First time going here since the remodel. A very nice experience! Lulu, the very friendly manager, patiently explained the process to this old nervous senior lady. Easy as can be. They don't have those narrow guardrail things so it's much easier to drive your car up to the part where it goes through the wash. Then exit left for full service or right if you are detailing it yourself. Three hardworking employees went to work on my car immediately. They did a nice job. This will be my go to car wash facility from now on whether I just want a quick wash or a premium full service wash. read more

****Stay Away****RATING -0 I supported Abe and Ali's car wash's way back in Fontana 25 plus years ago a loyal customer, my entire family. I relocated to Beaumont several years ago and continued supporting their business. I recently attempted to wash my new car, which I normally take to Fletcher Jones Mercedes in Ontario. I made the biggest mistake taking my car to Splash Car Wash. Their employee and Manager was incompetent. The employee guided me in the car wash tunnel not speaking proper English, nor did he communicate effectively, only using hand gestures, he did not ensure my vehicle was in neutral. My vehicle was damaged BIG TIME, the nerve of the incompetent Manager who was sitting in his office had the nerve to come out yelling at me, immediately being accusatory. The employee was inept and did not realize there was a problem in the tunnel and did not stop the machine. Both employees came to my vehicle verbally attacking me. The police were called after the rude Manager did not want to comply and give me any information as to how to reach the owners to solve this matter. The following day I returned to the car wash only to be greeted by Ali who did not want to take any accountability. Only wanted to show me a video which had been significantly edited of all the wrong doing of the terrible employees verbally abusing me. I kindly asked Ali to make this Right. He declined. Today was my first time going and I have to say it's really nice to have a full-service car wash in the Beaumont banning area. $35 full service. The attendant did a wonderful job. The manager was really nice and Samira, who was the first attendant I met had a smile for everybody. The one thing I do have to say, to the attendant that wiped down and vacuumed my car, if you're going to open the gas port , clean it. read more

I highly recommend this business. I like driving on wider guilds when entering the tunnel ( I don't know what it's called) to wash my car. I only pay $29.00 a month for and I can wash my car everyday if I want. Great value for the money. The other reason I recommend this car wash is you don't need to dry your car because the wind blower ( don't know what that is called either) is strong. This car wash has loads of vacuum stations. The quality of the car wash is pretty good for the value! However, I have noticed that when I have been coming after 6 PM to wash my car every 3 days more than half of the vacuums are already put away and there is no armor all for the tires at night. When I ask the workers they tell me that there are none everything has been put away. I'm probably going to go back to quick quack car wash. read more

This was my first time being there since their whole renovation. $35 not including tip to have car washed and cleaned by employee. 3 employee's working on drying, vacuuming, and wiping interior. Again, I was left with dirt on my seats and dust on the dash. Didn't open my trunk to wipe the water, so my bumper dripped dirty water all the way home. Their staff needs to take a little pride in what they are doing. It wasn't busy during the time I went, and 3 people should have gotten it clean. read more

I was going to the car wash close to my home, matter of fact it is down the street from my home', and I have difficulty driving my car on the small guide entering the car wash. The car wash guide, for a batter word to call it, is so small it hard to drive your car on it. The guide at Splash Car Wash is a game changer. If I could give them 0 stars I would . I took in my black Honda Accord and paid for the manager special since I felt like splurging a bit and I regret it so bad . My car is half way clean !!! They didn't vacuum it all the way . I removed my daughter car seat because thats what I really wanted cleaned and they failed to do a good job. The inside still has dirt on the radio and dash board. The worst part is they scratched my car from behind and think I wouldn't notice . I confronted The manager and they said they couldn't do anything about it . Not even give me my money back . I value my car and have always been careful with it and now someone else took carelessly care of it . My hubby had to take my SUV to a jobsite and it was absolutely disgusting! Normally it is black, but there was so much dirt and grime on it, it was actually a light brown. We had transported a few bales of hay in the back so it was a mess inside as well. I felt bad when I pulled up because these guys certainly had their work cut out for them! I got the Ultimate Wash, it was $26, and I think only $2 more since it was an SUV. Pretty reasonable prices. I got there on a Tuesday morning at about 10am. The manager was the one who wrote my ticket up, he was friendly and a little gruff, but had a sense of humor. We joked about how dirty my car was and I was on my way. There were about 3 people waiting when I walked over to the area to wait. Because my car was so dirty I expected to wait for awhile. I was right, we were there for about 40 minutes. I like that they provide an indoor area as well as the outdoor area to wait. My little wanted to stay inside on the couch and we had a perfect view. The guy who took care of my vehicle work diligently. He was constantly moving and he did an excellent job. I believe his name was Rich (or was it Roger? I am the absolute worst at names. I'm sorry!) and he was a super nice guy. The outside was gleaming and a shiny black again, and not only was the inside spotlessly clean, it smelled great too! The only complaint I had was that he used a little too much Armor All (or whatever product they use on the leather inside) inside and when I put my arm on my center console it was greasy when I moved it away, and there was an imprint of my arm on the console! Nothing a little wipe with a towel couldn't take care of. Considering the condition I brought it in, it was no biggie since he did an amazing job. Did I mention that already?! Wanted to treat myself to a cash wash and cleaning. $20 is pretty steep but I thought hey, it'll look really good. I arrived an hour before closing, since I went directly after class, and was I welcomed by some unfriendly staff. Only waited about 15mins, too fast for what was listed for the $20. After getting in the car, I could tell it was a rush job. I had cleaned all the trash and objects out of the car for them before arriving. All they had to deal with was crumbs. The red flag was the two Cheerios still in the backseat. After inspecting further, it only got worse. Should have saved my money and gone to a self serve place. Very disappointed. Hispanic male manager could careless about business and is quick to refer you to somewhere else. The machine to clean the interior seems to never be working and the same individual has an oh well type of attitude. The workers there work hard and have been nice. Manager first said they absolutely don't do hand washes but when I mentioned my truck not fitting and them washing it dozens of times in the past, the response was well oh yeah we have to do that. We have had terrible experiences, including carwash shutting down early on several occasions. Last week washes were not available due to a machinery issues. We called ahead today to make sure the wash was open and were assured it was. Drove across town again to find out that we were using a raincheck (because the machine was shut down when we got the oil change) and the raincheck system was down today! We were told there was no way to wash the car with the raincheck they provided. Terrible customer service. Should have just provided a carwash. The customer has to be right sometimes. read more

My car has water spots all over, the dash was never wiped down, the Inside door panels are dirty and not wiped down, windows are dirty still. Bug splatters on the windshield still. I watched him Drive my car out of the car wash bay and proceed to lean against my passenger front seat and do who knows what for 10 minutes. I get up and start to walk over there and he stands up and acts like he's been drying my car the whole time. Drying the inside? Ask for a manager-oh he just left. I called first to make sure they could do the works for my car including shampooing the seats which it really needs. The lady on the phone said oh, yes but you can't come in too late in the day because it needs to dry. I said I will be right in (it's noon). My husband and I both drove there so I wouldn't have to wait with the car because I know detailing can take a couple hours. I got there and they said the shampooing machine is broken. He said the lady answering the phone must not know that. I guess not. Also, my husband got harassed by one of the workers for parking his car in one of the multiple empty spaces. He said he was just waiting for me and would be leaving in a minute. The worker didn't quite believe him until he pointed at my car where I was talking to the other attendant. I bought the ultimate car wash package and not only was the dashboard and wheel so slippery that my hands kept slipping off the wheel, but the button to adjust the side mirrors was popped out of place so that I couldn't adjust the mirrors on the right side and then when I got home and opened the trunk, I saw it hadn't even been vacuumed! They will clean and vacuum your interior with the car wash! I was very impressed by one individual named REGGIE. He took the time to notice every little dirty spot on my car and made sure it was clean. His excellent customer service made it a joy to be here and won me over to keep coming back.
