Of course, the staff were not only very kind when greeting us but also entertaining our birthday boy with a treat as well as our other dog. He went to the next cashier who was checking someone out and sat down for them too and again, he was given some treats so thank you to the sweet and considerate staff at the Edmonds location! The birthday boy got his favorite stuffed duck and we appreciate that they carry the only brand that can withstand our boy's aggressive play. Additionally, he got to pick his treats and he went with these cute gingerbread looking ones that are bacon flavored. We like the doctors here, although in the past year we noticed they had a few turned over. Doctor Throm and Rehberger are always nice and you can feel they genuinely care about their patients, and they are pretty good at listening to owners concerns and give suggestions. The things that frustrated us the most are the follow ups, or getting the test results back in a timely manner. One time we called two days in a row to get a test result and was told very different stories from different two front test clerks, but luckily things worked out at the end. I guess owners just need to be a little proactive and make sure they don't forget about your case.

I asked them about it through text messages while on vacation, and they said the app was having "issues". We have 3 cats who need to eat twice a day (one of which requires medication twice daily). They were entering our home through our garage that keeps a log of the date/time it is opened/closed. When we got home from vacation, we checked our logs and found that what was showing on the pet app was accurate. They hadn't shown up for two visits and came extremely late for others. When we confronted them, they denied it and said they had come twice a day every day. Since our cats were alive and appeared fine, we didn't push it. However, I know they did not show up for a couple of visits which is completely irresponsible, unacceptable, and negligent. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

We were in Edmonds and out of blue searched for dog grooming and landed me Hippy Hounds and it's 7 mins drive from us! I called to see if we can get in for shampoo and tidy up. I was told we will be on the waitlist for next day. Sure enough. Sat morning around 9:30 was told to come in if we still want to have it done. YES! We got in and staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The place were so busy with dogs been groomed and there were also self wash area. It was well orchestrated business. I liked Elon came out all fresh and soft. I know washing and grooming dogs are not easy and simple which I've done it on Elon for few years which took me all day and we both ended up exhausted. I appreciate groomers knows what they are doing and keep the dogs happy. I like how Elon looks after his grooming and Elon knows he looks great too lol.
