Specialties
Our focus is residential real estate brokering (buying and selling only). We currently do not handle rentals, please contact your local real estate rental company for rental inquiries. We specialize in helping each unique customer with their home-buying goals by providing comprehensive services and products. These services and products include the following: (1) in-depth market analyses, (2) knowledge of basic construction techniques and renovations, (3) connections with lawyers, appraisers, loan officers, and contractors, and (4) online tools for tracking transactions and signing contracts.
In order to maintain our value of providing the highest quality of services possible, the staff at Splice Realty focuses deeply on training and developing our agents. We accomplish this through a new-agent training program, guest speakers that teach our agents everything from kitchen cabinet construction to gift tax calculations, and a comprehensive professional development system where each agent goes through a communication styles assessment and creates a three-year business strategy plan.

Meet the Business Owner: Mike P.
Hi, I'm Mike, the co-owner of Splice Realty. My love for houses, free-thinking, and intense arguments seemed to be the thing people were looking for. In retrospect, it seemed home buyers and sellers wanted someone who knew houses, appreciated their own individuality, and had no problem advocating for their interests. From this, it seemed there was a demand for independent, trustworthy, educated salespeople, so I grabbed two of my MIT undergrad friends and begged them to help me start. Since then, I've moved into a coaching/management role at the company, and spend most of my time learning about how to help my agents reach their full potential in their own way. My m.o. for having quality people at Splice is to find people that work hard, then help them figure out their personal style of growth and service.
