But the replacement of the cement walk to the garage, and the old concrete slab by the garage, exceeded our expectations. The slab was in horrible condition, broken up, and uneven, undoubtedly due to tree roots. Ricardo and his team removed all of the old cement as well as the offending roots and replaced them with an attractive floor. Needless to say, it is a tremendous improvement. The staff from 3D were very easy to work with, from Frank who came out to set up the work, Alex who helped me with the building permit, to Ricardo who led the team. Reached out in early July, then again in late July, told in early August that they'll have the bid for me shortly. Never heard from them again. Decided to try one more time this year for a siding project. Filled out their online form, was called by someone and reached back out mid-June and never heard back. I really don't mind if a company doesn't want to do business with a particular customer, just let me know so I don't spend time trying to reach out and spin my wheels.
