What a joke of a business. Don't waste your time. The drains are clogged, there's trash everywhere and the trash cans are overflowing. But that's just the intro...
I went to use the pet wash as it's actually a pretty ingenious idea. I put a five in the machine, washed down the tub with their disinfectant spray (which is probably just water). I first noticed that there was barely any water pressure. Once I was done with that, I walked the dog up the ramp and clicked her into the restraint. I switched through the various options (flea rinse, oatmeal rinse, shampoo, rinse and conditioner). As I did this, I noticed that there still was very little pressure, and that each time you cycled to a different option, it seemed like it took about 30 seconds for it to switch over to the next solution. It took a full one minute and 30 seconds of time before I noticed any suds when I was on the shampoo option. As I was finishing up with the shampoo, I realized I was running low on time. I grabbed some quarters and inserted one into the slot. I immediately realized that the slot was jammed. Next, I realized that there was no coin release button. So, as the time was running out, I had a cold, wet, sudsy dog sitting there looking miserable. I had no more dollar bills, so I had to find someone who would trade me quarters for a five. Thank God I speak Spanish, because there was no one there who spoke English. Anyway, I put another five in and since I had plenty of time, I used that time to make sure all the shampoo was rinsed out and got her a good amount of conditioner (assuming it was that and not just water). At this point, I had a full two minutes to get her dried with the industrial-strength blow dryer. I've used this once before, and it worked fairly well on my last dog. I switched over to the dryer and waited a moment...nothing happened. I switched back through all the other options and went to the dryer option again. Nothing. So now, I have a dog who is clean-ish, rinsed-ish and still sopping wet. Fortunately, I'm not idiot so I brought plenty of towels and towel dried her off. I looked through the various machines thinking I could find a number to call. There was absolutely nothing. There were no attendants. There was nothing for me to do, except for call ADT which was the only number I could find posted anywhere. Obviously, they couldn't give me the number of the owner, but they also refused to contact them on my behalf. They did find this yelp page for me, but the number listed here has been disconnected.
Don't waste your time using this business. They don't deserve your money. Next time, I will just go to a dog groomer and pay to have her washed. At least then I won't be throwing good money after bad. And I can actually have someone to complain to if there's a problem. If I could give them zero stars, I would. In fact, I would give them negative stars. This company earned a -5 star review. read more
