 2 weeks or so. Everyone at the office was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was easy, quick in and out no time. They do offer car rental assistance if needed. Top it off, they wash and cleaned out the car inside and out. I am extremely happy and of good forbid I need them again, I will 10000000000% be using them! I can't suggest them enough! Thank you again Tim and his team for taking such great care of my car.

Extremely disappointed with my experience -- poor communication, subpar customer service, and…read moreoutdated knowledge. I brought in my 2024 RAV4 for a minor repair after someone opened their door into bumper. During the repair process, my Toyota Connect app alerted me to an issue with the Pre-Collision System. When I was notified via text that my vehicle was ready for pickup, the alert was still active. I called to speak with my case manager, Bill, who was dismissive and simply said he would "double check it first thing in the morning." The next morning, I received no follow-up and had to reach out again for an update. Bill then transferred me to the manager, who was equally dismissive and even told me he disables all the technology in his own vehicles because he doesn't trust it. Essentially, I was told to ignore the alert because "everything checks out." Unsatisfied, I contacted Winter Park Toyota, where a very helpful representative helped me remove and re-add my vehicle to the Toyota Connect app -- the error still persists. I'm now working with the insurance company to try and get coverage for a second repair at the Toyota dealership.
