Love going to this car wash. I go every time I am in Hemet (which is rare). You pay $5 $8 or $12 for a wash and they put your in the car wash machine with your car on neutral. The machine pushes your car through the car wash. Super fast and effective. However the dryer section is a little too fast so I would bring a towel to dry your car after if your not a fan of spots. They also have vacuums (included in the cost of your wash). My car gets so clean after. Love this place. Wish they had one near me! read more

I appreciate there best time getting my car cleaned and my car is usually nice and shiny when they're done

This place deserves NO STARS! This place has lowlife employees who stole the load bearing clip for my dogs seatbelt and then lied about it to my face. The worst part was when i talked to the manager he tells me "theres nothing we can do about it". I have no reason to make a big deal about some damn clip, but the fact that I KNOW IT WAS ON THERE and they gonna sit there and pretty much tell me that "im trippen", is why I do plan on ever doing business with this wack ass car wash, they give shitty detail work as well. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL. If they are willing to steal a load bearing clip from my dogs seatbelt (who is an ESA), no telling what else they steal. So pretty much this place doesn't care about animals, especially Emotional Support Animals. So if you have your animal seatbelts in your car, please take those out of your car before getting your car washed here because apparently the employees feel the need to steal them because i assume this job doesn't pay em enough to go buy one which is like $1.96. They also felt like it was good fucking idea to wipe my windows with the same rag they used to clean my fucking dashboard. My windows were all foggy and greasy. I also told them to throw away all the trash in my car and when I got in the car, I noticed all the trash in my car still. I assume they didn't throw away the trash because they were too busy trying to steal my dogs seatbelt. This place is FUCKING TRASH and it wont be long before they get sued and close down. read more

This place is getting worse every time I go there. I use to go twice a month with both cars and get the ultimate wash they meave streaks and I under stand they are busy sometimes but when you pay for a service and you don't get it kits very disappointing today was the last straw tho. Took one of my cars in again got ultimate now I have a 2016 car the windshield was not washed you could still see the bugs that you hit when your driving ran my finger over it and it came off so I'm sure with a wet rag and some Windex it would have come off as it did when I got home and did it,then there were smears from dirty rags that could have come off if he would have used another one,the inside was not done right there was still smudges that could have been wiped clean.i thought the ultimate wash was sapose to clean the inside too. So after all that I asked the guy who did the so called cleaning his excuse was that he`d been there since 7 has had no breaks excuse after excuse I asked for the manager because he was not going to clean what I was pointing out to him I asked for the manager to see what would happen but all he ad for me was more excuses the amoral that was suppose to be done on the doors were he missed it was not as shiny but the manager Ken said that my door panels were faded and that if he wiped them down with admiral it wouldn't fix the fading now the car is fairly new still he just missed some spots all I wanted was for them to do the job I paid for but like his employee there just was excuse and insult like if I had never washed a car before .so after 10 years of living here and going to this car wash spa as they call it if has gone down in quality work so bad that will be the last time I take all my cars to them .so if you think of going to them I would recommend to go some where else.cant wait for the new place there building next to the chp building will be better then them . read more

The manager has great attention to detail as he oversees the washers. I see him walking around showing the washers things that they may have missed. Reggie has detailed, washed, and waxed my truck on numerous occasions and it always turns out phenomenal! He ensures that there are no smudges or streaks, this is especially cool since I have a black truck. He always has my truck shining like new money! A different gentleman did my truck yesterday as I believe his name is Kenny. He too, did a phenomenal job washing and waxing my truck! At one point, all three of them were by my truck ensuring that everything was clean on it. I mean, come on, where else are you going to be able to find this type of service as it shows that they really do care! It starts at the top, so I would Imagine the owner is a great business person and very personable. The manager and the washers make you feel like you are a part of the splash family. Oh what a good feeling that is. I highly recommend Splash to everyone as at the very least, please let them WOW you! read more

First time here and last. When I first pull in to vacuum area the guy was very rude. Went to pay inside and that worker is rude. They all seem unhappy to be there. I bought the ultimate wash plus $2 for a truck so total was $29. Bought this package because I wanted the exterior dressing. When truck was supposedly ready there was no exterior dressing, water spots on hood, fenders and rims, bird poop still on side mirror and missed dressing a couple of the most basic parts on the inside. I asked the worker why he didn't do the exterior dressing and he said "that cost extra", I said "I know for the ultimate wash i paid for and he said "no its still extra". I didn't want to go complain and argue with the other workers inside as they were such a pleasure earlier. Ended up going and buying some armor all from store and did myself. What a waste! I do not recommend anyone in Beaumont/Banning to waste there money here. Just read the other real reviews. read more

They don't spend time on making sure your car is cleaned. They do half the job. This was my second time here and I was still disappointed, each time I had to go in after they were finished and wipe off the inside of my car. Just very disappointing, I'll be taking my car to a different car wash from now on. read more

I take my car here to get washed periodically and am impressed with the work thats done. This place is always busy so i know there are happy customers like myself. I think they should take the time to do a review. I recently had my car detailed and was very happy with the way the employee Chris left it. I will continue to come to this location read more

Over the last couple of months I have gone to the Splash Carwash in Beaumont, CA three unsuccessful times to get a handwax, which indicates it will take an hour on their website. The first visit was at 2pm and they said to get a handwax I needed to be there before noon. The second time I got there at 11am and they said they wouldn't be able to wax my car. Today was the third time, I arrived at 8:45am, and again was told they couldn't wax my car. This time the manager said, because of Superbowl, they were closing early. I was a bit bothered that the manager, writing up tickets, not doing the labor, wasn't wearing a mask. Each time I came in for a handwax I told them they could take their time, that I was not in a hurry because I was being picked up, not waiting. I know it is rough in these Covid times, but it was obvious by the number of employees working that staffing wasn't an issue and they just didn't want to do the work. Their carwashes aren't so good so I don't go there for that, but the last time I got my car waxed they did a decent job. I won't be back and told the manager that - his response was "oh well". I don't recommend patronizing this carwash, especially when there are so many out there doing a great job that appreciate the business. read more

This is the slowest & most unfriendly car wash ever... and $17 is way too expensive for what you get ... back to the drive through until new one is built near Best Buy ... can't wait!!! read more

Do not recommend this place at all. John and Vince the management at this facility are idiots!!! I took my 2015 FIAT to get washed and haven't made my first payment yet and there was a scratch on my bumper when it was washed at this facility. I brought it to the attention of John and he said that it was just a scratch of many I would get anyways. And I told him I know but I want to be the one to put the scratches on it myself. John said he would check and see the cameras to see if their machines did the damages and he didn't even get any of my information to contact me back. So, I contacted Vince the general manager and he was just as worse than John, stating that his machines would have not done that damaged. So, I told him that it is a new vehicle and I would have known if there was damages on my bumper. So, I told them that I needed an incident report for my insurance and to give me their insurance information and they said they do not create incident reports nor give out their insurance information. I called Beaumont police to get an incident report which they did. Its apparent that now that I have read these reviews that they are a bunch of crooks that do damages to other peoples vehicles and don't take responsibilities for the damages they cause. So, DO NOT go to this place if you value your vehicles because they will not take responsibility for the damages they cause to others vehicles. read more

Great costumer service come and Check it great work and very clean place one of my favorite spots to come

Would not recommend this place. Avoid at all cost! I would rather wash my own car than pay for the job they did. It starts at management to expect better out of there employees. I guess location keeps them in business, because there quality of work shouldn't. read more

I only gave 1 star because in order to write a review you have to click a star. The absolute worst place I have ever been. When I declined to pay $140 to get my car detailed inside. They did a crappy job of vacuuming my car. My child has cancer and we purchased him a dog and because of that I needed my car vacuumed. I could have done a better job with my 10 year old house vacuum. Then some guy tried telling me I needed to fix the chips on my windshield of my new car. There are no chips in my windshield. I would have been better off paying the gas money to go to San Jacinto to get my car done right the first time. So after they were done off to San Jacinto I went to get my car done right. Thanks for noting but wasted time and money. You live and learn. Never again read more

Paid $45 for . Can't even follow the basic car wash details. Clean, wipe off dirt, rinse, and dry. Clean interior and spray car freshener. . I shouldn't have to tell someone how to do their job , so just take business else where. read more

I paid $65 , my car should have looked good. I had to go down the street to a Do It Yourself car wash and re vaccum my carpet as they left junk on my floor. Also had to go Re do my windows as they left them cloudy and the back windows had swirl marks. I get it, you had issues when I was there but you dont half ass a job to rush through the job. I get a phone call they next day and after hearing my complaints the manager does nothing. I made the mistake of giving this place a second shot....NEVER EVER AGAIN! read more

I went in for a detail for my Cobalt and also got a car wash which comes with the detail plus vacuum. Finally after the detail was done I inspected the upholstery and it was perfect. But when it came to the exterior of the car their was smudges of wax all over and then I had told the manager and he had another guy fix the problem but he kept saying it wasn't that guys fault it was technically mine for not noticing right of way. So then I returned home and opened my trunk and noticed they didn't even vacuum the trunk and I told them twice and they did recognize my request but failed to pull through. Anyway numerous of things wrong that I can go on about. Would I recommend a friend no I would say no, but I would add that you have to experience it yourself. To add to this I had my other car cleaned and it was mucus looking and bad. The manager said and I quote "well you paid for a $7 wash that's what your getting for that" which made me mad that they don't respect customer service and satisfaction. read more

Hey idiot you need to dry the outside... after he wiped the front windshield he got out and stopped on my truck and went over to the gmc leaving my door open.... some other guy who looked like he rather be anywhere else stated to dry outside crappy job inside crappy job. water stains all over my glass and black truck. 2 bad carwashes. Will not go back. I shouldn't have to tell you to wipe down basic stuff. Really bad experience. Fidel was nice.. But I was already over the situation. Now I get to go home and vacuum myself. Thanks read more

Awesome place to take your car for a fast and good service. Also have free donuts and coffee prices are good price

This was our first time to Splash Car Spa and we were very impressed. Very friendly staff and quick service. We will definitely be back!

This car wash not only did an awful job of washing my brand new car, they "nicked" my door in the process. The General Manager Jon explained to me "If I took care of every "nick" and scratch I would be out of business" I insisted that they should take care of the damage they caused on my vehicle and he just flat out said "There's nothing I can do for you." I also asked if he had insurance for this kind of thing, he said he did but again he insisted there is nothing he could do for me, when the car did not have the damage prior to release for wash to them. For not taking care of repairing the knick on my brand new car that your company caused or even taking ownership of the situation and offering me compensation for your companies mess up this place shouldn't be in business. I would never recommend this car wash to anyone, it's a scam, over priced and clearly if they mess your car up they will just debate with you and not take ownership of their damages which they are at fault for. Extremely un professional, a shady practice of avoiding insurance claims. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I was at the car wash today and saw a note indicating that I could win a free car wash if I post a positive review. Well, I won't be winning a free car wash with this review. I had back surgery a few years ago and haven't been able to wash my own cars since then, so I've been going to Splash for about 3 years now as it's the only full service wash in the area. There are days when I actually receive a good wash, but it's really a crap shoot which depends on who vacuums the car and who is the assigned attendant to dry the car. I have learned who to ask for when I go, but when they're not there, like I said, it's a crap shoot. Well today, my car wasn't even vacuumed at all, or if it was, it was the worst I have ever seen. Then my young blond haired attendant calls me to my car when it's ready, I tip him my $5 and as I drive off I look out my driver window only to notice a big "AT" on the window which clearly showed he never cleaned my interior window. When I got home, I not only noticed they didn't vacuum my car, but this guy didn't clean any of the interior windows, and there were water spots all over the car. I had to vacuum the car, clean the windows and use a detail spray to remove the water spots! I was so pissed off, but my back was killing me so I decided not to return, as if they really care. I heard they were going to convert the wash to an express car wash and someone is planning to build another wash in Beaumont, so can't wait! I don't understand why people don't care about the service they provide. This young blond kid that did my car today should be fired if he's had prior complaints, and if not, the manager/owner should talk to him about work ethics. If you go to this wash, just know it's a hit and miss as to whether you'll be happy. read more
