Their service is fine, but their professionalism is where they fall apart--they don't have any. But the kicker came today, when Mike called me. Now, I've moved out of the house and turned the account over to my ex-wife. Within 30 seconds of my answering the phone, Mike said, and I quote, "I think she's batsh*t insane or something." I immediately told him to f*ck off and hung up--we may be divorced, but that level of misogynistic BS is inappropriate even if I didn't still call her a friend. And he should have never called me in the first place--he knew I'd moved out and have nothing to do with the house anymore. Further, he claimed to her that he had told me "many times" that the filters needed replacing because "you have to replace them every three years." I last replaced them in May of 2022. From May 2025 to November 2025 he never said anything about it. ETA: interesting that Dave is worried about my review but only addresses the least important part. Also notice his scare quotes, denoting insulting attitude. What about the fact your men didn't properly lock the filter lid on on several different service dates? What about your employee's incredibly unprofessional phone call? And for the record, I'm not saying you missed a lot of days, but suction pressure isn't filling a filter basket to the brim. Pull the other one. You have mostly good reviews. You can handle a few bad ones, and until you admit to your employee's unprofessional behavior, I'm leaving this here.

    Both the staff and district manager at this location were unhelpful in resolving an ordering issue…read more I ordered a $1600 pool cleaning robot for same day delivery after seeing that option available on the Leslie's Pool website. I selected Davis, and what could have been the start of a great relationship with a local business quickly became a disappointment due to their disinterest in helping resolve a Leslie's end error. Unfortunately the staff and the district manager made it very apparent they could not be bothered with me and tried to pass the buck for the Leslie's error telling me to call Uber, who of course insisted it was a Leslie's error. Uber thankfully told me to call Leslie's Corporate although I had to find that number on my own. Leslie's Corporate confirmed I entered the correct delivery address as screenshots and an invoice show (and as I had explained) and is working to resolve the problem and get me my apparently no longer arriving same day product... Even sending me to Leslie's corporate and a general knowledge of what was going on and some empathy from the local staff could have resolved the issue that morning instead of in the afternoon after a day spent chasing around a $1600 item, mostly for the benefit of Leslie's or Uber; one of whom was going to have to eat the cost with AMEX if they didn't get it back. Regardless of whose fault it was I will not be visiting Leslie's in Davis or getting a quote for pool service from them. I want to work with businesses that go out of their way to help customers, especially when the error is due to their brand.

    We have a Polaris Robotic Sweeper that stopped working wile under warranty. It was purchased at…read moreLeslie's in Vacaville. We attempted to have it serviced at the Vacaville location but the manager was short with us and would not allow us to leave it to be serviced. We contacted Leslie's main office and they suggest we try their store in Davis. We drove to Davis and spoke with the store manager, Paula. Paula was great! She took the time to listen about the sweeper and how it wasn't operating. Paula explained that 1) they would be more than happy to take the sweeper and repair it. 2) Paula also let us know that Polaris is backlogged and slow shipping parts out. 3) Paula said she our keep us updated on the sweeper. Paula called us weekly to update us on what was actually wrong with the sweeper and that the parts had been ordered. Approximately 3 weeks later Paula called and said the motor has been replaced, they also wanted to replace the cord but that had not come in yet. Paula said if wanted to pick up the sweeper we could and they would notify us when the cord came in. We picked up the sweeper and approximately a week later Paula called us again. This time she said the sweeper cord still hadn't came in BUT we were getting a new sweeper to replace the one that was under warranty. I can't say enough good things about Paula and the Davis, Leslie's Pool Supply. I have no doubt that Paula's tenacity and Pierre's, the District Manager's concern for taking care of customers was what led to this positive outcome. We definitely would say that if you live in Vacaville it s we'll worth the drive to Leslie's in Davis. We will be spending our money at Leslie's in Davis. We even brought Paula a present for her great customer service.
