    Ceramic wash is pretty good but if your paint isnt in great shape it might not be the best option. And $37 a month for ceramic wash is a pretty good deal when its usually around $15 each time at a gas station wash.

    You ever been rear ended while getting a car wash? Well, there's a first for everything. Highly would not recommend this place or any other drive thru car wash. The car behind me literally ran into my car and messed up my bumper. Also the fact, it's an EV vehicle, I have to make sure that there isn't any internal damages. Don't RISK it. Now I have to go through this whole process of cat and mouse to get this fixed.

    Idk what that car wash has but the cars I've taken have only gotten damaged. I wanted to love it because it's convenient but it's horrible and I've had nothing but a bad experience. The only good thing I can say is that their vacuums are strong and they always have towels to dry or clean.

    This is a new location situation in the same parking lot as Walmart. I recently received a free car wash and was very pleased with the car wash as well as the amount of vacuums. I was surprised to see that they even have clean towels to dry your car and touch up anything that was missed in the drive through car wash. The reason I'm rating this a 3 star is because today I went in to take advantage of my first month subscription for $9.99, however, the person that checked me in said that this was no longer being offered. I just checked my email, and the coupon has not yet to expired... so I'm unsure why this price was not honored. Additionally, there was not a single clean towel. Guest were throwing away the dirty towels and even putting the dirty towels where the clean ones are supposed to go. Maybe in the future an employee can regularly check to ensure that there are clean towels. Overall, I think that at $21 a month for unlimited car washes is a good value. I just hope I'm able to receive some help redeeming my $9.99 first month coupon.

    BEWARE! Car scratched from this wash. I have frequented this place 3 times before my last visit on Monday, and it will be my last. After going through the wash and drying my car, I noticed several large scratches all over the hood of my car. I notified the staff to get their manager and the manager immediately defended the business saying the pattern of scratches didn't match the wash and that they couldn't say it was because of the car wash because no other cars before or after me were scratched. I was also told they would review video footage to determine what happened. The car next to me told me their license plate cover was broken off from the car wash so actually a car as technically damaged after mine. After filing a claim, they got back after a few days saying there is insufficient evidence. I am beyond disappointed that they are suggesting I am lying about this, and I will not return to this establishment.

    Just a quick update on my previous review, I have received a response from St. Regis Ward, store leader #3302, no surprise they didn't take any responsibility for the damage to my vehicle. I also said that I would like to see the camera footage and no response. Wish I knew how to share the email so I could show all the victims out there the bull $hit they spew out their mouths. And again I say to them, you want to talk about this you have my info. Wish Yelp offered 0 stars!!!

    Brand new building, business and fabulous facilities where your auto is pulled through the wash line, with numerous areas of liquids and brushes at work. Stay in your vehicle, then numerous stalls where you can vacuum out the interior. Opening special is generous, free washes for 10 days. You can buy any cleaning package for $9.99 a month, all you can use. Very impressive, next to City of Marina Walmart.;)

I had the front side windows tinted to match the rear windows, and a light tint placed on the windshield to reduce UV rays and IR damage. The windshield tint is not noticeable and seems to be a common aftermarket installation; particularly in areas that get a lot of sun. During a very warm month of March, it seemed like it kept the interior cooler, putting less strain on the A/C. Gabe also applied PPF over the front of the vehicle and tailgate as well as door cups. It's nice knowing these surfaces are protected from rocks, and anything that could chip the paint. A lifetime ceramic coating was placed over the top of everything to promote a lasting shine and protection for all surfaces. This is the third vehicle that Gabe has provided this service for me, and he always does a great job. High attention to detail, dependable timelines and a fair price. His new shop in Marina is very nice and reflects his quality oriented business.

I moved here 5 years ago and, until recently, commuted daily to Livermore and back. During the first 4 years, I gassed my car exclusively at Chevron; partly because of convenience and partly because of consumer loyalty to a friendly and courteous owner and staff. Over the course of 4 years, I estimate I averaged $250 per week on the purchase of gas and in-store items. That works out to about $52,000 during this period. Then, new owners came along...Things have changed! The day new owners took over, several items in the store immediately increased in price...substantially! Also, the number of staff was reduced during the busy times of day. Suddenly, the place would close, during the day, so the lone staff member could take a break or lunch. Despite the obvious cut in customer service, I still purchased gas but rarely purchased in-store items as I felt the lone female employee (I'll refer to her as Miss Personality) came off as rude and disinterested. Fortunately, I've recently gained local employment. While I don't pay nearly as much for gas now, I have continued to purchase gas at this Chevron location...until now! This morning, I was greeted with a flat tire as I was leaving for work. Since I didn't have the time to deal with it at the time, I took my wife's car for the day. After work, I removed the flat tire and replaced it with the temporary spare so that I could take the flat tire in for repair. Unfortunately, nothing could be done for the tire today and I would be stuck with driving on the temporary spare tomorrow. As I was driving home, I decided to see how the spare was holding up. I pulled into Chevron to check the tire and found it was low on air. Since I had already filled my tank, AT THIS CHEVRON, a couple days ago, I thought maybe they would extend me the courtesy of turning on the air for me. WRONG!!! As I entered the store, Miss Personality was doing something with the coffee maker. While her back was toward me, I was certain she heard me enter so I waited to be acknowledged. After a few moments, with no response from her, I politely said "excuse me". Miss Personality stopped what she was doing, audibly sighed and turned to face me with a very annoyed look on her face. "Hi, I was wondering if you would turn the air on for me". Miss Personality responded, "The air will come on when you put 6 quarters in the machine". "You won't turn it on for me?" Her response, "Buy something and I will turn on the air!" Surprised, I replied that I've spent many thousands of dollars at this station and you won't turn on the air for me? She rudely repeated, "Buy something and I'll turn on the air for you!" I'm more sad than angry. The small, hometown feeling that I noticed when I moved here is disappearing a little each day. In this case, it started when new ownership took over Chevron. Raising prices and cutting service is the sad reality of today's society. I hope Miss Personality realizes the future, potential revenue that she lost for the price of 6 quarters (which she didn't get). I doubt she cares. This particular Chevron used to be bustling with activity. I've noticed that, in the last year or so, it seems to be a ghost town by comparison. Maybe I'm not the only one who has noticed the difference.

My husband has documentation asking, "Is the yearly maintenance included in our fee or is it extra?" Alejandros' response was, "The yearly maintenance is done by us is completely covered by them, it is included in the package." We got our 1st annual maintenance completed, no charge. When I questioned next years maintenance with no charge as we understood the message. I was told, "Only the 1st year is covered, the rest we CAN NOT HONOR that." I showed him the message he wrote to us, and he said NO it's just a text and maintenance will be around $250 each time. There was obviously not a clear understanding in our communication or contract. We went with them specifically for the free maintenance. Regrettably. The quality is well done, but I feel us seniors were mislead. Do not take a written text as something honored. He could have expressed this clearer to us. Plus they were in the process of moving at that time and it was more chaotic. Our contract only said, "We MAY charge a fee for annual inspection." This is clearly why my husband asked prior to our decision to choose them. As the wife and owner of the vehicle, I am extremely frustrated and feel mislead.
