Amaz-balls! First time here. Really a great place. We loved it! We had a street cart wrap which was pretty good. The meat was a bit dry (but I'll go into that later). Loved the bread on the wrap and the flavor. We also had the street cart fries! Amaz-balls! Perfectly cooked fries and loved all the toppings. The doner salad was perfecto! Great size. Quite big. Again. Loved all the condiments on top. The doquitos. Yes please. Very good size and loads of toppings. So you probably cant wrong here getting any dish. I will say.... our meat wasn't amazing. A bit over cooked and dry. But! But! We spoke to rebecca and another cute girl (didnt catch her name, long blonde purply blonde hair) and both were amazing to fix our issue. We will be back! I got the street cart fries and unfortunately all I tasted was salt. The fries and the meat were cold. There seemed to be a fair amount of toppings but everything was just overpowered by the really salty meat. I couldn't even finish half of them. I've heard incredible things from this place so maybe it was just an off day? Either way I don't think I'll go back again and I wouldn't personally recommend it. read more

We were sitting outside peacefully eating and one of the workers came over and was incredibly sassy to us. She said we weren't allowed to sit here (on the OUTSIDE patio). She asked us to leave after we asked if we could buy a drink to stay here. Then we asked to buy fries and they wouldn't let us pay in cash. Needless to say, it was just a very unprofessional approach. Please teach your employees how to approach others. Would not recommend because of the experience we had. read more

Disappointing! Spitz is one of my, my wife and my employee's favorite restaurants, however since they started the curbside delivery the orders have gotten very sloppy and incorrect. Last order was wrong and the deserts were missing. The time before I ordered 6 entrees and 3 appetizers for my employees and all the entrees were grossly incorrect and we only received 2 of the 3 appetizers. When I called they were dismissive and said "what can I expect it's not business as usual". I want to support Spitz because it's one of the best restaurants around, but it's hard when orders are continually wrong, 3 times out of 3 times wrong. I don't know what to suggest other then if you've had a bad experience maybe wait til COVID blows over and try it again when it is "business as normal" read more

This place was mediocre at best. Meat was dry and over cooked like it had been sitting around all day under a heat lamp or something. Soft drink was out of order except for a couple of flavors. Signs on the outside have burnt out lights, should have been a key indicator that attention to detail isn't what this place is about. BTW bathrooms were disgusting too read more

Disappointing. I tried the street cart doner wrap and the fries. Restaurant was quite full, but even so service was still unusually slow. After about 20 minutes the manager apologized and explained that my order had been dropped on the floor so they were remaking it. He also offered a gift card to make up for the wait. Still had to wait a while for the food, then another ten minutes for the $10 gift card (meal cost $15). Oh well, these things happen. The main problem was the food. I love doners/shawarmas. I've eaten loads of 'em in all different forms in Israel, Turkey, Germany and the US. This one just wasn't good. At all. The lavash wrap was dry (stale?) and crumbly. Pieces of lavash crumbled everywhere as I ate. Not sure if these were the "fried lavash chips", but they weren't fried or crispy or anything. Just dry and messy and difficult to chew through. The meat was just that spongy, processed, food service "doner/gyro" spam log. No juice, faint flavor, and a very scant portion. Plus, I couldn't see a spit or anything, so it was probably just held in a warming tray. The vegetables were lackluster, and although the wrap was supposed to have garlic aioli and tzatziki, it had no discernible sauce. It was dry and flavorless. Doners/shawarmas are supposed to be juicy, messy, and bursting with flavors. This was the exact opposite. Ate half, then tossed the other half. The fries were lukewarm. I guess they must have dropped the wrap, but held the fries under a lamp. Plus they were those starchy/battered fries. I just don't care for those. Personal preference. Dipping sauce was good though. Still, just couldn't finish them. This wasn't a cheap, fast-food lunch. I'm happy to pay for good food, but at this price point, the restaurant shouldn't be using such low-quality ingredients and executing the preparation so poorly. Oh well, I'll stick with Slapfish. I dunno. Restaurant was very busy, so plenty of people disagree with me. Anyone want a gift card for Christmas? read more

Same type of review I always leave. The food is 5+ but the wait is unreal. Like 45 minutes on a slow night. So 3 for the wait and 5 for the food. Love the variety we are seeing out here in Lehi. All the wraps are good. PASS on the fries. Trust me. read more

I loooooovvve Spitz! Every location I have been to has the nicest staff. The one in Lehi is a big location and is in a great location. The food at spitz is amazing. The DOner salad is delicious, and if you don't get the pita bread with hummus you are missing out! The portions are very generous and great flavors. It feels fresh, but still like an indulgence. SO YUMMY! Get their sweet potato fries in the fry bowl! Great portions that don't make you feel super gross, extremely allergy friendly and they serve you really fast! INCREDIBLE FOOD. The taquitos were my favorite part. HOWEVER. The ambiance is terrible. I hate being that person to ask the staff to turn off the music but I couldn't stand it! Not only was it loud but it was Panic! At the Disco playing in between terrible screamo songs. I don't know who is in charge of their interior design and branding but it is atrocious. The bright colors and designs do not match the food. I will continue to go but the environment is not welcoming at all. However, the staff was accommodating which is worth noting because I hated being so annoying and asking them to turn the music down. read more

Well for starters this isn't a traditional Greek place. Which wouldn't be bad if everything wasn't so blah ... crazy to say that cuz with all the ingredients and options you would think there would be a lot more flavor. Maybe it is the fact that everything seems really dry, more moisture would help especially on the wraps. And as far as the wraps I have one huge complaint ... don't put the wax paper all the way through the wrap ... was a puzzle to unwrap and not eat paper. I know that was somewhat trivial but my whole group was annoyed by it. I will say the Berlinger sauce was very tasty. And the incline cider with Marionberry was awesome. Spitz was so unexpected! My wife was first brought here by one of her girlfriends. Then she told me how good it was and took me on our date night! It was just as amazing as she said it was! Unfortunately our experience tonight was awful. We have gone to Spitz several times prior and had great service. Tonight we were helped by Emma. She over charged us on a few items and told us it was how she had to enter it in the system. We ordered two orders of street cart fries with all the works and asked that the meat be put on the side. Instead of charging us 13.75 and simply putting the meat on the side...she charged us for the street cart fries and then a portion of meat so we paid 14.50 instead of the 13.75. Minor...but unfortunately that's not all. We had asked to use a BOGO that was sent to us. As part of the promo we needed to buy a drink. Instead of telling us what drinks we needed to choose from she charged us for a Diet Coke (we never got it) and then on top of that charged us for the Topo Pico. All in we paid for $6.49 for one drink which is ridiculous! She didn't want to refund us and said that's how it was. Already feeling frustrated we were expecting the normal size portions we normally get when going to that location, but when it arrived both orders were super small and about half of the size of what we normally have gotten in the past. Overall - being overcharged and having awful experience, we won't be recommending it to anyone or won't be planning to go pack to this location. We would hope that you will help make this situation right and that it will be brought to your awareness so it doesn't happen again to someone else. read more

I tried parts of two different chicken döners, and both were a good effort, but flavorless compared to döners/shawarmas I've had in Europe and NYC. With the spices that should be involved in marinating and cooking the meat, plus the garlic sauce and the hot sauce, these things should pop in your mouth. Maybe it's too much lettuce/cabbage/cucumbers and not enough spices/sauces, but something about their recipe was just underwhelming. I work in the area and was expecting to be able to eat here so often that I'd basically send the owners' kids to college, but I don't see much reason to come back unless I can get more flavor out of the döners. Maybe I need to ask for extra sauce, but not sure I should have to. read more

Brand new Mediterranean place, that we've visited three times now. The food is maybe four star worthy but this place is woefully mismanaged! The last two times we've visited, we've waited over an hour, no exaggeration... on a week night... for takeout!!! The challenge is you wait in a long line and then wait three times that long for your food to come out! I am all for variety and was initially excited to see this restaurant open, but I can safely say this place won't last long running as is. read more
