I reported it right away to the on-duty supervisor and took photos on the spot documenting the damage. The scratches are clearly horizontal and consistent with something dragging across the bumper during the wash process--not random wear or "preexisting damage" as was later claimed. I filed a claim, which was ultimately denied by corporate/insurance. They stated their decision was based on video evidence, but refused to provide that footage when I requested it, stating it is "proprietary." So to summarize: * Damage occurred during the wash and was reported immediately * Staff on site were professional and responsive * Photo evidence was provided * Claim was denied as "preexisting" * Video evidence used in their decision was not shared I've since canceled my memberships. I understand that issues can happen anywhere, but how a company handles them matters. Unfortunately, while the local staff handled things well, the corporate/insurance side of this experience was extremely disappointing. If you choose to use this location, I would strongly recommend inspecting your vehicle immediately before and after your wash.

My daughter was told by the Indian male store associate Alex and another Indian woman that worked with him that evening "she couldn't play the lottery and leave." My daughter questioned as to why not. She was told by the associate Alex "you have to be 21 to play the lottery." Yet they didn't ask her age or for photo identification. So my daughter pulled out her state issued ID to show them she'll be 20 in a few hours and let them know she has played the lottery since she turned 18 and there has never been a problem. I came inside about to pay for gas when my daughter advised me of what was happening. I then told Alex and the lady I will play the lottery for her and they never asked me for identification; just proceeded with my request after I advised them by pulling up the MDLottery.com website that a person need only be 18 years of age to play any lottery or purchase scratch offs in the state of (Maryland). These two associates were rude and racists for no reason to a young adult. Out of all the gas stations on Crain Highway we could've stopped at, we chose this one...big mistake but never again! I didn't purchase any gas and will never come to this gas station again. It's sad because I just purchased a new home less than 7 minutes away from this gas station and have 4 business trucks, 2 business vans & 3 personal cars. I will now tell my neighbors and anyone I come in contact with in this area about the experience at this Dash In establishment.

Within a very short time, it became obvious the transmission was failing hard shifting, slipping, warning signs that don't just appear overnight. What's most frustrating is that this feels conveniently undisclosed. There is no way a dealership "inspects" a vehicle and misses such a major issue, especially one this serious and expensive. It's hard not to believe this problem was known and intentionally hidden just to make the sale. We know that it was intentional because whoever they had make the makeshift repairs to seal the deal, left a used rag in the transmission pan. Yes, you read that correctly, they left a rag in the transmission pan that they'll surely claim they knew nothing about. A transmission repair on a vehicle like this is thousands of dollars, and buyers should not be left holding the bag because a dealership chose profit over honesty. We thankfully had a warranty through our credit union and was able to get the vehicle repaired. We have already drafted a letter to the credit union that they need to be removed from the trusted sellers list. If you're considering buying from here, get an independent inspection first or better yet, save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. I regret trusting this dealership and would never recommend them.
