However, my friends and I noticed a few areas that need attention: * Safety/Walkways: The ground is hit-or-miss. While some parts have good grip, there are very slick, patches scattered throughout the entire facility. I highly recommend everyone bring water shoes for safety. Restrooms: Both the men's and women's bathrooms need much better ventilation and air circulation. Adding an air purifier would go a long way in keeping them fresh. Aesthetics: It's great they are expanding, but the construction area is mostly dirt right now. It was easy to purchase the passes on the website and then come into the pool area. It was so nice having a family bathroom too and seeing a few of them so that we didn't feel too rushed getting into our suits. My 2 year old is usually afraid of the water and I wasn't sure how he'd like it but he was so excited! Big kiddos to the kiddie area with the slide. It got him out of his shell and he became a new kid. He was actually purposefully dunking himself and getting his face wet. We spent a good amount of our time jumping off the side of letting him practice floating on his back. He even tried his new floaty for the first time and even wanted to try swimming by himself. He even tried the big water slide! They also had a good amount of lifeguards and all of them were spaced in the right places in every possible corner of the pool. I'm not used to that or the lifeguards don't seem to want to be there but every lifeguard was alert and paying attention. And they rotated fairly often which was nice too! We didn't go to the outside pool though. All in all it was an amazing first time and we'll definitely be coming back again this summer!

I feel like their policies and customer service are not meant to be relational. I told them over the phone I wanted to end my membership. They even acknowledged they had notes showing I requested to cancel. They did not make it clear that I would continue to be billed because we had stopped using the gym. Because I didn't also submit it in writing, they continued charging me. I I still had to pay for the 30 day notice period and even a $10 fee after I'd already told them I wanted to cancel. I understand that's what the contract says, but I was disappointed there wasn't more flexibility for a loyal customer who had a misunderstanding. I felt like they were taking a stance as bill collector immediately and I left feeling like the policy mattered more than the relationship. If you join, just make sure you cancel in writing. A phone call isn't enough.

I'm in a transport chair and need my husband's assistance getting around. We were also traveling with two small dogs (one with neurological issues). I simply cannot give enough praise to one of the employees named ASTRA! She was incredibly kind. She allowed us to use the restroom and bring the dogs in out of the heat. Unfortunately our dog with neurological issues had a seizure. She was responsive and sat with our dogs while my husband went back into the restroom to get me. She offered and then helped us out to our car. Her kindness is unmatched and my hope is that more young people learn from her actions! Kudos to the company that hired her.
