Not happy with my service. I normally get the package with the car wash and they vacuum and wipe down the inside. I pull up to the booth theres 3 guys hanging out at the booth. They're having a conversation and as the guy was asking me what I wanted started throwing numbers around as if I knew what he was talking about. As he was helping me he was still having side conversations with the other guys. I asked if they had a menu. I said I wanted the package that included the wash, vacuum, wipe down. He said if I wanted the vacuum and wipe down it would be considered a detail package which the prices were crazy. I got this text message yesterday and showed up today and they refused to honor it. I was told the sale ended yesterday (8/30) and even though today (8/31) is the last day to get the new membership, they weren't going to do it. Then I was told there was no manager on-site. I hadn't been back to this car wash in at least five years or so. I used to bring in my car at least every four months or so just to make sure all was being kept up cause I my job required allot of traveling and mostly I would travel on weekends to be on-site by Monday..so time was limited anywho...they did a great job back then. So now I've got a new car and after a few weeks, it needs some attention. Arriving g at the car wash I I selected the Super works foe $44.99. With lemon sent...my fav. So all is going well until the dry off, and wipe down which takes place out front. For the next 20 to 25 minutes, the vehicle was just parked without anyone working on it. I inquired at the front desk and the attendant stated that they would call me when the car was ready. I indication that some time had already passed and no one was working on my car nor the other 3 cars that were waiting for wipe down. At that point he walked outside leaving me to think he was going to check up on the goings on...but no..there was a shift change and a young lady took his place resuming the eyeballing of phones ..I guess you get paid for that these days at 20 bucks an hour... So I was left to wait another 20 minutes while a worker wiped down my car while simultaneously holding a long conversation with a coworker who only twirled her towel and giggled the whole time... So after I got home is when I noticed the wipe down marks the towel made to which I performed the rest of the detailing with my handy micro towel and spray was... Went here on a whim after catching some very dirty & stinky stray dogs that wrecked the inside of my car. I've needed the inside cleaned for a while but today forced my hand. I usually go to El Estero in Monterey when I am on that side of town but have been disappointed the last several times. This service was great, they were extremely detailed, my car is clean & smells good. They definitely took extra time to clean areas that I have never had other places touch. They removed the sun shade in my trunk to wipe the back window & even popped my hood to clean under there. I have a "frunk" so just a storage compartment that was nice to have cleaned. Been going there for ten years, today was the last time! Horrible service! The female cashier was the only bright spot. She was kind, pleasant, and respectful. I drove in and waited as the manager talked extensively with a customer who ended up getting a outside wash. I finally place my order and upon finishing still had to wait for the manager go finish his conversation. Next I see the attendant who is vacuuming my truck take the dirty floor mat and put it on my leather seat, and throw the back mats back in without positioning them properly ( this happens consistently). When the truck exits the wash I notice the passenger seat has been put as far forward as possible. Since I have electric seats this was done deliberately! There are five attendants and two vehicles. Mine made three. After waiting twenty minutes without my vehicle being touched I asked for a manager, ends up being the initial guy that made me wait. I declined to talk with him. I waited a couple more minutes then left without my detail service. Not one person was in a rush or had a care. I always tipped $10 or more due to the economy. They new that, and my truck. I had an oil change, and new air filter per their recomendations. I drove home about 10 minutes away. The next morning on my way to work (i work out of town) my check engine light came on and my car could barely make it up the slightest hill was sputtering on the highway. After dealing with my car and trying to reach a manager there and calling their corporate office Found out he air filter was causing the problem. It was brand new according to the service team. It looked like they made a bad attempt to cut to fit. Which it didnt fit and looked really really dirty. Bottom line dont be wise and dont use this company ive been telling everyone. So I liked This place before but going down hill. I have been here an hour already. My truck sat for 30 min before any one dried it now covered in water spots they said they would make it right. BS what a coupon never coming back this place takes to long. Not even busy only 5 cars and maximum of maybe 10 while I have been here. They don't even do them In order employees only help each other finish cars if they are board I tried this place again as I was in a hurry and I normally wash my own truck after the last experience Today was even worse the employees are rude and when I asked after waiting in line to even get to start the process why they don't take customers in the order they come in the rude young girl said I take care of people in the order I want. Went back and the workers tried there best to help, filled out a report. On Wednesday 12/9 I received a call from the Manager explaining that they are not responsible. Offered me a few car washes politely told him "a free car wash could lead to more damage you would not be responsible for" originally Cadillac said it was a short in the radio was going to cost $3700. I did not realize how poor of a job was done drying the vehicle until I noticed all the spots. I called the business to let them know but that fell on deaf ears. I was told that my requests to speak with a manager or the owner could not happen so I left my phone number for the manager, Eileen, to call me back. If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid for a fill up to get the advertised discount. 16.92 gallons. The girl charged me over. I tried to explain math to her, her sup and her manager. Apparently math doesn't matter. I even rounded the 3.91 to 3.92 and showing them, their response was, well the computer gives the discount. I spend about 100 every two weeks on fill ups and car washes. I won't be coming back. If your advertised discount gas is 3.91 a gallon that's what it should be. Not whatever your computer discounts it. Worst experience with 2 "managers" who can't multiply. Disappointing. read more

Extremely slow service. You wait in a long line to choose your service, then park your car to wait for vacuuming. It often sits for 10 minutes with no one around. Then a very quick vacuum job with no attention to door pockets or crevices between seats, and through the tunnel.. only to wait for another 10 minutes sitting in the sun before someone gets around to drying it. At this point the staff is fairly detailed in the approach to wiping down the interior, washing windows inside and out, applying tire dressing, and wiping away all water drips. They're very slow, but methodical. The whole job always seems to take a minimum of 30 minutes, and usually more. Overall they do a better job than the local competition, but they take much longer. read more

This place has gone down hill bad. Went today to have our Tacoma truck interior and exterior cleaned before we left for vacation. Paid nearly $40 for nothing. Exterior bottom panel and windows still dirty. The interior looked like it wasn't even touched. EVERYTHING WAS STILL DIRTY. NOTHING WAS CLEANED. They may have wiped the dash with some window cleaner left over from a dirty rag. HORRIBLE!! We have to vacuum, wash the mats and clean all the interior ourselves. Worst car wash we've ever had. My mother loved this place. She would come to this place 2-3 times a month. But not after today. The tire rail that moves your vehicle along the car wash malfunctioned and completely took her tire out of her wheel. They took no responsibility and blamed her for moving the steering wheel even though she knows what to do while in the car wash since she visits this place often.
