I intend to try every new card wash to find the best blend of service and value. As of now, I can comfortably say that Splash In is a great option. I've used this facility twice and each time I was pleasantly surprised at their customer service. On my second visit, the Manager Carlos came over to ask my opinion of the carwash. During that discussion, I couldn't help but to notice both his professionalism and his passion to deliver a good product. I had a very disappointing experience overall, although I do want to note that the on-site staff were professional, helpful, and apologetic when I reported the issue. I brought my 2018 Ram 1500 through this car wash and immediately after exiting, I noticed fresh scratches on the driver-side front bumper (knife edge). I reported it right away to the on-duty supervisor and took photos on the spot documenting the damage. The scratches are clearly horizontal and consistent with something dragging across the bumper during the wash process--not random wear or "preexisting damage" as was later claimed. I filed a claim, which was ultimately denied by corporate/insurance. They stated their decision was based on video evidence, but refused to provide that footage when I requested it, stating it is "proprietary." So to summarize: * Damage occurred during the wash and was reported immediately * Staff on site were professional and responsive * Photo evidence was provided * Claim was denied as "preexisting" * Video evidence used in their decision was not shared I've since canceled my memberships. I understand that issues can happen anywhere, but how a company handles them matters. Unfortunately, while the local staff handled things well, the corporate/insurance side of this experience was extremely disappointing. worse experience ever, this is long review pointing oit, what kind of company this is. Picture proof, didn't clean much. These pictures are after two ultimate car washes back to back. I came out of car wash seeing the dirt on expedition while talking to employee. He called over manager which was cool of him to do. The manager gave me code to go back thru which I did. However as you can see it left everything the same. I wiped thru the dirt showing it was just surface dirt. Didn't receive rebate for my expense. Was told they would tell maintenance. Overpriced for what it is, but gave them a try. I would not recommend this place. Contacted company about damage done to my truck from this wash. Clearly new spiral scratches down the back of my ext suv. They sent me a letter 7 days later with a pic of their sign and said this....."Your claim is denied based on our clear instruction sign at entrance of carwash, explicitly telling customers that if your vehicle is over 5+ years, we are not responsible for your damages. Therefore it is you're responsible to ensure that your vehicle have abided with all the rules and requirement of our wash and you assumed the risk that comes with going inside a car wash. The reason for the instructional sign, is to warn customers of the potential risk that can happen, if they do not follow these instructions, we cannot be held liable." So feel like my trucks being discriminated against for it's age but whatever. You see what kind of company they are. If your not in their bubble they don't care. I've never taken this truck thru a car wash until this instance. I purposely asked before going in would my truck be ok seeing I've heard stories of SUVs having issues in them. I was told it would be ok now I have swirl scratches down the back of my truck and they wouldn't even offer to give me my money back $20 for wasting my time with two car washes that did nothing. I posted pic proof of what was left after I came out after two back to back washes. Stay clear of this place if your cars over 5 years old and something happens your on your own.
