Not many reviews but everyone was 5 stars. I was encouraged so I set up an 8am to 4pm trial run. Cue loved it. What gorgeous country grounds and the facilities were amazingly spotless. The staff is incredible. Efficient, knowledgeable and very caring are a few descriptions that head the list of many qualities they have. His first overnight was a very relived success. Yes they sent pics of him every day. I don't think his feet ever touched the ground as all the photos were of him being held by by different staff members (lol). Immaculate facilities. When I asked why no pet odors, the staff member simply replied , "the owner won't allow it". My pet will not be going anywhere else and I'm so glad he has found such a wonderful boarding facility. Thank you Pampered Pet Care for the love and kindness you give our pets and treating them like they were your own.

When we moved we purchased two to cover the 2 homes on our property. Our dogs used to be runners. They would run away and be running down the highway. Their customer service is excellent. They are very quick and professional to handle all concerns and questions we had. Highly recommend. Their prices are very affordable for what you get. Recently our pet sitter through Critter Sitters retired and we met with our new sitter one time. Everything seemed fine and we were scheduled to go out of town and had confirmed with the new sitter employed by Critter Sitters that everything was in order. Yesterday I asked for clarification about the billing since it seemed substantially higher with the new sitter over what we had paid previously - in response, I have been told that the sitter's schedule has changed and that I should seek care for my animals elsewhere. With little more than a week's notice, this was very unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. I've tried to communicate my experience to the owner of the company but the line has been busy for some time; will update this review if new information becomes available but sadly, I can no longer recommend this business and would seek care for pets elsewhere. Update: the owner responded and while appreciated, I find the way this situation was handled by Critter Sitters very unprofessional. I can include the text conversation for reference as I did not negotiate: I asked a question about a price difference between two different sitters employed by the same company, a difference of over 300 dollars. The only "policy" I see enforced or followed here is poor customer service.
