I've been coming here for a few months now and Sonny does an amazing job on my morkie-poo. His hair grows so fast and it's a lot to keep up with. I thought my lil shaggy pooch was a cutie until Sonny worked her magic! He's so much happier now without all the shag and loves the shorter cut....I love it too!. We brought our pups to just get their 5 week trim.. Michelle did the grooming and my labradoodle didn't get a haircut but she did shave chin hair off and shaved off her eyelashes.. Worst job ever.. 2nd pup is a Yorkshire terrier I asked not to trim her hair just clean her face up with a Yorkie cut needles to say she looks like a Chihuahua no hair on her face. 3rd pup was a maltipoo I asked for her to clean up her body and a teddy bear face and I didn't get that either she had 1/2 in eyelash and she has nothing left the top of her hair isn't even.. $265 plus tip and my pups look like someone didn't know what they were doing NEVER GOING BACK read more

Do NOT come here. The ladies at the desk didn't help my husband when my dog got out of his collar when he went to drop them off and chased him around the store. No one got up or even tried to help. When I got there to pick them up, I was asked if I wanted to hold my dog to cut their nails because apparently they can't accomplish that. My 2 dogs were there for 4 hours. And not many services were completed. When we got home, I had to trim my dogs ears and paws because that wasn't even done. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND. read more

Had a an amazing experience! My doodle usually gets groomed by a mobile groomer and always still seems stressed. Due to her getting so stressed out my husband and I tend to go a little longer than we should between grooms so during the summer (plus her swimming) she was a hot mess. I could tell Melissa really took her time getting my girl cleaned, de-tangled, and shaved down right so her hair could grow back properly for winter. She was done within an amazing time frame, and even took the time to bring her out and discuss with me how her groom went, as well as how to best keep up on her type of coat! I had the BEST experience today. I took my two dogs in for some DIY Pet Washing. I love that I can come in and wash my dogs for a very low price. It beats having water bill increases and fur everywhere in my house. They offer Pet Grooming or DIY Pet washing. They have the BEST equipment. - Soaps - conditioner - grooming brush - de-shedding - towels - blow dryer - nail trimmers - cotton swabs Every single thing you need to wash your own pup. Or you can just drop them off to get groomed. I have 2 dogs who are shedding their winter coats so it was a lot. Staff was so kind and did not hesitate to help if needed. Not to mention I had a big ol' cry baby Belgian / GSD who they didn't mind. We felt welcomed regardless! There is an awesome shop for treats. I got 2. A Peanut cookie one & a salmon blend. We took our rescue German shepherd to Spoiled Paws and it was such an amazing experience! Our dog had a horrible experience at a previous grooming establishment so initially I had a lot of concerns finding a place. The phone call was amazing and she explained how they work with rescues and answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease! As most rescue dog owners know it can be such a struggle trusting a place to understand the needs and concerns of your dog. But spoiled paws is incredible and got us in for an appointment the next day. Our groomer (Cory) was so sweet and immediately greeted us and had an amazing, calming energy. Our dog loved her and the grooming turned out so beautiful! Cory and the staff go out of their way to put you and your dog at ease. We got a text 15 minutes before she was ready to be picked up so she wouldn't have to be in a kennel to wait which meant so much to us!! I brought my dog in several times for a grooming. He is short hair and a small dog (22 lbs) so it never takes long. I've tried multiple times with different people and at this point I don't think I'll be back. Last time I brought him the clipped his thumb nail so far back. When I got him they tried to tell me he ripped it off at home but he is never left alone and when he is, he is put away so someone in my house would've noticed him bleeding. It also took them 2 hours to just wash the little guy when every other time he's done in like 30-45 min. Just another reason I think they were trying to stop the bleeding. I wouldn't even be mad accidents happen but at least own up to it. I also noticed the rest of his nails don't even look cut and then I don't know what they did to his tail but it looks like they tried to cut it for some reason and the hair is all going in one direction making it look like it leans to the right. He also only has a tiny little nub so not sure why it was cut. He just needed a bath with his nails cut and ears cleaned and I am so disappointed how I got home back. read more

I took my dog Rivers who is not a fan of baths. He has way too much hair to bathe in the shower and thinks outside baths are just a game of tag. So I tried my luck with their self wash... fantastic experience. Rivs was a bit nervous (as expected) but post bath he was the happiest boy! I'm sure 2-3 more visits and this will become one of his favorite outings. We checked out the shop side after and grabbed him a few treats. Everyone working there was so nice and helpful. They had everything we needed for the bath... a selection of shampoos, conditioner, scrub brushes, towels, cotton balls, hair dryer. We will definitely be back and have already recommended several others to pay them a visit! Rivs review: 6/10 on the bath. I'd prefer never to take one, but I guess this was a better experience than mom yelling and chasing me around the backyard with the hose. 10/10 on the post bath pets from the staff! 10/10 on the treats! Brought my two dogs to use the large self-wash service they offer today and it was very affordable and an easy process. Since I was a walk-in and they were kind of busy for a Sunday, I just had to wait 10-15 minutes at which point the staff offers a phone call back to follow up with you about when the wash room is cleaned and ready. The staff we met was very nice, helpful, and the washroom was very clean, they offer free scented shampoo, conditioner, and have a blow dryer and some grooming equipment you can use.
