I love Spitz! This place never disappoints. I've gone to all their locations and they are consistent which I really appreciate. If you want something healthy but delicious look no further this is your place. I recommend their salads and the wraps. As for sides I recommend the fresh pita chips with hummus, sooo darn yummy. read more

This is my favorite place to eat when we're in Studio City. Tons of options like salads, bowls, wraps, loaded fries and flat bread pizzas. They have a kids menu as well. I usually order the street cart fries with the beef & lamb mix. Their fries are double battered and pair perfectly with the garlic aioli. I also really love their apple mint sangria. It's so refreshing! The flat bread pizzas are new to the menu and can feed 2-3 people. We tried the street cart crunch this time and it was pretty good. The kids enjoyed the cheese pizza as well. Was really impressed by the Doner salad I had here! The chickpeas were perfectly crispy and seasoned wonderfully, as were the wontons. Really generous with the peppers, feta, and tzatziki. Lame. Won't take order by phone and no way to place order as a guest online, they force you to create a membership just to place an order, Losing business. Not everyone wants to sign up and get unsolicited emails just to eat a wrap and also not user-friendly if you're driving and wanting to pick up food on the way to house Party. read more

My wife and I love this spot! The food is always good, and the staff is always friendly and more than willing to accommodate us. There's always good music and great ambiance. Even after all the years I hadn't eaten here it's still as good as I remember. Fries are always fire. The customer service is always nice. My bf comes occasionally for lunch so I know they had a couple new additions to the menu. The gyro wrap is really great. Sweet potatoes fries are nice and crispy. Spitz has been my go-to place for lunch for years since it's so close to my office. It's always been fresh and delicious. However, the last 3 times in a row now, I'm noticing that they're putting in an increasingly amount of blackened, wilted salad leaves in the Doner Salad. Um, ew?! So I have to constantly ferret out those unappetizing leaves and it's just not fun, especially when you're hungry, but you have to remove all the grossness first to make sure you don't accidentally ingest it. ICK. The service is fine; you order at the front and then someone will bring you your meal at your table. The ambience is fine, too - it used to be more fun in the pre-pandemic era because they'd have games like "Cards for Humanity," "Connect Four," and the like but these have obviously been removed since 2020. But the main reason to go here really was the food, and this is why it's so disappointing to have to write this review. But after giving the salads several chances now, I'm forced to write this lackluster review. Please do better, Spitz! Until then, I'm going to Joe's Falafel up the road. read more

Spitz is a fun take on Mediterranean. Fast casual, the doner wraps are the way to go here. It's great for a quick, solid lunch and a fun ambiance inside. Also, during the beginning of the pandemic they were selling PPE at cost, at a time when many places were trying to gouge people and profit off the fear. The fact that Spitz sold theirs at cost is something that has stuck with me years later. read more

Always love coming to this place for good, hot Mediterranean wraps and gyros paired with cold drafts or wine. It's the best place to come before a show at the Hollywood Bowl, Ford, Fonda or Palladium as it's a short drive to the venue despite traffic. We came in before a show at the Palladium and decided to dine although take out works too if you're gong to picnic at the Bowl or Ford. Jocelyn was our pleasure of having met today behind the counter. She was polite, kind and professional. The food came out hot and the Lincoln Mosaic Pilsner paired nicely with the medi-wrap! Looking forward to returning as always. Sign up for the rewards like I did. It's worth it if you like good food. The Hollywood site is great too, but the parking can be challenging. Food is good, service is bad. Last 2 times I've had lunch, it has taken over 50 minutes to receive a simple order..2 wraps. People expect relatively quick, at least faster, service during lunch. Unless the management increases kitchen staff during lunch (I suggest adding $1 in price to pay for more staff) I won't return. I don't have that kind of time to wait. Too bad. read more

Tried this out based on proximity. Was able to visit after a quick walk (only downside to the journey was the influx of unhoused across the street). Food was great and portions were huge. I had the falafel lunch with a side salad that became a second meal the next day. The fries on the side (and in the pita were delicious). Everything was fresh and staff was nice. The ambiance was cute and causal and the music playlist was on point (shoutout to whomever had the aux cord that day). Would absolutely try again and order something new. read more

Yikes, my last experience here wasn't the best. My food was superrr salty for some reason both my wrap and my fries which is so unfortunate because this was a place I considered consistent with the food but can't say that was what I had a few days ago. Also, asked for sauce three times at least she came right past me and nothing even though asking multiplying times. Just say no or ask me to pay for it because I really needed that sauce to mellow down the saltiness of my food. Only one man was nice and I wish I asked him instead of waiting for someone who was never going to deliver. I'm gonna need to recover from this for awhile though just didn't seem like what I'm used to from this place. read more

I've been to a number of Spitz locations, the food is always good and quick to come out. This location is smaller than others I've been to, but has a little patio that's dog friendly and wasn't crazy busy which was great. The gentleman helping me today made a suggestion of what to order, one of his favorites, the Remix Bowl with chicken and rice. Although I came in with a craving, and am normally a creature of habit here and do the Zesty wrap, I chose to humor him. It did not disappoint. My sister had recommended this place when she lived in Salt Lake City so I was excited to find out that they had some locations in LA. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and easily found parking in their lot behind the restaurant. We ordered the street car wrap and the doner bowl to split and grabbed a bucket of cards to play while we waited for the food. The wrap was good and I loved the green sauce that they had available by their water dispenser and dumped gobs if it on my wrap. I did think the meat to wrap ratio was a bit on the smaller side and some of my bites were only wrap. The doner bowl was good if you want to try a little bit of everything and we especially loved the falafel and bread in it. We loved the ambiance and decor of the place and was a great place to grab a quick lunch before our Warner Bros studio tour. read more

Once in a while I forget about it and then I think of it and get excited. The Street Cart Fries are absolutely amazing--perfectly loaded and balanced. Everyone I've brought here loves the fries. Same with the Berliner Döner, it's fresh, flavorful, and just hits the spot every time. The vibe is super chill. The service? Sometimes fantastic, sometimes just okay, but it doesn't really matter because the food and atmosphere always make up for it. Like everywhere I've allowed down going because it's gotten too expensive. But If I ever left California, this would be a must-stop whenever I came back. read more

Once we arrived the interior had a relaxed, easygoing vibe, modern but cozy, with stylish design touches that made the whole space feel welcoming and unhurried. Even the waiting area with it's low lit seating surrounded by book cases was really cool. My wife, my sister and I had a wonderful table near the fireplace in the center of the dining area. Nearby were draped booths that would be perfect for a more romantic evening. Our server was, Haley...she was incredible. Very personable, helpful and extremely professional. You'll be in good hands if you're lucky enough to get her! Then the food...Wow. My wife and my sister got the filet migons, watching my wife's euphoric reaction of taking her fist bite made my evening! Omg...thankfully, my wife let me try garlic fries that came with the filets, and they were the best I ever had! I got the Langostino Fettuccine...outstanding. You have to dig a little spicy, which I do...but the vodka cream sauce is the real highlight of this dish. For deserts we got the apple cobbler, the creme brulee and sticky toffee cake. All three were fantastic. But I preferred the cobbler and the toffee cake the most. We didn't get the Le Petit Gateau, their chocolate cake...but we decided to get one to go! HA...it's unbelievably rich and pretty tall and big. It's topped with candied wild cheries...it's two days later and we're still eating this yummy treat. All in all...I would recommend this for any occasion...wether you're looking for just a night out with solid service and great food, to a romantic evening. We got there around 6...but later on there was live music with these two gentlemen on guitars that really played perfect atmosphere music. You can't go wrong with a night out at Firefly!
