We arrived at 10:30am Sunday to a line wrapped around the parking lot. Line luckily moved quickly and there was plenty of parking. Inside we found seating right away, but note that the best shady seating gets swooped up fast. The water park is SUPER small but the kids will have a blast. I was a really bummed by the lazy river and the small amount of rafts they offer. I counted a dozen rafts available to patrons. That's definitely not enough for the amount of people entering. One thing I was disappointed by, is that rules specifically state no outside food, coolers or drinks other than bottled water are allowed in, yet many had food & drinks not offered for sale including personal water carriers such as Stanley's. The rules also state no personal flotation devices unless they are translucent but yet there were many tubes that were colored and used in the lazy river so they don't enforce their own rules. Food was tolerable, expensive and took forever to get. Also, know that wash ticket you bit only allows you access to the 3.5 hours in the morning 10:30-2:00 or 2:30-6:00. While we found 3.5 hours was sufficient, I also felt like an extra hour would have made it more beneficial to the cost.

To preface this review, we live pretty far into Northern Utah, so we had never been here. In 2023, I won 2 free tickets on the radio, but I was a single mom to a toddler at the time and there was no way I could get us there. I'm so sad they went to waste! (I still have one in my wallet for some reason.. maybe a souvenir? Haha.) Anywho, flashforward to summer 2026, and we finally got to experience the water park. Holy. Cow. We had SO much fun! I couldn't ride a lot of the water slides for some health reasons, but I am so impressed. My 6 year old even went up on the largest slides! We had a blast. I loved hanging out in the lazy river, and getting dumped on by the giant buckets! I wish I had taken more photos, but I was really in the moment! What a fun water park! I cannot wait until we can come back!

There are several sizes and temperatures of in-ground tubs and pools... VERY salty. Facilities are simple and functional, with showers, changing rooms, snacks, outdoor shelving to set your stuff, and lockers if it seems sketchy. Visited from Boston with a native Utahn and had a great time! A very long drive from SLC for us east-coasters but apparently no big deal for locals.

The mountain backdrop and stunning skies are 10/10, and it's a very family-friendly spot that's great value for the price. One thing they do better than other spas is the water temperature--it's kept at a perfect, consistent temp while other places often struggle to get it right. However, my friends and I noticed a few areas that need attention: * Safety/Walkways: The ground is hit-or-miss. While some parts have good grip, there are very slick, patches scattered throughout the entire facility. I highly recommend everyone bring water shoes for safety. Restrooms: Both the men's and women's bathrooms need much better ventilation and air circulation. Adding an air purifier would go a long way in keeping them fresh. Aesthetics: It's great they are expanding, but the construction area is mostly dirt right now. Some green privacy screening on the fence would help hide the work and preserve the "retreat" vibe. * The Vibe: It can get a little boring just sitting in the pool. It would be amazing to have live music or themed nights like Singles night. Service was great The life guards were vigilant and knowledgeable. Overall, a beautiful and affordable spot.
