As much as the majority of the car wash is automated, the staff that they have on site were super accommodating, and made sure that any questions I had were answered. One of my favourite parts of my visit was after getting the outside of the car cleaned; there are at least 20 stations where you have the option to vacuum the interior, as well as wipe down the exterior and interior. If you have an plan with Edge Express, make sure you check your account for over charges. Per Edge, someone might show up at their car wash with your credit card for nothing else but to get a car wash. After some months I reviewing my account for some of the subscriptions I have. I noticed Edge Express Carwash showing up with double charges every month. One for the family plan of $67 and another for $25.99. I was only supposed to have the family plan for $67 for my 3 cars. I contacted the assistant manager who looked at the account on their end by my credit card number and saw a license plate that did not belong to me. I also told him, on my "Edge Express online account, I only have 3 cars on the account with charges for $67. I asked him, how did I get charged for another car that is not on my Edge Express online account? I told him I wanted to be reimbursed for overcharges. He said he would have the manager give me a call. The manager never called. After finally reaching the manager, he said some one must have showed up to Edge Express Carwash with my credit card and opened an account. He said I had to contact my bank to report fraud. I was floored at the rationale he gave. There were no other fraudulent charges on my account, except for Edge Express. read more

BEWARE!!! DO NOT go to EDGE CAR WASH at Washington Square, Fredericksburg, VA! We took our 2023 Traverse through the Car Wash at least five times with no damage. The last time caused $$ of damage. The spoiler on the back of the SUV tore apart ripping the electrical as well. We immediately stopped to see the damage because we heard the awful sound of our car being ripped apart during the drying. We asked for the manager once we saw all the damage. The manager was not there and the person took an incident report telling us the manager would call us. We went back after the weekend since we did not get a call. The manager said "it's a defect of the Chevrolet Traverse. Not our fault! The car wash operated correctly." We asked about paying for the damage. "You can try to sue us but it won't do any good because we are not at fault. If we paid everyone who had damage, we wouldn't have a business." He then went on to tell us the KIA Telluride is a vehicle that sustains damage because the side strips tear off. I will never go to another car wash. Again BEWARE!!!! read more

Scammmmmmm. IF ANY DAMAGE, THEY ARE NO RESPONSIBLE AT ALL. VERY CAREFULL HERE EDGE CARWASH IN WOODBRIDGE VA (SPRIGSS ROAD) Side of my car damaged while going through car wash. Assistant Manager onsite completed an incident report and stated I would hear from the manager OIeg Operederiy 48 hours, which did NOT occur. I have to drive there and talked Assistant Manager back after 48 hours had passed only to be told he was still waiting on the manager to review the video to determine if the damage occurred within their car wash. Finally, after 6 days I got the opportunity to talked to the meager OIeg Operederiy after all this situation, he stated the damage did occur during my car wash, but due to the age of my vehicle 2020 they refuse to take care the damage instead he told me to claim with my insurance to cover the damage, that is unacceptable. he assumes that I purchase my car for 6 years from now and we are in 2025. he needs to go back to school, (Lol). He also says what happened could have occurred at any car wash when I have a membership with Flagship Carwash (THE BEST IN VA) for years and never happens anything at all to my car. When they first opened, it wasn't too bad but now I've seen products and services go down significantly. Don't always open on time and their towels and machine pads have gotten worn without being replaced. They should also post a sign coming from the Aldi direction saying no left turn into the line because it creates a big mess . Also, their automated point of sales system has lots of glitches even when you're a subscription owner and the individual pay process takes way too long. not the best in the area but unfortunately for me one of the closer ones. read more

Went to get car washed around 3:30 pm yesterday and all week, especially due to snow, sand and salt, there was a long line for cars. I've been going there since they opened, and there are two ways (directions) to enter the car wash. The woman who claimed she was a manager said I could only go one way, and not to cut, when all week everyone could go both ways. This made a long line extending onto route 1 traffic which, by in itself is a hazard a traffic violation. There are no signs, no cones or anything and the manager was unprofessional. I usually have a pretty good experience, but have been noticing there are a few additional issues where the car wash shuts down while car is inside, there are not enough bottles of cleaner and people hog the bottles. They should not allow people to take the bottles to their cars. One of the kiosk to enter is sometimes down and the car is not fully dry when existing the car wash. Went today and was told the other kiosk to enter car wash was closed. I asked why and was told it was not taking money so it would work for members only. So I simply asked, why not have a sign for members only? They said they didn't what to have someone out there having to explain that. Her answer didn't make much sense as to why have long lines and inconvenience your customers because management was lazy to put a sign up! read more

The wash was terrible. There was still dirt all over my truck. They shut everything off at exactly 8 (which that's when they close, I get it), but there is no signs where you can see that they shut them off at exactly 8. I paid for the most expensive one and would have expected to be able to at least finish vacuuming my damn truck! read more

He assumed the cover was factory installed. He then went on to say what happened could have occurred at any car wash and if I wanted to pursue the claim, I would need to submit through my insurance. Also if I needed to contact him again use the company number, which isn't on any document that I was provided on the day of the incident. Today I signed up for the monthly washes for $25.99 per month...auto debit. I went over to the Dumfries location and went through the car wash. My car wasn't very dirty at all and there were only two other cars going through at 10:30 AM. When I came out, I ran into the same problem several other customers mentioned. I own a 2017 Toyota Camry and I keep it very clean. The tires should've been shining a little bit but they were totally dull. When I pulled out my chamois to the water off my car because the blowers didn't do a good job at all... a lot of dirt was on my chamois... I had to bring the car home and spray it off and wipe it down. The experience was so unbelievable I came home and checked the reviews on this location. I found several reviews were they had the same experience in the last six months at this location. I emailed the company and told them ...No need to reach back out to me because I'm canceling my membership today. I don't think this is a coincidence. I think it's the normal level of service this location provides. I also let them know will be posting a YELP review today as well. Somebody needs to get over there and check on things. My truck is usually dirty after work and Im a big fan of the unlimited car wash here. I have the ultimate pass and it's definitely worth it. I just need to pull up, make sure my plate can be seen, and thats it. Theres multiple sections in the car wash so it's not just "soak, soap, and rinse". At the end of every wash my car is fresh and my tires are shiny. Pros: -multiple unlimited car wash options that can include Ceramic super shine and armor, rain repellent, tire shine, etc and you can wash your car up to twice a day -tire shine for me can last weeks -license plate is used to redeem these benefits, no stickers on your windshields! -free vacuums, towels, all-purpose spray, window cleaner, and mat cleaner available at the end of the wash Cons: -at certain times, the vacuums are not as powerful as they should be -the blow dry at the end is doesn't dry the car completely. the back of my vehicle is completely soaked. -one of the brushes always knocks my left mirror forward. I only have this issue with my truck, but my other vehicles are fine. After every wash, i would have to park to readjust my mirror and dry the back of my vehicle (including the backup camera) so it's not just a wash and go for me. read more

I can't believe this place hasn't had any reviews yet, but I highly recommend it if you're looking for a carwash. Cheapest wash is $14 and it did a great job, it goes up to $29. They have monthly packages if that's something you like. Paying for a carwash gets you access to their trash cans, window and all purpose spray, rags, and the strongest vacuums I've had the pleasure of using. They have loads of stations you can use, so even if it's a busy day you shouldn't have to wait. Their dryer did a pretty great job in getting the windows dried, but again there are rags that you can use to dry off your windows if it didn't. The only slightly annoying thing is they tape your back windshield wiper down, so you'll have to take that off at some point but since that's a common thing no getting around it. read more

Do not go to this car wash if you care about your car in any way. I drive a 1994 mustang that is low to the ground (this matters later). Upon arriving, you pay as normal and they instruct you to get on the belt, put the car in neutral, remove your foot from the break, and keep your hands off the wheel. I followed all of these directions and was motioned by the attendant to keep moving forward. This worried me because I was getting extremely close to the vehicle in front of me. The belt moved my car so close that the attendant hysterically told me to "stop driving!!" even though I had both feet off any peddles and my hands were in my lap. I was not moving my car at all. The attendant then told me to reverse, but my car is so low that in order to get over the giant hump from the belt, I had to press the gas very hard and then mash on the break as to not hit the cat behind me. Because of the chaos inside of the car wash, I went home and skipped the free vacuum. To make an already bad situation worse, I looked over my car and literally wiped a layer of dirt off of it. $19 dollars and a traumatizing experience just for my car to not even be clean. read more
