Lots of fun slides, but overcrowded, understaffed and only interested in ripping people off. Bought a day pass only to arrive, wait in a 20 minute line to park, then told the park was closing in two hours. No offer to refund the pass or give a discount of any kind. Huge waits on all slides. Just super disappointing service and a big waste of money. read more

Be prepared to pay around $8 for parking and have bags "searched" for outside food and drink (other than plastic water bottles which are allowed). Despite the search, we saw tons of outside food however prices for surprisingly hearty and well done food in park being reasonable. Dippin Dots at $5 for a kid size was the only overpriced item we saw. Closed at 6PM when we were there and noticed the shut down process began 30 before with the wave pool not having waves. Tube rentals were $6 for single and $11 for double but you get $1 back if returned with a bracelet they give you. Of paying full admission prices, tube rental, parking and park food it feels like being nickel and dimed but we found great Groupon prices that made it all a reasonable price for several hours of summer fun. read more

If you go in knowing that renting tubes will be extra and that they're required for about half the rides, I think it's great, and that the price feels justified. The rides are fun and so is the wave pool. There's a solid amount of fun stuff to do for kids of all ages, read more

This place is not family friendly. They won't even give you or let you purchase an extra empty cup so you can share an ice cream with your kids. Super run down. read more

I love this place so much, it's so much fun!! I'm only giving a bad review because the kids working in the back started complaining about my order at the summit grill. We asked for fry's, and a girl through something at floor and started complaining about having to make them. They then went on to say "you're welcome" for your food, and the drinks were like 3/4 full and had to be refilled. Yummy food, bad service read more

Some life guard told me and my friend (both under 180) in the rudest way possible, that we look like we are over the 400 pound weight limit. I've never felt so disgusted. Left immediately. Don't go unless you want to get weighed in front of the whole line and told you look fat read more

Small but has amazing rides! Needs some fixing up. This property would be a Handyman's paradise. Love the concept and definitely family friendly. Staff were very young and all very professional. My biggest concern would be the huge bee/ wasps infestation!!! Trash cans need to be sprayed or emptied more often to help with how many there are!! It was so scary walking around the property and waiting in lines. I was a nervous wreck the whole time because there were so many! Didn't mind paying for inner tubes to go on rides (not sure why that's not included in entry fee?) but I was concerned for the kids getting the tubes. The area they walk on is all rocks. Not an ideal work environment for those kids. Watching them walk back and forth on that unstable and rocky area made me feel bad for them. Definitely would recommend this property. Really hoping they give it some love during off season! read more

It's a fun place to go during the summer. They've done a good job cleaning the place up since it's switch from Seven Peaks. The slides are fun, good sized lazy river and wave pool. Food is very overpriced and mediocre per usual. The ground does get very hot so I'd highly recommend you bring sandals. read more

All summer long the lines to even get in the park have been ridiculously long. Today was the worst. It took 20 minutes to park the car and an hour to get into the park. They care more about their client parties then the season pass holders. They close early often for the parties. This week they close early twice and the water park is closed for 2 days entirely. They care more about the money then their customers. read more

Facility was able a bit junkie ...your kid lifeguards need much training especially when comes to useing thier authority...personal communication towards the people essentially pay them... vomit in the pool took over 20 minutes to get taken care of...thier indecision costed danger to everyone...and your crap idea to not us bring food in was a joke...with children of all ages food is a great energy...close to 2 hours to get corn dogs...fix these ... read more

If you want to visit the most money-grubbing place in Utah, Splash Summit is your place! From the second I arrived, it was obvious that the waterpark was more than eager to pick my pocket of every last cent. From mandatory paid parking to having to pay for using an inner tube (which you had to use for half the rides!) to having ads at the wave pool (seriously!), if there was an opportunity for the waterpark to take your money, they would do it! Imagine visiting a restaurant, ordering a dish, and then getting told you have to pay to use a fork and knife. Splash Summit would be that restaurant. Again, you cannot ride HALF THE RIDES without paying EXTRA to rent an inner tube! How ridiculous is that?! I will not be returning to patronize a company that obviously only cares about squeezing every last cent from their patrons. read more

TSA at the front gate sifting through bags right off the bat. You have to rent something (tubes) that grant you access to everything you came there for. It was like being told you had to pay extra for the 3D glasses when seeing a 3D movie. Got the Cabana rental which was very underwhelming. It's costs nearly $200 for 5 hours, with a complimentary cooler filled with melted ice, no cooling (except the mere fact of being in shade). Oh, and they give you some chips and salsa. Go to Cowabunga Bay, it's worth the gas, even if it is $7 a gallon to fill your 2015 Chevrolet Suburban filled with kids. read more

Was extremely disappointed with our trip to this water park since it changed from Seven Peaks. Bought my tickets online to expedite the entrance process. We had to wait in a line for over 30 minutes to get our bags rummaged through for any speck of food (I didn't pack any bc it said food isn't allowed). They went through my crossbody bag that literally only had my keys and cash but he confiscated my keychain pepper spray like I'm going to go pepper spray a bunch of families at a water park. I'm ok with purchasing food at the park but when you have ZERO healthy choices it makes me mad we can't bring in healthy snacks for younger children. My littles were starving at about 3:30 so we waited in line for pizza for 20 minutes just to be told at the front that to wait for ONE slice of pizza it would take another 45 minutes! There were girls in front of me that had to cancel their online pizza order that they had been waiting for over 1.5 hours and their parents were there to pick them up. We left and went to the mini melts cart to grab something quick. 6 people in line in front of me. It took over 20 minutes, they only had ONE flavor. The girl was taking money (cash) with her gloved hands, using those same gloves to break up the chunks of ice cream that had frozen together, and scooping with them as well. Not once did she change gloves or wash hands before going back to the food. One person working. If you do not allow food in the park, that's fine. But standing in long lines to be told you have to wait nearly an hour for some crappy food bc there's no good healthy options makes me mad. The most infuriating was the food handlers violations. How disgusting is that?! The lines for all of the rides were over 30 minutes as well. A long day to stand in line to only get on 5-6 rides. Now you also have to pay for parking in a crappy parking lot with broken glass bottles on the ground. Waste of money. read more

The lines are too long and the system they have for tube rentals is horrible. Customer service is definitely not their strong suit either. Save your money and go to cowabunga where they treat their guests better. The slides are fun and all I guess but not enough "amusement" to make it worth it. read more

Beware!!!!!Very poor management and borderline "Bait and Switch" I paid to get in and then find out that there was only 30 minutes until closing! Didn't even get to use at all. Office said they would refund but never did. Called and said they don't refund even for things like this. Terrible customer service!!! Won't be going back. read more

Drove over 2 hours to visit Splash Summit for the first time today. Had an enjoyable time until the very end. The park closes at 8pm. At 7:45 we were in line for the vortex slide which we hadn't ridden yet. We got to the top of the stairs right in front of the slide and the slide operator told us and about 10 other people that they were closed and to turn around and walk all the way down the 20 flights of stairs (or however many there were.) When I questioned the employee about why they were turning people away that were in line before closing time she said that they had a lot of tubes they had to put away that night. Sounds like to me she knew what the proper customer service etiquette was and deliberately chose to disregard it. I'm fine with them wanting to close on time, but have some sort of communication at the bottom of the slide, don't make people wait in line for twenty minutes and then turn them away at the top. Treat your guests better than that. We spent a lot of money to fraternize your resort, train your employees the proper way to treat your guests. read more

I feel like Splash Summit is a pretty good water park. Daily admission was pretty reasonable and the park had a good collection of slides for a Utah water park. One thing they definitely need is shade. Throughout the park the concrete was really hot and most of the areas there weren't any trees or anything to keep you cool. They had seating areas, we got there early to get some, and they were decently covered. Prices weren't bad like I said but you have to pay extra for tubes, which you need on pretty much every slide. Other then the slides they have a wave pool, a lazy river, and a few kids areas. So overall Splash Summit is a pretty good water park, especially if your looking for bigger more thrilling slides. Splash Summit has the best collection of slides in my opinion but I don't think it was quite as well kept as other parks such as Cowabunga Bay. They could use some work painting up areas and making them look nicer. read more

We went on a Saturday in July and I think all of Utah was there. They should never allow this many people to enter the park. The lines for the slides were 45 minutes. The lazy river was disgustingly crowded and no one regulating. There was a baby turd next to the pool all day. They must have been understaffed. Also, everything is al a cart. Everyone in party need a tube pass. Pineapple whips were bomb though. read more

Really fun! I recommend it. If you go, which you should, go on free fall, shotgun falls, vortex, boomberang, everything that is big.

So much better now that it has been renovated. Only problem we had was they ran out of tubes.

Overall fun park, when the rush hour leaves. However they nickel & dime you, for parking/tube rental. Lines for the slides is an absolute mess, you don't know which one you're in life for & it's like a herd of caddle. read more

this water park has everything for all ages it is amazing I have already been here like 20 times this summer
