Amazing food and great atmosphere. They are very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns you might have.

Always a good time eating at Spitz (food is delicious, get yourself a street cart doner wrap and wings) and the service is always great thanks to Eva. read more

Came here after spending the day at the Kelly Clarkson Show up the street. I ordered the peach sangria from the HH menu ($6) - delicious!!! And then to eat, I had the street car fries which were delicious! With some Mediterranean toppings! Sat outside in the afternoon with great weather. HH is 4-6pm 12/10 recommend read more

Spitz has been my go-to place for lunch for years since it's so close to my office. It's always been fresh and delicious. However, the last 3 times in a row now, I'm noticing that they're putting in an increasingly amount of blackened, wilted salad leaves in the Doner Salad. Um, ew?! So I have to constantly ferret out those unappetizing leaves and it's just not fun, especially when you're hungry, but you have to remove all the grossness first to make sure you don't accidentally ingest it. ICK. The service is fine; you order at the front and then someone will bring you your meal at your table. The ambience is fine, too - it used to be more fun in the pre-pandemic era because they'd have games like "Cards for Humanity," "Connect Four," and the like but these have obviously been removed since 2020. But the main reason to go here really was the food, and this is why it's so disappointing to have to write this review. But after giving the salads several chances now, I'm forced to write this lackluster review. Please do better, Spitz! Until then, I'm going to Joe's Falafel up the road. read more

Spitz - Studio City - Unfortunate that blackened, wilted leaves are becoming commonplace in the salads here. So much for freshness! - Mediterranean Near Me - Studio City, California

Lame. Won't take order by phone and no way to place order as a guest online, they force you to create a membership just to place an order, Losing business. Not everyone wants to sign up and get unsolicited emails just to eat a wrap and also not user-friendly if you're driving and wanting to pick up food on the way to house Party. read more

Tried this out based on proximity. Was able to visit after a quick walk (only downside to the journey was the influx of unhoused across the street). Food was great and portions were huge. I had the falafel lunch with a side salad that became a second meal the next day. The fries on the side (and in the pita were delicious). Everything was fresh and staff was nice. The ambiance was cute and causal and the music playlist was on point (shoutout to whomever had the aux cord that day). Would absolutely try again and order something new. read more

Had the street cart doner with chicken and the remix bowl with all three meats. Both were really flavorful. Peach Sangria was okay. Easy ordering and good service! read more

Spitz is a fun take on Mediterranean. Fast casual, the doner wraps are the way to go here. It's great for a quick, solid lunch and a fun ambiance inside. Also, during the beginning of the pandemic they were selling PPE at cost, at a time when many places were trying to gouge people and profit off the fear. The fact that Spitz sold theirs at cost is something that has stuck with me years later. read more

Even after all the years I hadn't eaten here it's still as good as I remember. Fries are always fire. The customer service is always nice. My bf comes occasionally for lunch so I know they had a couple new additions to the menu. The gyro wrap is really great. Sweet potatoes fries are nice and crispy. Always happy with the food here. read more

Checked out Spitz before a concert at the bowl. Food is good, staff are friendly, location is clean, and street parking only. Spitz in Eagle Rock is solid too. I like grabbing wraps when I visit. read more

My wife and I love this spot! The food is always good, and the staff is always friendly and more than willing to accommodate us. There's always good music and great ambiance. It's also kid friendly which we really appreciate! The decor is awesome and good vibes all-around. Bonus: they have a small parking lot in the back - free parking! read more

The prices are a little high, but at least the portions are large! The staff are always nice as well.

My sister had recommended this place when she lived in Salt Lake City so I was excited to find out that they had some locations in LA. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and easily found parking in their lot behind the restaurant. We ordered the street car wrap and the doner bowl to split and grabbed a bucket of cards to play while we waited for the food. The wrap was good and I loved the green sauce that they had available by their water dispenser and dumped gobs if it on my wrap. I did think the meat to wrap ratio was a bit on the smaller side and some of my bites were only wrap. The doner bowl was good if you want to try a little bit of everything and we especially loved the falafel and bread in it. We loved the ambiance and decor of the place and was a great place to grab a quick lunch before our Warner Bros studio tour. read more

Yikes, my last experience here wasn't the best. My food was superrr salty for some reason both my wrap and my fries which is so unfortunate because this was a place I considered consistent with the food but can't say that was what I had a few days ago. Also, asked for sauce three times at least she came right past me and nothing even though asking multiplying times. Just say no or ask me to pay for it because I really needed that sauce to mellow down the saltiness of my food. Only one man was nice and I wish I asked him instead of waiting for someone who was never going to deliver. I'm gonna need to recover from this for awhile though just didn't seem like what I'm used to from this place. read more

Thank you for the great service Stephanie! Food was amazing and atmosphere was wonderful! Thank you so much!

I've been to a number of Spitz locations, the food is always good and quick to come out. This location is smaller than others I've been to, but has a little patio that's dog friendly and wasn't crazy busy which was great. The gentleman helping me today made a suggestion of what to order, one of his favorites, the Remix Bowl with chicken and rice. Although I came in with a craving, and am normally a creature of habit here and do the Zesty wrap, I chose to humor him. It did not disappoint. Another nice experience and another yummy item checked off the list. I frequent Studio City often and will definitely be back to this location. read more

Stopped by Spitz and had such a good time. I got the Street Cart Wrap with sweet potato fries and a sangria- everything hit the spot. The wrap was packed with flavor, the fries were perfectly crispy with the best sauce, and the sangria was super refreshing. Angel took great care of us--really friendly and made us feel welcome. Loved the laid-back vibe too, with fun games to play while you hang out. Can't wait to go back! read more

Always love coming to this place for good, hot Mediterranean wraps and gyros paired with cold drafts or wine. It's the best place to come before a show at the Hollywood Bowl, Ford, Fonda or Palladium as it's a short drive to the venue despite traffic. We came in before a show at the Palladium and decided to dine although take out works too if you're gong to picnic at the Bowl or Ford. Jocelyn was our pleasure of having met today behind the counter. She was polite, kind and professional. The food came out hot and the Lincoln Mosaic Pilsner paired nicely with the medi-wrap! Looking forward to returning as always. Sign up for the rewards like I did. It's worth it if you like good food. The Hollywood site is great too, but the parking can be challenging. The Studio City spot has great ambience and is totally chill before a show. read more

The gyros were great, but how can they sell baklava that has no crunch whatsoever? Got it to go, or I would have complained. Completely soft. Worst baklava I've ever had. Just don't sell baklava if you aren't going to keep fresh stock - I figure it must have been old or something. read more

Food is good, service is bad. Last 2 times I've had lunch, it has taken over 50 minutes to receive a simple order..2 wraps. People expect relatively quick, at least faster, service during lunch. Unless the management increases kitchen staff during lunch (I suggest adding $1 in price to pay for more staff) I won't return. I don't have that kind of time to wait. Too bad. read more

This is a good place to go on a date and share a plate! The Donner Basket was huge! It is like a Med dream dish because you get to try everything, and it's all delicious. Under the salad and mains are fries including regular and waffle sweet potato. I loved the flavors and variety. I got it in a to go container because I knew I wouldn't eat it all and it was too full. I should have gotten an extra one or a plate too, but that was my bad. I can't complain that they gave me too large a portion, but I kind of am because I couldn't access all the flavors at my leisure I had to eat the top layer first. Again, just want you to be aware if you order this dish to truly take it out and eat elsewhere if you're not prepared. Sangria was sweet but good. I got peach. Didn't taste strong alcohol wise, but it was refreshing and nice. Staff was one lady and she was working hard and had a good attitude, a + for that. I didn't love the lettuce quality, but the other foods did seem to be great. The fries were a bit soggy by the time I got to them so next time I will try to eat them sooner. Parking is a tiny lot in back or street parking in front. Patio out front is cute. Lots of beers on tap, might get one of those next time too. read more

Favorite Mediterranean style food place. Good food, freshly cooked and served in good portions with good prices. Eaten here many times.

Absolutely hands down delicious! We use to come here all The time when we lived in north Hollywood but haven't been had a chance to come back. Tonight we ordered the gyro, done salad, kids plate and doquitos. The whole family was full and happy. Our daughter was in love with her chicken kids wrap. Definitely a great spot to pick for dinner read more

Great food and ambience, had a great time here and the service was terrific. Make sure to try one of everything!

Once in a while I forget about it and then I think of it and get excited. The Street Cart Fries are absolutely amazing--perfectly loaded and balanced. Everyone I've brought here loves the fries. Same with the Berliner Döner, it's fresh, flavorful, and just hits the spot every time. The vibe is super chill. The service? Sometimes fantastic, sometimes just okay, but it doesn't really matter because the food and atmosphere always make up for it. Like everywhere I've allowed down going because it's gotten too expensive. But If I ever left California, this would be a must-stop whenever I came back. read more

Spitz always hits. I was so excited to find out that there is a location super close to universal studios! I ordered a wrap and fries to share with my friend (the wrap is huge) and it was soooo good The server was so sweet and put the wrap in separate plates for us. She really just understood the assignment It was the most perfect way to end our long day. It is also very spacious inside but I could see the parking situation getting a bit crazy if you come at busy hours. read more

There's honestly no words to describe this AMAZING restaurant. It's unique, worth every dollar and the customer service is top notch. I had their Loaded fries and their Chicken wrap. Load fries: are really loaded and recommended for 2 people. It has your choice of protein, we chose chicken. Lots of onion ( so if you don't like it request with little) olives, cheese, tomatoes and delicious creamy sause. The chicken wrap also has lots of red onion, lettuce, and their bomb sause, the portion is also significant big but recommended for one person. I strongly recommend their mango michelada; beer, mango with a rim full of Mexican chili. The cashier and chefs were super friendly and the food was made to order and delivered pretty quickly. read more

Mediterranean street food Cali style. If you are looking for bold flavors and a different take on Mediterranean food, Spitz is where it is at. All the food is super fresh and the staff welcoming. We ordered the Doner salad with falafel, street car wrap (with chicken), thin cut fries and a side of hummus. Everything was well done. The only item that I wasn't impressed with was the hummus. I prefer a more creamy hummus. The salad and wrap were excellent. The salad had tons of veggies, crunchy chickpeas and crispy pita. The falafels were flavorful with a delightful crunch. The star of the show were the thin cut fries, omg these are must!! Perfectly seasoned. Parking was a bit tough on a Saturday, but we were able to get street parking and walk. The only other item I was craving was rice, which didn't seem to be on the menu. Nevertheless, Spitz made for unique and tasty experience. read more

No complaints about the food - I've ordered pickup and through DoorDash several times and it's delicious. The problem was their in house delivery service. Today I decided to order through their app directly for the first time. The driver sent me a message at 12:45PM saying they would be leaving the restaurant in 5 min with my order. At 1:13 I got a call from the driver asking to verify the delivery address and I clarified where it was. At 1:21 I received a second call asking for further clarification on direction and she arrived at 1:25. This was 40 min after my food was picked up (destination is less than 7 min from restaurant) arrived barely warm and the drink that I ordered with my combo was not delivered. I'll continue to use DoorDash vs their in house delivery services - no delivery fee and my food delivered in a timely manner. Disappointed in the extra $ spent this go around for a not as great experience :/ read more
