Decent prices, and pretty good service. Some workers take better pride and will leave your car cleaner, but for the most part they all do a good job. If they look busy be prepared to wait a while. read more

Do not come here I paid $26 is a 5 dollar tip for them to basically grease up the inside of my car and not while it down leaving nasty residue all over my whole doors and dash which causes the dash to glare where I cannot even see out of the car I went back and asked for a refund and he basically said there's nothing he can do other than wipe it down which he did but it was allready too late and now I'm pissed off writing this in the parking lot. Do not come here go to the chevron on oak valley it's 10 times better, this was my first and last experience here read more

They not that good. And make sure they give you your air freshener I didn't get one. It cost 25$ for a mediocre wash read more

Horrible Service, I politely asked for extra window clean and got snappy from the cleaner! I hardly ever come here and now I remember why. HORRRRRRRIBLE! He blew his tip. Never noticed the ratings on this Car wash. never again! ::Two thumbs down:: read more

Cheapest wash option is like $16, which is partially ridiculous, and if you happen to run with that option you'll notice flaws in the service. There are better options in the area. $10 across town and your car looks flawless afterwards. read more

Great service at this location! I went into get an oil change and with that you get a free car wash. I figured it be a standard wash and go. I was wrong and I am glad I was. They will clean and vacuum your interior with the car wash! I was very impressed by one individual named REGGIE. He took the time to notice every little dirty spot on my car and made sure it was clean. His excellent customer service made it a joy to be here and won me over to keep coming back. Also who I believe is to be the manager KENNY runs a tight ship going back and forth between the oil center and car wash. He was very attentive to all the customers and would help where he can. Great job to both Reggie and Kenny. Thank you! read more

It's a good place to get your car washed. Good work. Expect an hour wait time. Prices are way too low.

My go to car wash in Beaumont. Hands down the best car wash service no matter the level of car wash or detail needed. Even on days they are swamped, they'll ensure that your car is washed and cleaned to meet or exceed your expectations. Very friendly employees as well as management. They definitely do their best and take car of your car as it was their own. Love this place and their services. I highly recommend Splash car wash to anyone that wants their car cleaned right. read more

Terrible service and management . I paid 50 for a wax, waited 1 hr and 15 mins, just to have them break my key . They tried to say it was normal for my Honda key to break and said they were not responsible . The manager is awful .He belittles the employees I front of the customers . Beware women do not go alone . They will take advantage. Filing a formal complaint with the BBB! read more

The business seems more organized. They have a visible manger stall times over seeing staff. The windshield repair people on the premises need to be more professionally outfitted and better behaved. It's hot and one can appreciate the hard work of these workers. read more

By far the worse hand wax/wash I've ever had for my vehicle. Black smudges all over the car and my rims were barely touched. *See my photos. Sub-par wax job and I think they even forgot the air freshener (which I could care less about). Also, management really needs to do something about the the glass repair dude. He finally left me alone after I told him I wasn't interested for the fourth time. So annoying. read more

Gave this place a second chance just like most of these people. I still had dirty windows My interior wasn't even wiped down And who ever worked on my car was playing with my radio I will never be going back It's just common decency people. Not happy read more

Thought I'd give them a second chance. First time here paid extra for tires to be done, left without checking. ..mistake! Had to come back so they could finish the job that I paid for! I had a coupon today that was good until 3/2016 for 5.00 off a super wash that said 16.99 on coupon. I go to pay and girl at checkout tells me the price went up, but I could still use my 5.00 off. So now the super wash is 18.99 instead of the 16.99 on the coupon! After arguing with her about how they should honor it and how shady it was in was stuck. My car was already in the washer! Also not fond of the guys out front that tell you need windshield fixing! Rant done, I'm done with this place forever! read more

Prices are really high from the last time I was here. When cashing out the cashier asked me why I was carrying my Social Security Card in my wallet. The employees did not seem that they like there jobs. The 2 employees drying my car seemed like they didnt want to be there. Dragging their feet ass they dryer my car. There was soap left on my car and I asked the lady if she can wipe it off and she walked away and didnt even wipe the soap off. I then asked another employee If they can wipe it off and they called another guy over to do it. I will not be returning here, very expensive and unprofessional. read more

Kenny and his crew did a great job cleaning and removing the hard water stains that was on my car. Amazing job!

Good place to get your car wash! Been going here for a few years and they do an amazing job!!

They were very thorough and did a good job however it took a little longer than expected. Overall a good experience.

Great Car wash today! My husband does not really like taking our car in to get washed but we have been so busy we took our car in today. For a Sunday morning it was not too busy and my husband was impressed with the time they took to make our car sparkling clean! Thank You Splash Car Spa read more

I had stop coming to this place for about 2 years because of the shitty service they used to give . I came today because I figured that they probably made changes, so why not check it out. After waiting for about an hour and a half for my truck ..... my surprise was that the shitty service is still here. Truck wasnt vacuum , I paid for the ultimate wash, but all they did was the basic wash. Their excuse was " it was the help we get from the shop on the back". Anyways this place is still the same and it SUCKS. Stay away from his place, your better off washing it yourself. I still tipped the guy that was doing the finish detail because it wasn't his fault!!!!! read more

I stopped in to get an oil change and received a free car wash. For a full synthetic it only cost $79.00 total including the wash, Jiffy Lube was $105.00 no wash. Great deal great service and completed in a timely manner. One of the best car washes I've ever had thanks for the great service I will definitely be back. read more

The best car washes and oil change place in town. I've been coming here for the last 7 years. Brian always helps me and is great!!!!

I continue to be disappointed with this car wash. They have left my windows blurry with Armor All type of residue most times I have been there. Unfortunately it gets worse when the car sits in the sun and the last couple of times I haven't noticed until the next day. Needless to say it's very hard to get the residue off. -I've had to have them vacuum a second time because they'd left it dirty. -The tires have been left dirty when I've paid extra to have them cleaned. -My husband had his truck detailed there and it's taken days just for the seats to dry. I personally will no longer be taking my car there anymore. read more

BE VERY CAREFUL. Their car wash equipment will scratch your car. Occurred twice to me and any restitution is non-existent. Scratches occurred on the flat surfaces (hood, roof, and trunk). Use at your own peril. read more

Thought I would try this place again but once again the experience was horrible. There wasn't anyone there and they pulled my car out and it took a sunbath waiting for someone to come finish it. I've been going to the car wash on aok valley at the Chevron. Much better service and cheaper win win right. Needless to say when I tried speaking to the manager he just wanted to argue. NEVER again I will stick with the professionals at Chevron on oak valley parkway. You would think that you would get a better carwash at a free standing carwash not so. If I could give negative stars I would read more

Used the YELP "check in" deal for $5 off and they still are ok with the total car wash service especially for the price with the coupon. I have been here a few times now and would still go back if I use the coupons that are available. I have been seriously ill for two years and I had been taking my car to a different car wash whenever I could, but about five months ago I had brain surgery and my husband began to take my car to this car wash. The place I went to was a bit of a drive and much less expensive but they did an awesome job. So after my skull healed, I was able to get out of bed and inspect the car. Naturally I wanted to see if they were doing an exemplary job, especially for what they were charging. My husband always got the Ultimate Wash, $26.99 and each of the times I checked the car after he brought it home, I was immensely disappointed in the job that had been done. So before bringing the car in this morning, April 30th, 2022. I borrowed my husband's shop vac and vacuumed the entire car, which they had not done. None of the mats had been picked up. Also my wheel rims had never been adequately cleaned, so my husband went out and purchased some type of cleaner and cleaned them and they sparkled like brand new. So we arrive at the car wash and ask for the Ultimate Wash and I approach the manager and very politely explained what has been happening and he says he doesn't recognize the car. I have a fairly recognizable car. It's a Firenze red (custom color) Range Rover Evoque with a very unique vanity plate. Everyone comments on it. Then he charged me out. No discount, OK fine but not even an apology. Time to find a new place to get our car washed. I'm sorry, that's not the way to keep customers. I'm not surprised this place only has 2 1/2 stars. I heard the manager say they will be closing soon for about eight months to remodel. What they really need is a new manager who cares about his clientele. read more

They were informative and got the job done. When there was a question in costs and they easily rectified the issue. My sons car even at 2005 looked like new. Will definite go back to get my car done. read more

I have mixed feelings about leaving this review. For one, the car wash was free. I took my truck to the smog shop behind the car wash and had a great experience. My car passed smog and they gave me a free car wash for patronizing their business. I couldn't wash my car that day due to time constraints but they gave me a rain check slip to come back later. I came this morning and redeemed the coupon. The experience was decent enough. Everyone was friendly but I've got to say, the result was sub-par. I tipped my guy 10 bucks since the wash was free but to tell the truth, I'd never come back to pay for a wash. You get a MUCH better result at the Chevron wash off of Oak Valley parkway and for about half the price...literally. read more

I don't know why I even give this place another chance the worst customer service and mediocre car wash and to top it off this time they broke the windshield and of course they don't want to do anything except for John to tell me there must have been a crack that caused it to crack and they are responsible....I'll make sure to spread the word not to waste your time with this place! read more

I gave two stars because the staff is very pushy for people to fix their windshield, even if their is nothing wrong with it. They ended up sending us back saying it would be unsafe to have the car washed, I got home checked and nothing!!! Very unethical very unprofessional its sad since it is the only car wash we have in beaumont, I will be driving south to Hemet from now on, we have three vehicles that we would take to this wash on a weekly basis but no more. I do have to say that they do a great job with car wash and detailing. read more
